The Rose Garden in Thousand Palms

Unprofessional and rude. Was difficult to connect on the phone to get a quote. After several voice mails was promised to be called "right back". Waited. No call back for hours. Two days later called back. Agreed on the date and time for them to come to my house. Got them a pass through the gate. No show. Called them back. No answer. An hour later got a casual call - no apology. As a matter of fact they "promised" to be at my house within 30 minutes or maybe more. I told them that 1.5 hour later past the appointed time is not professional. They told me to "forget about it". That's what I am going to do. May this be a warning to other customers not to lose their time with this highly unprofessional and rude outfit.
