Spraying for weeds is dumb, first of all. Lawns have been going out of fashion for decades. Secondly, this company leaves trash all over your neighborhood because theyre too cheap to buy a stamp. 5 applications of cancer with litter to boot!

Update: Bill of Naturescape came out to perform the service shortly thereafter; was satisfied. Bill also called as a follow up and I was pleased with the conversation. Will give Naturescape another try. DID NOT PERFORM FALL CLEANUP SERVICE -- Beware of Naturescape in Tinley Park, IL. You never know when they will come out and worst yet when the person does come out, he doesn t do the service, then Naturescape bills you for the service that wasn t performed. On 11/29/22, a guy named Brian came out and was supposed to do fall cleanup in yards. Brian only cut the front yard which only took him between 5 to 10 minutes then he left without entering and performing any fall cleanup for the backyard. I immediately called Naturescape to inform them of this. The lady I spoke with (Barb or Beth) put me on hold while she tried to reach Brian by phone. According to her, she wasn t able to reach him by phone and told me she would call me back. Since I did not hear back, I phoned the next day, still no accountability nor explanation, but only to be told someone (Bill the manager) would call me back. I called back again on 12/13/2022 and spoke to a Margaret regarding receipt of a bill for $132.00. Again, I was told Bill the manager would call me back. I told her that I was told that on a previous call, but Bill has not called or left a message. No one has called back yet to resolve this issue. Extremely frustrated with this company, just want the unfounded charge reversed and Naturescape to remove me from their listing. Potential customers, please take heed to this warning, do not make the mistake and contact them for any service, avoid the unnecessary frustrations. This company is not worthy of one star.

After my last review, the corporate office called. We spoke about the issues at hand and the issues were rectified. For that, I m appreciative. They stood by their word and the work was completed. Thank you.

Chris came out this morning and did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and careful with our landscaping. Very professional.

UPDATE ON MY LAWN Naturescape in Tinley Park has promised to repair the problem with my lawn.There is a new manager at the Tinley Park store. This gentleman (Bill) is a man of his word. (The old school way) He has come to my home to personally do the work. Everyone I talked with in management were very helpful and understanding. As you can see the grass has started to grow. This review is as of 12/4/2022 New as of 4/25/2023 Need more people like Bill the manager of the Tinley Park, Il. store. My lawn is coming back slowly but steady. They are also cutting the grass. New updates coming with pictures As of June 30, 2023 update Naturescape inTinely Park have brought my lawn back to green. Thanks to Bill and his staff I am please with all they do to keep my lawn looking well. They also keep the mosquitoes at bay. Thanks for everything. Zack Ramey

Bill, the branch manager of the Tinley Park office has gone out of his way to help rectify some issues we had early in the year. He is responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Naturescape over fertilized my lawn last year, however, continued the service in hopes that this year the service would improve. I wish Cathy was still there, she was very courteous and educated on the treatments and when to service the lawn. Also, this year fertilizer was placed on my roses and Hostas. I still have dead grass from the over fertilization as management never addressed the problems nor replaced my grass! Today, my lawn was fertilized on the hottest day of the year...were under a heat and water advisory! Naturescape claims they only come out when weather permits, however, Naturescape ignored todays weather and burned my remaining grass with another fertilization treatment!! Its time for action and for Naturescape to replace my dead and bald grass with sod. Ill repost the outcome of this situation, hopefully the next review will be positive.

This is the 2nd year that I have used Naturescape. My yard has never looked so good!

I called Naturescape to get a quote and to set up services. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very unpleasant towards me. She asked when the last time my grass was cut, I told her 2 weeks ago. She informed me no one will be able to cut my grass until the end of the week or possibly next week. I told her that s fine. She also informed me of the extra charges if my grass is over 8 inches. She told me this at least 4-5 times. I expressed understanding and just wanted the quote. No matter the charges, I still need my lawn serviced. She seemed upset that I wanted to continue with the services and said What s your address?! I, then, ended the call. I do not want to do business with a company that treats their customers that way.

Pay upfront for mosquitoes service and they never give you a day that they are coming out. We are two weeks into June and still no service other companies can come out next day. They do not provide proper customer service and you do not get what you pay for

I have been a Naturescape customer for years now. Over these years I have been very happy. On the few occasions where I have had a problem and called it was resolved. I love that when you call their office you dont get a voicemail. Instead Patty always answers the phone. She is their customer service guru. She listens to your question and responds attentively. She knows her customers. She gives advice and when necessary contacts her men in the field so the communication is top notch. She is efficient. Also this season I spoke to Bill (I believe he is the new branch manager) who walked my property after I asked for a visit. He followed up with me afterwards. Again wonderful customer service. In this day and age where many companies are eliminating their live customer service it is refreshing that Naturescape is not. If you want a company which answers their phones with a live person and not a voicemail then this is your company. And that is mainly why I gave them a five star rating. I hope to be with Naturescape for years to come. Carmel

Naturescapes service is fast, friendly, professional and a great value. Even if you have questions or other concerns, they will be right back out and do everything possible to make sure you are a HAPPY and SATISFIED customer. I thought that type of great quality customer service was a thing of the past, but they convinced me that they care about their customers. --I just wish other service-based companies in any industry would follow Naturescapes lead! Scalped my entire front yard. Large patches where the lawn was shaved down to the dirt.

