A Landscape to Remember LLC in Titusville

They were nice through the project, but when done and paid disappeared?

I live on 8,276 sqft of property, which my 1500sq ft home/driveway/patio takes up a majority of. Therefore my front and back lawn areas are not terribly large. A Landscape to Remember quoted me $400 to clean up the front and back yard. I thought that was absurd but considering I needed both lawns mowed, trees cut back, bushes cut back, weeds removed, and it all raked up, I figured they would do an outstanding detailed job. I was wrong. They spent a total of 2-3 hours servicing my lawn. They did mow both lawns, they cut back the small tree limbs touching the house, and they raked up the back yard. They did not touch the garden bed in the back which was overflowing with weeds, they told me they did their best getting the small growth on the side of the house near my AC unit (a weed whacker could have easily taken care of this - I know because a week later I did it), they did not do anything additional besides mow the front lawn. I had to ask them to trim the bushes in the front lawn and they told me they wouldn't look right if they did, but I insisted. When they finished I asked if they had planned to blow up all the leaves in the front and clean it up as well. They said they thought I just wanted the back yard cleaned up. I told them i thought $400 was quite steep for just the work they had done. They said they would accept $300 and come back at a later date to finish the front. They never showed back up or reached back out. I don't think the work I received was worth $300 - My normal guy would have done the same amount of work with better attention to detail for $200 but unfortunately was not available. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I'm disappointed and won't use this company again or recommend them to others. The couple was friendly and nice but as far as work ethic goes, I am not impressed.

TJ and his crew were terrific! They arrived on time and did a fantastic job on our palm trees. We cannot praise them enough.

I had an excellent experience with TJ and his crew. The customer service was great and they provided exactly what I was looking for. Right from the start TJ clearly explained what I could expect and he more than delivered. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times and if you need landscaping work done don’t hesitate to call them.

Very responsible well, mannered hard worker came in after hours and very reasonable pricing Came during rainstorm , rigged large limb down above my roof on a dangerous maple tree . Responded quickly to hazard work for a fair price .

Tj, Jackie and the crew were great. So professional and friendly at the same time. They did exactly what they said they would do. Called, quoted showed up on time, quality work, helpful and they do it all!! I would definatly recommend this business and we will be using them again onour other property.

TJ and crew were very responsive. They showed up on time, completed the job as represented in the bid (and did extra trimming) in one day, cleaned up and adjusted our sprinklers to work with the new landscaping. A Landscape to Remember will be my first call for my next project or tree trimming! Great job!
