I called to get information on sod installation as per the website, photos and other reviews that its a service thats provided. The lady who answered the phone so fast I may add I couldnt make out what she said fully, which was 1souce but not very pleasant. She stated to me they dont do sod Installation. I would recommend you update your website if its a service you advertise but dont offer. Disappointed

I called this company and the owner was extremely rude to me and even hung up on me !!!

I live in an apartment complex that the management company contracts One Source for a variety of services. Recently, I had to have some drywall replaced in my bedroom and the repairman were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with their work. The office personnel I spoke to was very pleasant and it was easy getting my repairs scheduled. Also the repairman gave me a lot of information on the repairs that they made and gave me further recommendations.

I live in a apartment, and I kept have water leaking from my ceiling coming from the apartment above me. Been having this same issue for almost a year. Tim Jenkins from One Source found where the water leak was coming from, and fixed the problem. Thanks Tim!! He also was able to fix my air vent in the bathroom that wasnt working properly. This guy is very professional and know his stuff.

Tim and tommy came to my home today to install an air conditioner. I have been waiting from Beal properties to install an air conditioner for over a year now. They provided me with the best air conditioner they had on them, it did not fit at all it was way too big but they kept going and going and it finally fit. We have been living with Beal for two years now and this is the coldest our home has EVER been. Thank you Tim and tommy. All we had on us was a cold Pepsi to offer these kind men, if I had the money they would both be getting big tips. Thanks again Tim and Timmy.

For a while now Ive been using One Source, owned by Mr. Joshua Elchert, as my propertys maintenance company, and business representative. I cannot stress enough how valuable their services has been for me. Mr. Elchert took my case under his personal wing. He has been making sure my tenants cooperate, pay rent on time, and keep the place in good order, but beyond that, being that I live out of state, hes been my eyes and ears on the ground. He forged a good relationship with the tenants, and has been both taking care of whatever they need, and making certain my interests are being properly handled. We had a big renovation and let One Source take care of the neglected yard. In one day, they weeded, laid down topsoil, reseeded, planted a flower bed, and trimmed up existing bushes. Happy to let them tackle an intimidating job, happy with the result.

One Source took over maintenance at the building I live in. I had waited 2 months...EIGHT whole weeks in a third floor apartment for the old maintenance people to replace my busted AC. From end of May to end of July my apartment was a sauna. They took over the account and tracked down a new AC unit and replaced the old one within 2 days of hearing of my problem. AWESOME guys! This is the second year that we have had One Source come out to do our fall cleanup on our lawn. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. I was thrilled when I came home from work and found the lawn absolutely immaculate! They cleaned up all our leaves, removed all the dead plants from our garden beds, trimmed off the perennials such as our hostas, and removed our brush pile. According to my husband, they even climbed stepladders to our huge old oak and maple trees and knocked down the remaining leaves with leaf blowers. They also made sure that no leaves blew over onto our neighbors lawns. Id highly recommend this company to anyone!

We highly recommend One Source! We had contacted other highly rated companies, but they would not return our calls. One Source answered quickly and were out within a half hour for an estimate. They did great work and were finished in less time then they anticipated. The price was great, and we will definitely be contacting them for more work!

We had one company who gave a quote before Thanksgiving and promised to come the week of Thanksgiving. Never showed. After several attempts to get someone out here, we contacted One Source Property Solutions in Toledo. The contact sent someone out within an hour and a half, gave us a quote, and a crew arrived within 4 hours!! They did a beautiful job, I was amazed at the huge pile of leaves they blew and raked for us. They even picked up sticks and put them in our burn pile! Great job, wed highly recommend!
