Terrible experience! The technician that does the weekly service is a deceptive liar! He said that he spot treated weeds and never got off of his riding spreader. He never fully covered the full lawn area with fertilizer. My grass never looked this bad in 23 years. I didn t have weeds until i switched to their service. This was my first try with them and they are terrible! Don t sacrifice a few bucks to go with a slightly cheaper service. It s not worth it! The customer service rep said that they will send out a manager to take care of the problem and I never heard back from anyone. All around deceptive and will ruin your grass. Look elsewhere!

Percy arrived this a.m., Oct.. 25, 2024. I was working, & he started his job. I was startled by his presence. It all worked out, & he was quite professional, & calm. I answered an advertisement from ExperGreen. I received a call from Andrew MacKenzie about my lawn services. After we talked a while, he answered all my questions, I decided to I look forward to a carefree Spring, Summer, and Fall of a weed-free and healthy lawn. As a representative, I recommend if anyone decides to use ExperiGreen for their lawn service, ask for Andrew MacKenzie.

Nicki didn t tell us he was here, finished our 18,000 sq ft property in less than 10 minutes, didn t come to the door to ask if we had any questions, and left. This is the norm for this service. Then with the summary, they are sorry you weren t home. We were obviously sitting in the kitchen with the lights on. And it s kinda tough to give a review of the service since the goal is to improve the lawn over several weeks.

My lawn was a mess before I started using them. Crab grass and dandelions everywhere! Every year since I started with Experigreen, my lawn looked better and better. She made paying the bill a pleasure., too. Today Percy gave my final application for the year. I was called the day before, but he politely rang my bell to let me know he was starting. He was very efficient and was done in no time.

I spoke with joe from experigreen. She was very pleasant and the most important thing is he answered my question promptly.

Before this year (2024) I was fairly pleased. This year it all changed. The guy who did the applications never let us know he was there and ask about any concerns. Crab/Quack grass prevailed, and weeds continued. Didnt get the whole yard. Two seperate times when I called about the issues they came out one time and did a quick trip around the house. The second time, they did a Drive By, The application sign was tossed on the driveway, and none of my 4 security cameras were triggered by any movement in my yard! TIME TO MOVE ON!

The Tech nameJonny, who came out today to do my application was very pleasant and friendly as we spoke at the door keeping our distance as this Cov-19 Vires is present and we must do what is necessary to keep from catching it, so we did and he did his job and did a good job. Pointed out the crabgrass problem that s been a issue for over three months. Each application told it was weed and feed.Even after coming out grab grass is still a major issue have never had this problem for years using their services maybe it s time to look elsewhere.

I explained to him that I still have many WEEDS, even though someone came out to spray. Unfortunately, 30 min after he left, my grass cutters came & cut the grass & leaves. I dont believe this application was beneficial.

I made the mistake of canceling Experigreen many years ago. I thought I could do better. I was WRONG! I returned to Experigreen and have been well served with great customer service. I paid for the 2024 season in advance. Symphony gave me excellent help and information. Im glad I returned to Experogreen.

Explained how aeration works and informed me not to let my dogs out for a couple of hours. Very polite.

Austin, pleasant and assisted me with my needs. Thats were the good review does South. The tech was suppose to ring the doorbell when arriving, that only one in 4 trips. I complained after the first time they left our gate open, said they would not happen again and today they left the gates open again. Not good when you have dogs. Lastly, after three services, the weeds are still in the front yard. Hopefully this fourth application will finally get rid of them or at least the cold weather will.

How could these experts see this on my lawn and not recommend something to fix this? My grass was healthy and started dying on one small area two years ago and that s when I hired ExperiGreen. The healthy grass remained healthy and the bad small areas seemed to be not improving, but at least not getting worse. Last summer the lawm got worse and this is what my grass looks like right now! I still have about 20% healthy grass. Different technicians have treated my lawn and NONE OF THEM have said anything about my grass dying on about 80% of my lawn! I am canceling my account with them- it feels I have been flushing my money since my lawn keeps looking worse instead of better!

