Spoke with Michelle today and renewed our contract for 2025 lawn care. She was very polite, explained my options and very accurate and quick. She did great customer service.

First it is nice to call a company and get a live person to talk to, like Stacy Then it is even better when you get a person that is knowledgeable about there service they provide and was very personable and full of knowledge, Stacy answered all my questions. Cant wait for them to start next year, sinve 2024 was a great success with my lawn, Best it has looken in years. First time in a long time I was happy to spend a little money. Thanks Stacy

I m very pleased with how well my lawn looks. I didn t have any weeds this spring. They do a great job of clean up. My last company left more fertilizer on the drive and sidewalk than on the lawn. Patrick serviced our lawn today, he was always so kind and respectful of the property. He calls ahead just make sure I know he is there and that the dogs are inside. Would definitely recommend.

I had and issue with a dead spot on my lawn after service. Geanice in customer service was very helpful and attentive, sending someone out to review and fix the problem. Appreciate the support!

Henry did good job today as he has in the past.

Wish he would fertilize all the way to property line on west side of house or even on my neighbor s side of shared hill. Looks strange. Generally, the company has done only a fair job of weed control along edges of grass. Not sure I will use them again next year. They were supposed to do aeration but never saw them & didn t leave any notification of completion. Since it was a newer type of aeration you can t tell by looking at the lawn.

Tyler professionally kept his truck parked on the street (due to a small mechanical leak problem) rather than parking it in our driveway. Improvised bringing the hose in to cover the backyard. Much appreciated.

I m sure he did a good job on the lawn. However I could only give him two stars because when I came out on my front porch he had sprayed it too! This meant that when I or anyone else walked through this it would be on my shoes going into the house. I had to wash it off. Not happy.

I really enjoyed speaking with Rishell at Organic Turf this morning. I retired from a fortune 500 company as director of customer service. I have listened to thousands of customer care calls over the years, and Rishelle was really impressive. Her professionalism and making the customer feel appreciated was outstanding. Hopefully she works there a long time training reps how to do the job the right way.

Dalton serviced my lawn today and he was very pleasant and treated it with care. I also appreciate hos phone call before he came. Very respectful.

When I called ExperiGreen, I received something I didn t expect! I got someone on the phone that wasn t just a sales representative, but rather someone that listened to what my needs were and advised me on how to properly mow and care for my lawn! Matt Phipps was very friendly and professional, answering all of my questions, and someone who made me feel like they care about my lawn too. I explained the problem I had with my prior lawn service company and he advised me on what we (ExperiGreen and I) could do to correct the problems. He even gave me advice on how often to mow and as I had just seeded my lawn, to not mow that area until the grass got a really good start, and to water in the morning rather than the evening. I could not have imagined getting such good advice from someone before I even signed up for their service. If I had to describe him in one word, I would use EXCEPTIONAL.

Henry came early as scheduled but decided to delay my application because there was a significant frost coverage on the grass. I greatly appreciate that he did not damage my grass by walking/ riding on frosty grass. He returned after noon and completed the service. Great job!

My yard is resplendent and vivacious. I was told I was showing off. I had to retort that all I did was contact your company and now my yard is exploding! No weeds, no dead spots and zero time was spent by me. I ll take all the credit but we know who really should.

I wasn t home when Henry treated my lawn but it looks good! However, I m wondering how effective the treatment will be since it is raining and it s supposed to continue to rain for 3 more hours? This is no reflection on Henry since he is prejudging following the schedule given to him. Organic turf has been very responsive and professional in my experience with them treating my lawn.

Organic Turf from past experience with them was good so we re hoping for the same results with them as in the past I had the pleasure of speaking with Austin about getting our services started today Thanks for your help with getting our service started and hoping that we will get the best results from using Organic Turf as our Lawn Care provider. Rob L was the lawn specialist who came out on September 5th and he spot treated for broadleafs and fertilized my lawn he did an awesome job Thanks Rob and Organic Turf. The only thing that I have negative to say is that I wasn t notified of when the Technician was coming out to do the lawn service would like to be notified before hand.

Although I am sure the man who serviced my yard did a great job. I am not a happy customer with this company. They don t communicate. They don t tell you if you sign up for a service it s automatically done every year. Even when you specifically state this is a one time deal. This company is awful. I always have weeds. I will be cancelling and this isn t the first time I have had to complain. Started day one when the rep tried to complete my survey and then called me because of the comment I left. That was God telling me to go another route. I bet I listen this time. They have continued to provide poor customer service and customer satisfaction.

The quality of service has really declined since changing from Organic Turf to Experigreen. Told them personally twice to treat the fenced in area in the backyard and skipped it again on this treatment. Why am I paying full price? Not getting full service. I m done with this company. After years (and years and years) of trusting our small yard to a larger firm, we knew it was time to make a change when there just never seemed to be an improvement. One day I saw the Organic Turf Companys truck at our neighbors home so I went out and talked to the technician to interview him on what he thought our yarded needed to look as good as next door. His answers seemed smart and the fees were reasonable; the next day I switched lawn care services. That was last year. This year we finally had healthy grass. Thank you, OTC!

Did not treat but a minimum of the weeds. Saw me standing out to talk to him prior to his service and did not approach me. It took longer to blow off his qork vehicle with a leaf blower than it did for him to spread fertilizer.

Didnt do the front yard, thank God. My grass is already brown. Why would a professional treat a yard in distress. Please refund charge for this treatment as I am disputing it.

