Mike is always very thorough and makes purposeful recommendations. His recommendations from last visit cane into fruition as the brown spots were indeed due to overwatering as opposed to being due to a fungus as I originally thought.

Mark stopped by to treat stubborn weeds scattered in random areas throughout the front and back yard. It seems like the extra treatments are really helping to control and eliminate the weeds. Our neighbors have even commented that they can see a big difference! We re very happy with the results!

Initial treatment seemed to fertilize the lawn and the weeds, which seemed to get completely out of control. I called about it and Mark came by as scheduled and took the time to walk the yard with me. He noted my concerns and proceeded with the lawn treatment. UPDATE: Dropped two stars since my primary concern was weed control and they have still done little to get them under control. I have paused my service treatments until they are ready to apply pre-emergent to prevent weed regrowth next spring. I will see how things look next year and update this review, if needed.

My service tech, Lee, is terrific. I am notified when he arrives, when he is finished with the service and always provides follow-up care for the lawn after service. He answers questions clearly and just a nice all-around person. I switched services a few months ago to Aggieland Green and am not disappointed at all with the service and communication I receive.
