Awesome company! My grass looks like carpet. I have used them for about 5 years now and couldnt be happier with their service. Just recently added their weed control in my flower bed service so looking forward to have an easier year with no weeds in the bed.

We are starting our 3rd year with Prograss. They are responsive when I call and deliver services as described, however, my yard is still full of weeds including clover. I am not overly impressed with their attention to detail. They use those ride on spreaders and miss a lot of the corners and tight spots. I am constantly weeding. Call me old school, but those old walk behind spreaders did a better job.

We have been very pleased with the customer service and the way our lawn looks! We tried many before Pro Grass with varying results. Pro Grass is head and shoulders above the rest!

I was skeptical about hiring any lawn company... But decided on Pro Grass and am blown away! Weeds are virtually gone, yard is thicker, and I get detailed emails specific to my yard typed by the tech who serviced my yard! They ALWAYS confirm in Email that they closed my gate so my dog doesnt run out! I appreciate the extra steps they take to do the job right the first time, and will continue to use you guys next year!

I have signed up for one year. Without my prior approval they claimed that they have treated my lawn and sent it to collections. When i called them they said they are going to inform the collections to drop the charges, but they did not inform them to drop the charges. They are automatically renewing with out our consent to continue the service. This is cheating the customers who dont notice their mails considering that as a promotional mail.

Very, very poor lawn service and customer service. Instead of providing good service they reported the outstanding invoice to a National Credit Agency. They are cheating customers! I would never recommend this company for any Lawn Care Service.

Our lawn was a mess while using another company. It took awhile but ProGrass got our lawn looking so nice that I had neighbors asking what kind of fairy dust we were using. Nothing like walking out onto a thick green carpet of grass. Couldn t be happier.

Last year, we had a weed garden of over 15,000 square feet. There was not one blade of grass. We had the yard tilled, limed, and seeded, not knowing what to expect. Called around looking for the best company to get the lawn going---not expecting a perfect lawn the first season. ProGrass was recommended by so many, including product distributors, that we gave them the job. All I can say is that they under promised and over delivered. Our lawn is nothing short of amazing. The transformation was phenomenal. We now have a thick, green lawn and the neighbors are taking notice. Two of my closest neighbors saw the results and switched their lawn care to Pro Grass. Obviously, we signed up with them again for this season to continue the great work. These guys are terrific and I recommend the company to all.

We came to Pro Grass several years ago because of our dog. She was very sensitive to the chemicals they used on our lawn. They made the pads on her paws swell so much that she wouldnt walk on them. I was told that Pro Grass use more organic products that should be better for our dog. Sure enough, she hasnt had any problems since we made the switch. As a bonus, the lawn looks better than ever. The products and service they provide are exceptional. We highly recommend them.

If you re looking for high quality work and top notch customer service, ProGrass is the only way to go. From general fertilization/weed control, to perimeter pest control, mosquito control, aeration and seeding, they can take care of you. You will have one technician assigned to your lawn who knows it s ins and outs and will work with you to get it looking just the way that you want. You will also receive application reports so you know exactly what was done and what products were used during that visit. Jason Dixon is my tech. He has made a career in turf grass management and you can tell that he truly cares. If there are specific needs/questions that you have, they are quick to answer. I can t stress enough the value of the customer service that ProGrass provides.

Lawn plans seem good and the prices are fair. I wish the tech s would blow off the driveway and walk when their done. Kinda annoying to keep cleaning fertilizer off the driveway

This company is not transparent about the results that you can expect. They failed to inform me at the beginning that my lawn has been taken over by Bermuda grass (rather than crab grass) which cannot be treated by the chemicals they use. I paid for a year so I just sucked it up. They continued after the 1 year mark and sprayed when it was pouring rain outside. Now they are seeking to collect a $60 invoice and they are relentless - calling at all hours from all different phone numbers. Avoid this company.

So happy with Pro Grass! Best decision that I have made for my yard. The service is great I love getting the email from my technician after my lawn has been serviced. I had my lawn aerated last fall and I have so much more grass then I have ever had in places I have never been able to grow grass. I have already opted in for the fall 2021 for the aeration. The technician, Kris Ewers, who came was pleasant, polite, and neat in appearance. He patiently answered my questions and carried out the requests I made regarding 2 areas in the backyard. He also educated me about some of the weeds in the yard. (Fertilizer and weed control were part of the lawn care given this time.)

We have used Pro-Grass for several years now and are very pleased with the improved look and feel of our lawn. We prepaid (at a discount) for 6 periodic treatments, grub control, and Fall aeration. Our technician, Ray Pennepacker, does a great job and is always willing to discuss our lawn whenever we happen to be around when he is performing an application. He always provides a detailed description of the service provided for each visit and offers encouragement to us concerning our maintenance between the Pro-Grass visits. We would recommend this service to anyone.