Excellent service by Isaiah. He is one of their youngest techs and new to servicing clients. He went over and above to be careful not to go too fast and to tell us to be sure to water the fertilizer in well during this hot spell in Sept. otherwise it will burn the lawn. We have an irrigation system so that s not a problem but he didn t know that and made sure our lawn would benefit from the treatment not get damaged. I hope Isaiah will be assigned to us everytime! I ve been a client of OTC for 12 years now and while the Experigreen merger has caused some issues, they deal with them quickly. Appreciate Justin and his team from Troy.

Looks like he did not do the services you guys are billing me, I saw in my camera that he was just there for 15 mins and left, I do not think my back was done, I had it in my camera the time he arrived and left, he did just a small portion on my front only. Also this visit is not authorized by me as I did not receive a call or text prior to you guys going to my place. I do not think it is fair for me to pay for the work that has not been completed.

The technicians are fantastic, and always leave detailed messages concerning what was performed and anything that needs to be done on our part. They always respect you and your property. We chose this company because their organic applications are safe for our pet. We have the best yard on the block.

They should pay attention to weeds close to landscaping. The broad area of the yard looks great.

Never post negative comments but this year weve had a lot of weeds along curbs and sidewalks. Front entrance. Sprayed Triad (I think thats the herbicide name) so theyll be fine soon. Feel like the weed killer isnt being spread to the edges of the property. Otherwise, nutrients definitely working because the grass is a super dark green after being brown during dry spells.

Called and spoke with Katlyn. I had several weeds pop up in between treatments and asked for someone to come out to remedy the situation. Katlyn is having someone come out, no questions asked to take care of the problem! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly she scheduled someone to come out!

Chad did a great job! It will take a few days to weeks for us to see if the weeds are really dying. We ve had three applications & have not seen much progress in removal of weeds (crab grass, dandelions, etc.) in the yard. We are seeing less damage from moles & voles.

I hired them last year and have paid over $2,000 toward lawn care services to date. I fired them on Monday after two years of disappointment. My yard has more crab grass than before I hired them and their customer service (from management is horrific). After several complaints, I heard from one of the managers, Joshua Bell, who told me to call him with any problems, complaints, etc. He answered the phone the first time or two I called and then went radio silent, ignoring calls and texts. I liked our service technician, but whatever they did, did not work. I asked for my money back and was denied. I asked for someone to call me to explain...crickets. I asked for a manager to come look at my lawn and explain why it is in such bad shape...crickets. Extremely disappointed with this company and will tell everyone to hire someone else. I would give no stars if that was an option.

I talked with Joseph this morning and pointed out some problem areas of weeds that were popping up...he immediately took care of those and advised me if in about 2 weeks no improvement to give them a call and they would be back to reassess the issue. I have been with OTC for about 2-3 years now and will continue to do business with them. We love our lush green lawn, and the neighbors are envious!

****Update!!**** We continue to get great service and our mosquito population has dwindled greatly. Aaron did our service the last two times and did a great job, he was thorough and kind to my inquisitive son. And I love that it doesn t smell like poisonous chemicals when they are finished. The mosquito control is legit! We ve used it for I think 3 years now, and they ve been super minimal this year which is huge considering we are surrounded by trees and water. The guy they had out here this year, Cody, was incredible. Last year the guy that was out here didn t spray everything, just what was close to the house, but Cody did whatever he could get to, under the shrubs, under the trampoline, everywhere! I hope he comes back next year! I ve used several companies over the years, and have been with Organic Turf for probably 6-7 years now. I used them at my previous home and was heartbroken when they didn t service our new location, but a year later they started servicing Greenville and I am thrilled. Their customer service is top notch, the results are amazing and their techs are friendly. We use them for weed/feed, mosquito control and now perimeter insect control and I love all of it! I love finding colonies of dead bugs outside the house, and being able to be outside without becoming a smorgasbord to all the neighborhood mosquitoes. We live near water and they are terrible here, but now we only need bug spray in the evening. Our lawn looks great, bugs are decreasing and the chemicals are safer than the others, and they aren t over priced. I can t imagine I ll ever switch.

He was friendly and interacted well with me at the door. When I asked him a question about the space between the sidewalk and curb, he indicated he would be sure and cover that area as well. He also took the time to blow any overspray off of our driveway and sidewalks.

Chad knocked me up as requested. We looked and discussed brown spots on the lawn and rescheduled Yellow Nut Sedge herbicide treatment until next week. I appreciated his time and advice. Yellow Nut Sedge was significantly eradicated but not completely. Time will tell on lates t lawn fertilizer and weed treatment.

Too many reoccurring weeds shortly after treatments. Treatments dont appear to last very long. Treatments are great within a week, and then taper off fairly quickly. Shouldnt have as many weeds as we do after treatment.

We actually walked the yard to look at some trouble weed spots that were trying to develop due to our neighbor not treating their yard for the last couple of seasons. Henry is the best we have had.. He is polite and does his job well. He is very careful to not spray our plants and flowers. He lets us know if he sees something with the grass that might be a problem so we can treat it if necessary..

Another service, another instance of the ExperiGreen/ Organic Turf technician driving the machine through landscaping. I have had damaged landscaping, burt patches of grass, questionable reports, etc. I have tried to end service, but Experigreen / Organic Turf cite an annual agreement and say their system wont allow cancellation. I cant wait dor this to end at the end of the 2024 season so I can switch providers. The results in the grass itself are fine. The service is not. NOTE: I did not have these issues at my previous residence with a different technician. That is why I obtained the service for this home.