Unfortunately my overall experience was not that great my lawn had no improvement after 3 treatments and is filled with weeds, When i called to express concern it felt like I was being bothersome , did not meet my expectations

Naturescape has been providing excellent lawn service to me for several years now. It is no easy task as my lawn is more than an acre. They have no issues in keeping my lawn looking great. The staff in the office and the techs that come on site are always very courteous and professional. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a great lawn.

We have used several lawn companies in the past and this is our first year with Naturescape. We have had nothing but great results. Not only is their service top notch but their customer service is very professional and responsive as well.

The guy mowing the yard became frustrated when asked to cut the grass lower and intentionally mowed patches in the yard. Would not recommend!

Continually failed to show up at the promised times to perform services I had paid for in full. Worst of all was the customer service from their receptionist. She was constantly rude and demeaning while offering no apology whatsoever. I got my money back and went with a much better lawn company.

I have the guy on video just spraying a small part of the grass then leaving. My grass looks a mess this year now I understand why. The company has not scheduled for him to come back out or refund my money. The owner has not responded to my email to him. I will no longer use them. They can t be trusted to do a complete job and won t cooperate even when you have video proof

Worker does not know how to cut grass saw expose cable and still went thru with the mower after the cable gentleman told him and then after I told him also, I told him what I wanted and he never did it I ask him to do my edges and yet he didn t and also never cleaned up, don t waist your time I usually don t do reviews but for this one I ll take my time would not recommend this company also using a machine with no blade this guy was he told me that there was something wrong with his machine I told him yah no blade what a joke called the manager what a waste of time that was and yet after all that service still trying to charge me over the qoute they gave me

I called in for an aeration in late September. I had to contact them again on 11-21. They said they would come out the week of 11-28. The guy showed up on 11-23. The customer service was friendly, but the details not exactly what I expected or wanted. The guy who aerated was fantastic, he did every inch. All in all pretty happy, just would have liked it done about a month earlier. I did the last step of fertilizing and over seeded on 11-23 and we shall see how it looks in spring.

great weed control. My neighbors were loaded with dandelions yet I was weed free. Very friendly personal service from Patty via telephone. I strongly recommend their service.

As a 1st year customer, I have to say Im extremely disappointed in the service. Called customer service regarding the applications since I paid in advance for the year, and was told that there are not enough employees to complete the work so they were delayed. A week late is not issue but months...not acceptable.

My first year using this service. Grass has an even color. Other services missed areas and the difference was noticeable. The trees and shrubs look very good.

I ve been using this company for a few years they are very dependable, professional and they care about the quality of their work.

When I first hired this company several years ago, the customer service was great. Always good at keeping their appointments for service and would follow up if there was any issue. Last year this company must have changed ownership or stopped carrying about long time customers. The weed killer they use on my property didnt do anything and there were never prompt about keeping there scheduled appointments. After calling and complaining about my lawn they never came out to check into my problem and were completing their contract with me late into Nov. Too little too late for me to ever hire this company again.

I switched to Naturescape at the end of the season last year when my current landscape company was horrible. I am so glad I found Naturescape. Not only do they show up when they say they are but my lawn and trees and shrubs look great right now. THANK YOU!!!

They are simply the BEST! Mike and the rest of the gentlemen always do a great job mowing my lawn. They have great prices and they do monthly billing and you are able to pay on the website which is very convenient for me. Even the wonderful woman who answers their calls is very informative and superb customer service! I am so glad I found Naturescape they are a life saver on yard work! Only thing I wished they did was trim bushes and hedges but otherwise please look no further then this exceptional company.

They came out to do aeration in the spring as well as grub treatment in the early summer. I would recommend both services.

After being away from NatureScape for a couple of summers, my lawn was not looking as it had looked in the past. I returned to using NatureScape for my lawn care. After the first week and a half, my lawn perked-up and is looking good again.

The Naturescape Team does a great job! In particular, I have been very gratified by the great customer service that Patty provides in the office when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns. Over the years, I have been extremely impressed by Pattys efforts to resolve any service issue or concern that may have arisen. She is a great asset to the Naturescape Team and clearly wants their customers to be completely satisfied. I have also been pleased with Stan, my assigned Naturescape technician who is extremely professional and provides diligent and complete service on each Naturescape service call to our home. I highly recommend the Naturescape Team.
