I’ve work with John and Lisa for years. They are great at returning calls when there’s and emergency and they answer all my questions.
Great company. I have my house sprayed to repel spiders and if they seem to come around, I call the company and they will spray free of charge! Nice staff too.
Had a different company that was great, however, switched due to pricing. Used this company for 1 service and all of the weeds that the other company worked hard to get rid of, all came back bigger than ever very quickly after their service. Would not recommend.
Great job with all our lawn care needs. Fertilizer, weeds, grubs and yearly aeration. They always call the day before service and if something comes up that prevents them from coming they are very good about calling and rescheduling.
Customer service is awful and rude, not even sure what they are actually doing to our yard because it looks worse this year than it ever has before. Told us they cancelled our account then showed up at the end of NOVEMBER performing service? Not sure what they are possibly doing that is productive for our lawn in winter in Ohio but I’m sure they’re going to make me pay for it even though I was under the impression we no longer had an account with them. Do not recommend.
We have had their services for two years; the first year was great. The second year was horrible. They came out and did some sort of application to my lawn a couple months ago. Whatever they did totally killed the grass. Call them and no response for over a week. Finally someone did come out to look and drove around, never getting out of the truck. The gentleman wrote on the paper that it was the kind of grass and the dry summer. It's funny how it looked ok until they came to apply a treatment. Call them again and a couple days later a manager calls and is totally unprofessional. We will no longer be using their services and would not recommend them to anyone.
Great service from a hard working group of knowledgeable employees. With their care, advice and instructions my lawn has looked great the last 4 years. This past season especially my lawn looked great with all the rain we had early in the year and into summer. They also spray my house to help keep spiders and other unwanted insects away, I definitely noticed a difference after the applications. Locally owned. Family operated. Great service for a competitive price. what more could I ask for?

Because they they have done my yard 2 years they did it again with out my ok now they are billing my for work I did not want will done with them dont trust this business
The brisket was tasty, the chicken had way too much garlic. The baked beans were very tasty. I would go back again.

Out of all the days you chose to come put a application on my lawn you chose to do it on a rainy day which makes no sense because you re a little card on that stick strictly says do not water the lawn for 24 hours after an application
Less than ZERO rating! The WORST customer service ever !We used their service for one year . We decided to try a different company this year .So, I called prior to resumming this years applications and I spoke with an employee named Jason to cancel service , I explained to him why I was cancelling . He said ok and that was the end of our conversation. I never heard anything else from the company. Three months later in March I come home to find a bill on my door . They came and treated my lawn! I immediately called the company and spoke to an employee named Noelle . I explained to her that I spoke with Jason months ago and cancelled service, therefore I wasnt responsible for the current charges. She said ok , Ill look into it. I never received a call back, I assumed the issue had been resolved. Now in MAY I receive another bill for the March application! I call again , sorry we dont have any record of you cancelling service. Lisa , the owner, and Noelle are very unprofessional. Nobody there seems to know what they are doing. I WOULD NOT recommend this company! I would give them LESS than a zero if it were possible!
Perf a Lawn is the best. The applicators who come out to spray are the nicest. The bug ban application/spray keeps the bugs away for months.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. Perf-A-Lawn does not care about property lines. If you live next to someone having cancer causing chemicals sprayed on their lawn, Perf-A-Lawn WILL spray 2-3 feet into your property. If you have animals please, please make sure you are aware of this. Our dog has cancer, and these chemicals CAUSE CANCER. This company is horrible for the health of you, your children, and is most detrimental to your beloved pets. Please use safe organic alternative weed control. Theres plenty of holistic things to use and they are MUCH cheaper.
