Super happy with how the Lawn Tech treatment program has helped my lawn. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to work with and my tech Garrett has been great with communication and advice. Highly recommend this company.
I am very disappointed with Lawn Tech . Our problem started 2 summers ago. We have been invaded by moles, voles, they are destroying our lawn. They have returned now for the 3rd season. Lawn tech has been coming for the past 5+ years. You can clearly see the tracks in the lawn. We should not be having this problem, since we have professional lawn service.
They have taken good care of my lawn for over a decade. Programs and selection of add-ons are very helpful. Reasonable prices and good maintenance results.
I am very disappointed in lawn tech. I just recieved a bill almost 7 months AFTER my house was sold for something I never asked for much less even own the house where this service was "supposed" to be rendered... I would not have any way of knowing seeing that I no longer own the house! Now my credit has drastically been affected.. I can't even give this place a rating. What is the 50 dollar invoice even for?? ESPECIALLY knowing i paid for my services with this company before they even rendred service to my adress, for 2 years at LEAST ... My credit has taken a significant blow. Signed very upset EX customer...
I have been with the company for over 10 years. Cost is cheap but the service is too. Last year I had to call and show the tech the dead spots that he just drove over which were infected with a parasite. Had to have another treatment to kill it and told I need aeration but it couldn’t be done until fall and Kevin said he added to me to the list. Fall came and I was told I was not on the list as Kevin forgot to communicate and spring is better which again I was on the list. Today I called and was told I’m not on the list and they can add me to the fall list which now fall is a better time to aerate? No assistance offered just “sorry” even after I brought up I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. My take away is they are.a small family business that has too much work so poor quality is not a concern since they are overbooked. I would not recommend using their service!
Was their customer for 27 years, it’s not like I didn’t give them a chance! Tried to get aeration 3 times over the last 2 years to no avail! I take responsibility for not watering properly, but lawn is in a constant state of weeds! Had their service people tell me my yard looks like I didn’t even have a lawn service! But what did it for me now that my grass looks like a total disaster,I called the office letting them know my situation stating I wasn’t upset, but wanting Mark, the owner who lives down the street from me, to stop by look at my yard and let me know where to start to restore my lawn! He drives by my house everyday! Not a call, nothing! Nobody gave a $hit! I can only speak from my experience, and in my eyes this company is horrible!
Had this company for many years. Did a pretty decent job but poor communication skills in their office! Every year I asked to be automatically scheduled for spring and fall aeration. And every year I had to call and battle with them to get it done! Last fall they refused to come out for fall aeration because I missed deadline? (Really? I was trying to give them this business 2x yearly??) Left a message if they couldn't do aeration I'm done! 2 weeks later got my prepaid money back for final treatment. I guess they no longer had the need for a longtime customer? Lol. Overall would use again but didn't enjoy the needed calls to office! The Tech that applied treatment was a much better communicator.
Lawn Tech ruined my yard and then still sent account to collections due to me not paying for their AWFUL service. My yard was perfect besides a few weeds before lawn tech got in and this is the aftermath. Luckily we found another company in the area that truly cares and takes care of your lawn. Lawn Tech should pay ME.

Shootout to Tony from Lawn-Tech. Of all the times that weve had our lawn core aerated by Lawn-Tech his work was far and away the best ever. No piles of plugs, no punctured drain tile caps and no missed areas. Polite, professional and hard working. A good guy if there ever was one.
Ive been a weed/feed customer for over 10 years. People compliment my yard all the time. Even total strangers.Their technician is friendly and always on time.

So, I had my first application with Lawn Tech and was pretty unhappy with the guy who came out, because he didnt actually do my whole yard, but I didnt say anything and let it be... well, now I have a yard FULL of weeds, which I thought this service was supposed to prevent weeds??? so I call them up, and the woman who answered tells me thats not their job and I have unrealistic expectations. What does that even mean? I should expect a yard full of weeds??? But ok, got it.... so I canceled my service, and I suggest you do too because if you think their job is to stop weeds... apparently its not. So I dont know exactly what their job is then? I can buy a bag of fertilizer for less money than what they charge and walk around my own yard and toss it like their lazy tech did. I feel so sorry for anyone who continues to use this service.... me and my unrealistic expectations will find someone else. Good luck

2 years of service with watering and these are the results.
I just had my 4th and final fertilizer application for the year. The owner decided to charge an extra $6 because of inflation and gas prices. I am enrolled in autopay through my credit card. I emailed Lawn tech and told them I dont authorize them to charge me an extra $6. They charged it to my credit card anyway. I know $6 isnt alot of money but its the principle. I agreed to a price and gave them my credit card info. We are all dealing with inflation and high gas prices, not just Lawn tech. I canceled my service today. Hopefully the owner feels that $6 was worth losing a customer over.
Lawn-Tech is now charging a gas surcharge.
They are unable to take new customers due to staffing issues. Didnt mean to leave one star. I changed to four stars.

They want me to like my lawn again. If there is an issue, I call and someone comes out and discusses options. Friendly person on phone, made an appointment when I could be there. Showed them my problems, lawn looks better after treatment.
Great service. Very responsive. Leaves information about the treatment that was done to your lawn, how to care for the grass post treatment and tips on how to improve the lawn.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used them to service my lawn for weed control and they killed very large areas of my grass after the first session. After speaking with Len Gallagher I was told I would be reimbursed for the charges to repair my lawn, but upon forwarding the bill to Len, he is refusing to pay. BEWARE, they will not stand behind their service!

I have been a customer of Lawn Tech since 2004. I understand this years weather has been difficult on our lawns. But, our tech accidently and openly admitted that he used too much of one of the chemicals and it killed our front lawn. You could see the property line between my yard and my neighbors where my side was completely dead due to the spray. When I had Lawn Tech come out and take a look, they did nothing about it and offered to just seed the lawn. After being a customer for over 16 years I was surprised at their lack of responsibility for the error of their employee. We had to re-sod our front lawn to the tune of $2,900.00!!!! I was not happy. For this reason, I will no longer patronize their services. I asked the owner of the company to call me over a week ago and have yet to hear from him.

Ive used this company at various residences for over 20 years and have never had any issues. Last year I needed extra weed control in a newer grass patch and they came out to treat it and its great this year so far.
After estimate I tried 4 times to call and email....no response at all for 5 weeks! Nice way to do business!
Weve had their services for years. We love that theyll come back, free of charge, for weeds that pop-up between sprays. Excellent company.

Started off good but as time passed service became less than adequate. Service was on days where it would rain within 12 hours when the application was only good for no water for atleast 24 hours. I did call and they did come back out to apply more fertilizer. I wanted atleast a call when they would apply fertilizer to accommodate my schedule and not theirs. Worked for awhile but eventually stopped. Im sure servive would have been better if I complained. I not one to complain, so I just cancelled and will try another company next season.
My family has been using the regular lawn application service for many years, and the difference it has made has been drastic. The technicians are really knowledgeable and leave recommendations for the your lawn such as mowing height, watering, and raking.They have a really good online customer portal that I use to pay the bills and you can set up automatic payment. I would recommend their services!

Very eager to give me a quote and follow with empty promises. Emailed customer service (thats a joke). Got a quick response telling me my invoice was printed and my lawn would be serviced ANY DAY. Well a week later, no service, no communication and a lawn with an increasing amount of weeds. Went with them on a recommendation from a neighbor and because they werent the cheapest so I figured I was buying a higher level of service. Just goes to show, If you want it done right (or in this case if you want it done at all) do it yourself. Thanks for NOTHING (literally).
