I was disappointed to find out that the sales representatives of True Green had sold me a completely different scenario than what the actual reality was. It was only after the technician arrived and provided an honest assessment that the situation became clear. In my opinion, True Green should reconsider outsourcing their sales representatives since it seems to incentivize them to provide inaccurate information just to make a quick sale and earn a commission. Such practice is detrimental to the companys reputation and overall business. Nevertheless, I must say that the technician who visited my home did an exceptional job, and Im thoroughly impressed with their work.

Horrible They came to my house. They did the front lawn and they did not do the back lawn. I told them that I put down crabgrass preventer with fertilizer two treatments one at the end of March and one at the end of April. They came to my house and put down, crabgrass preventer with fertilizer the same thing that I put down. I spoke to someone and left a note for the specialist to please be careful when entering the backyard because I had two little dogs so I left the gate cracked open so they could get in and out. They said they would relay the message. The specials never came to the backyard. I called to find out what was going on. They said they would bring the specialist back and call me right back immediately because he just left. No never called me back. If this is the way that you are going to do business I am not interested. This was a train wreck experience as far as I m concerned .

We used Tree Green for about 5 years now. My husband used to do all our lawn maintenance but has lost interest in it since he retired. We are happy with our lawn care since True Green took over. Lawn looks great! Great customer service too.

Truck operator arrived at 06:45 AM. Walked over property with him. I brought to his attention that I was told they were supposed to call with a time they were coming. He called and left a text when he arrived. Also asked about impending weather. He said it would help the lawn. We got over an inch of rain today. Seemed to wash off any treatment that was applied.

Scammers, don t believe them. In early January, different staff members of their company kept calling you, giving you a very low quotation, and asking you to swipe your card over the phone to sign the contract immediately, saying that only in this way can you get a discount. , when their staff came to provide services in March, they immediately asked for additional money. I already called to cancel the service.

What I ask what needs to be done, they cooperate and get the work done!

They mistakenly fertilized my yard instead of my neighbors house 3 houses down. I guess they can t read. I had just put fertilizer down 3 days prior. They tell my fiancé that there is no damage to the lawn. Says we are all good to go and the burn spot is due to the drought. Even though I water for 20 mins per zone per day with a sprinkler system. No apology. No offer of compensation or to fix the yard. If they treat me this way when I didn t ask for a service, I could only imagine how they treat their customers if there is an issue.

I posted a very favorable review 2 years ago (below) and I am back to say that my lawn looks great -,even with this crazy weather. I still recommend this service. 2 years ago my lawn went into distress, more than I could control/understand. Contacted TruGreen in 2020 and they took over. My lawn is back to its green and lush state and all I need to do is mow once a week. I am very happy with the service they provide and very comfortable recommending them to others.

I have had TrueGreen perform tick and mosquito spraying of my property and have had nothing but professionalism from the technicians and they deliver a quality product. We went from having half a dozen ticks on myself and my dog after spending time in my yard last spring to not seeing a single tick after application of the product. My issue of concern, however, occurred on Friday January 19th when I stopped by on my way home during a pretty substantial snow storm to inquire about salt services and was appalled to find that their entire parking lot and all walkways into the building were dangerously covered in snow and ice. I tried to get into the building since there were what appeared to be employee cars in the lot but after nearly slipping on what I presume was the walkway, I turned around and went back to my car. If thats the way Management maintains the facility where they greet the public I hate to think about the safety of the people who actually have to work in the building every day.

On time, professional, uniforms, company vehicles are clean and look well taken care of. No hassle, tech was super cool and thanked me for my service to our Country.

They came when they said they would. They told us when they were done and the products really work! Our dogs used to be coved with tics - not anymore and the mosquitos and much less noticeable.

I enjoyed the convenience of signing up and communicating online. Ever since first mosquito application, I ve been able to finally enjoy being outside with my 3 year old.

My lawn is burnt after application too tec said it could be water I have sprinkler system runs 2 times a day and lawn gets shade and sun depending on time of day so he was no help

Lawn aeration and over seeding. The machine that was used tore large patches of grass up. This machine is suppose to make holes in the soil. This summer we dealt with a drought and the grass was already not looking to good and now it really looks bad.

First appt for weeding in April, the tech didnt service the back yard even though my contract is for 15,000sqft and I was billed for chemicals for the whole property. I called and was advised to wait 10-14 days to confirm weeds died. Im not sure why I had to wait when I know it wasnt done, but anyway I never called back because it wasnt that big of a deal. Second service in June for fertilizing the yard and grub control. This time I watched on our home security because they arent allowed to knock on your door and interact due to covid. The tech only did the front yard again. I thought he was going back t the truck to pull into the driveway to service the backyard and he just drove away. I called in...again and the office said they would call the tech, Dante, and have him turn around to complete the service. No show. I called the gentleman that started our service and he assured me he was contacting the district manager and would have it handled. 3wks later...no call back or response or communication of any kind attempted and the rest of my yard was never serviced, but still charged the full amount. Called again today and requested a refund and canceled service. Not sure what the deal is, but I wouldnt recommend them based on my experience. The tech is deceitful charging for the full amount and not completing the service. I recommend yall be mindful when they arrive to do your service, especially if the tech is Dante.