Today our servicer, Kyle came out to overseed. He was very polite, called ahead with actual eta and explained the treatment upon completion. It is good to receive this level of customer service. Thank you Kyle!! We have had Experigreen for 3 years and their attention to lawn care has brought our weedy, spotty yard to a plush, weed free lawn that we enjoy.

He explained the treatment. How I should care for the lawn with the app he just completed. Very helpful. Much appreciated education on care.

I didnt know anyone was here to treat my lawn until I saw the sign that was left. When the previous treatment was applied, a message said that broadleaf weeds would die off in 7 - 10 days. I have not seen this happen. What changes, improvements should I be noticing. Pease advise.

Showed up to spray my neighbors yard and the technician decided it was acceptable to park in front of my driveway, block my mailbox, and drag the hose through my landscaping. If I hadnt said anything he would have very likely damaged or destroyed one of our small plants. After I brought it to his attention, I got the typical and expected response of hey, calm down dont get upset. Next time my reaction wont be as nice.

Ive worked with my local guy Donny Z for several years now. Always very professional with great service. Lawn always looks good and they are responsive with any questions or needs.

I had them for two years my lawn has never looked so bad. I have weeds all over crabgrass that they never put any grass prevention down in the beginning of the season. I called them on it. They came out. did not help at all the people that apply the product are really nice. It s the management that s terrible. I would never do business with these people again. Save your money.

ExperiGreen LawnCare called me on Monday, September 9th to inform me that they would be out on Tuesday. When Percy got here he knocked on the door to inform me that he was going to treat my lawn. I cancelled my service on September 3rd but a technician was still sent to my property today. My yard has not looked this poor since it was installed new in 2020. Weeds are everywhere and the technicians are not given the proper site map to treat the entire property. I had to show every technician the correct boundaries of my property because it wasnt communicated to them properly or they were cutting corners.

Richard did a great job treating the front & back law where weed & crab grass was seen.

How can I rate this when there are no immediate results? I dont know why you ask. I will say that there is a viney weed growing in the side parkway and in front by the garage that has gone unnoticed for 2 treatments. How should I reply to your rating request?

My previous lawn Care provider was TruGreen. I switched to ExperiGreen last year and was very pleased with their price schedule and the improvement in the appearance of my lawn. The ExperiGreen personnel that I have dealt with have been very pleasant and work very hard to satisfy the needs of the customer. Recently there was some minor confusion about my service schedule. I called the office and talked to Stacy who very pleasantly and efficiently resolved the situation. Overall I am very happy with ExperiGreen.

I received a request to fill out the review for the so-called service as I m looking at my cameras. I only noticed that the technician put the sign on my lawn as if it got serviced and drove off any other time when any type of service is being applied to my lawn. My alarm goes off and alerts me where in the vicinity the technician is unfortunately this technician does not get any type of stars for me and the same goes for the company. This is the second time that they come and post the signs as if they serviced it and then they ask us to fill out the survey While I am done with this company and they will be hearing from me first thing tomorrow I will no longer be doing business with this company

I had requested a phone call prior to your service. I did not receive one. I didnt notice the sign in my grass nor did I notice the tracks in the grass until a couple of days later. I have cut the grass since your application and Im finding the creeping charlie is turning brown along with the thistles. Many of the weeds that have been GROWING ALL YEAR are also dying. I m sorry but showing up at 7:35am for lawn care service and ringing the door bell. Not cool, we take our dog out in the morning and now we have to wait but now the entire house is up including people who work at night. Sorry but this was not cool. Oh and it s a rainy day.

He needs to close the gate after he is done in the backyard! My dog escaped because the gate was wide open. Also, we dont mind that he rings the bell when he arrives so we know he is there. Sometimes the dog will be loose in the backyard and we need to get him inside.