Best looking lawns anywhere

Jesse has been doing my lawn for around 6 years. Always a pleasure to talk to and does a great job on my property. Never in a hurry and cleans up when complete.

Friendly staff, good service rendered, but shady practices. I signed up for the 4x a year service but received 6x a year service and was therefore my credit card was auto-billed $100s more than I was expecting. My fault for trusting them to render the service I signed up for and waiting over a year to validate the cost of work done. ProGrass claimed I signed up for the 6x service from day one, but they dont have customers fill out or sign any paperwork confirming the service they want. And I keep a meticulous log with service requests and expenses. Our records simply disagreed. I asked for a refund on the two extra lawn treatments and they refused to refund. I asked that they then unequivocally stop all service moving forward, which they confirmed in writing (email). Next thing I know I get both a letter and an email from ProGrass saying that Pro Grass Automatic Service Renewal Reminder. Yes, they were going to automatically bill my credit card AGAIN for services that I outright refused! And this time I had an actual email chain to back it up!

I used to own my own construction company, which makes me really appreciate a local, family owned business. Dialing a 410 number beats 1-800 everyday. I am very happy with their service.

Pro Grass is by far the best lawn care company I have ever used!! I had been using TruGreen for both tree / shrub and lawn care off and on for years. I had ongoing issues but stayed with them hoping it would get better. I discovered Pro Grass and made the switch. They have been great! Right from the start they were highly professional and personable. The Service Manager Chris P. came out within a day to evaluate my lawn and worked directly with me to put a lawn care program in place for my home. He showed me all the products and services available to me and answered my numerous questions along the way. Once the program was put in place they did not continually try to sell me new products and services every week like TruGreen. Once the lawn and shrub treatments started EVERY technician that came to my house was wonderful and took pride in their work!! They explained each and every service I was getting before they put the product down. Once the service was complete I received a paper receipt and an emailed copy of the service. Thank you Chris P. and the entire Pro Grass Team!

Weve used Pro Grass Lawn Care for a number of years and will keep using this company for the long term. From day 1, all the folks with whom weve talked -- management, office staff, field technicians -- have been interested in our needs, knowledgable, and efficient. The company has also added over the years to the services it provides (e.g., mosquito and tick control, lawn grub and disease control, etc), and we couldt be happier. All the technicians who come out are friendly and good workers, and Chris Pence is absolutely superb! Great company all around!

Kris Ewers is our tech, at Pro Grass, he takes great care to make sure to avoid any treatments coming near toys or pool area. Lawn looks great, front and back. They always call the night before so I can unlock gates. We are very pleased.

I am GLAD I switched. I have been a happy ProGrass customer for the past two years. I switched from another lawn care service to ProGrass. The former lawn service did a reasonable job and I had them across two houses for almost 20 years. But after switching to ProGrass, my lawn looks fuller (more filled in), simply healthier and greener and survived the summer better. On top of having a great lawn, they are responsive and easy to work with. I recommend them highly. Ask for Michael !!

Terrible customer service! Blew leaves all over neighbors property and public sidewalk. Never notified us they were coming. Big mess! Would not clean up the mess they made.

Been using these guys for years and for a reason...they are great at what they do! My yard was more like a field and less like a yard when they started. They have it all under control...no weeds, no crabgrass. Everything handled with no effort on my part. Even donated my old spreader to charity since Im clearly not going to need it!

I have been w ProGrass for 8 years. Value is excellent. Initially my lawn was a mess after we built on old farmland. Today the lawn is in superior condition across 2+ acres. Staff is professional - they do a nice methodical application even in hard to get to places. Despite weather patterns over the years they never seem to get off cycle with their applications - this is a good thing. I would, and have recommended them to others.

Very, very poor lawn service and customer service. They were responsible for extensive lawn repair as a result of allowing crabgrass to invade my lawn. Their solution was to kill the crabgrass and leave the lawn at the homeowners expense with serious lawn repair issues. The large parts of the front lawn that were killed had to be replaced with new sod (in July) by another landscaper. ProGrass was asked to pay the repair bills and/ or credit our account for the treatments that were paid for crabgrass protection. They refused (all) opportunities to credit our account. We were long time customers and instead of providing us some relief clearly caused by their error, they instead reported the outstanding invoice to a National Credit Agency. This is their idea of outstanding customer relations.....They just dont get it! I would never recommend this company for any Lawn Care Service and either should you...I immediately contacted a National Provider of this service in our area and have been very satisfied. They have a very responsive customer service representative and a lawn and shrub technicians that put the Customer First! Our lawn is monitored monthly in very excellent detail.