This was the second year that service did not happen on a timely basis. This year, the service was applied early Spring and mid May. They should have come out six weeks after that at the end of June. I had not received service and the system was blamed. Earlier this year I tried to call regarding my invoicing method of payment and the message that there were 3-4 hour wait times to get through to a service rep. This is out of the Thorofare/West Deptford location. Last year the problem was the service being scheduled for service for a day, and it never happened.

Sadly, Im satisfied with the outcome of my lawn, which is obviously the only engagement I should need with these people. However, when I modify my yard and the status of my existing service- this is what brings me to the conversation of Youre Fired. For 4 months and 9 different customer service reps and repeated conversations I endured the waiting process for someone to remeasure my yard. It also took 5 different field techs for this activity to be accomplished. Sir, someone will be there tomorrow to physically remeasure..... Hi, its me again, yeah ummm, your guy just drove up and left again.... Sorry sir, that shouldnt have happened.... right, I get that, but its the 4th time. Goodbye Trugreen, Hello Lawn Doctor....

A little old lady owned my house before me and never did anything in reference to lawn maintenance. TruGreen has gotten rid of my moles, Grubbs and has fertilized my lawn and after the first treatment it looked good and after the second treatment it looks great! My technician Carlton is amazing at explaining the process to me and all the different products and services TruGreen has to offer! I would 100% recommend TruGreen and Im looking forward to my next two treatments one more in the summer and one in the fall.

They did not treat weeds, I had to keep calling them back to kill the weeds. They over sprayed my plants around my house and killed 2 of them. I called and spoke to a woman who said a manager was going to come out and look and replace and they never came...

Wish I could give No stars. TruGreen in Runnemede, NJ took our $300 and destroyed our lawn. It looks like a desert, and may never return. Manager Nick Morrell and the rest of management refuses to return our calls to address the damage. Originally Nick came out to personally assess and resolve the damage his company created and I believed him for his word. Wow - it has gotten much worse, and now he wont answer our calls . This is the manager! Thus, I am now forced to put a written complaint together at this stage, and pursue as far as needed. Please save yourself the aggravation if you live in Gloucester/Camden Cty, NJ. These folks will take your money, wreck your lawn, and finally refuse to speak to you when you ask for a manager. Nothing like the old Scotts (we were former customers). 8/6/19 Update - My response to the Response from the Owner : I have already emailed customer support. Ive called both managers and General Manager in Runnemede, NJ. No one responds to any correspondence. Dont leave this bogus message to show that you have customer service in mind. Please note to all potential customers: Notice the Owner responded and provided nothing, no information whatsoever. Not even a first name is included. Nothing but a generic email bin. An email which , by the way, I have already emailed. I am composing & submitting a letter in writing .

I think TruGreen does a great job at a fair price! The techs are great and very professional. The issue I have is that, for two years, I have been trying to get the contract for the property updated to insure the techs treat both the front and the back. If I am not here to advise them, I need to contact TruGreen and have them come back. There is no problem in having that done, but wouldnt it be easier to just update the record?

My lawn never looked better

Terrible customer service. The people that come out and perform services in your home are really nice but management and customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for over two weeks to speak with someone about a few questions I have on my bill. Every time I am told someone will speak with me in 24 to 49 hrs. Two weeks and still have not heard from anyone. Also I have weeds all over my yard. Truly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Also I have reached out to customer service multiple times and no help and responses from management even though they tell me they will call me in 24 to 48 hrs. Do not believe the reply below. It is all BS these guys suck at life.

UPDATE FOR DECEMBER 2019!! A. Pridgeon of TrueGreen promised me in the summer that he would take care of this dilemma. I was skeptical but - HE DID. He agreed to perform some extra services free of charge and my lawn now looks much better. He is a man of his words. I hope in Spring of 2020 it will look like the picture I posted with the snapper turtle walking through the grass. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been a customer of TruGreen since Scotts sold the lawn care business to them. I started with Scotts in 2011 and never had a problem. When Trugreen look over the service was lacking BUT I gave them a pass. Over the years I have had problems with my lawn and attributed it to not enough water (although I have a sprinkler system), too much water or just the heat. Now I realize that the problem was TruGreen. This season my lawn was beautiful. Within 24 hours of the fertilizer and grub application on 7/25/19 my lawn was burning up and turning color. I contacted TruGreen and they sent a specialist out and he put more fertilizer on it. it now looks like this. The branch manager still hasnt called me and I was told by a customer service representative to water it 10 minutes a day and it will get green again. If not with will revisit it in the fall. All I can say is - YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. This saga will continue, I will not let it go. The picture with the snapper turtle is what my lawn looked like 4 weeks ago.

Its not worth it I reassure you is not. Your better off supporting you local lawn care guy. When you work with trugreen you have no to get information from. They will make it so hard and so confusing just do they can get you stuck in this loop of paying for service you dont want. Their contacters at not knowledgeable or are playing dumb they just make excuses. The guy we talked to left next door without doing the full job. I dont know how they are legal. Why does PGA endorse them it beats me. They are scammers.
