I called Gator & 8 others looking for a quick repair on a broken sprinkler head. Tom was the first to return my call (most couldnt commit to less than 5-6 weeks) and was at my house the next day in the rain to fix it. Not only did he fix the broken sprinkler head, he walked through the rest of them with me fixing the ones that needed some tweaking. Highly recommend & will be using them for all sprinkler needs in the future.

Tom and Anthony came to fix my sprinklers on the same day that I called. They fixed multiple problems, taught me about the system and made sure everything was working. Really appreciate them.

I had the pleasure to work with Tom last month and I mean this in the best way, it was like having a neighbor who happens to know a lot about the problem youre having. He was completely understanding, and professional in every way that matters. From scheduling, to showing up even in off weather, and communicating with me in a fashion that wasnt a trumped up service call. He laid out the issues he saw before him, and laid out what was to be expected and how he felt best to tackle each issue that came up. Like I said earlier it didnt feel like I was just another Customer. It felt like working with a neighbor you know really well and they have a skill set you dont. A burst pipe was repaired, a flow back regulator rebuilt, and an in-ground line was mended in little over an hour.

Tom and Anthony are simply the best. My boyfriend and I are new to Colorado, and failed to winterize our sprinkler system before it got cold over Thanksgiving, leading to a busted vacuum breaker and other cracked/leaking pipes. In a panic, I called a few companies and Tom was the only person that called me back, and quickly, too! He was so gracious with his time right from the beginning, and came to my house the very next day. Anthony and Tom worked on the repairs together, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they both were. I had a million questions, and they were both happy to explain what was going on, what had caused the issues, and what they were doing to fix it. They were upfront on pricing and never tried to hid the ball. Anthony even crawled underneath our house to turn off the water valve, which I didnt know was down there. All in all, they spent about three hours on the system and were very pleasant to be around. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, and will definitely have them back next year :) Thank you so much!

Tom fixed a couple of leaks in our irrigation system control box. We took a look after he was done, and everything seemed fine... then the next day after the first full sprinkler run, i found a leak in the drip line. I let Tom know, and he promptly came out to make it right. He stands by his work and makes sure it is done properly. I highly recommend him for maintenance on lawn irrigation.

Tom is the absolute best. He has done my aerating for many years and when my sprinkler system had issues this week, he came out right away...replaced the broken parts, adjusted all the other heads and thanked me for my business. Top notch service and professionalism at very reasonable prices.

Just an FYI - I called for a consult on my sprinkler system, free estimate (as he said it would be and it also says in his business card), he came out, looked at the system for 20 min then told me it was a tree root and not much I could do but wait for it to rupture. Then told me it would be 85$ for his service. Its apparently only free if he can do anything about it. Now you know.

Tom did a great job on my residential sprinkler blowout. Previous people that come by have done a poor job with a small compressor but he did a very thorough job, including showing me where my shutoff valve could have a drain installed to blow off down to inside the house. I ll get a new valve over the winter. Also made really sure my drip lines were fully cleared of water. Thanks!

At first the women on the phone said it could possibly be up to two weeks but she was able to fit me in within the next 2 days! Extremely professional and fast service. Great service! Hi Id recently moved and was looking for first-time service. I tried several companies that were closer to my location and many said I was outside of their service area. I did a larger search and reached out to another group of companies. This company returned my call in the same day (side note not a single other company returned my call ever)! They also scheduled me in a very timely manner.... I had my appointment within less than a week. Tom and his team were fantastic! Tom was very thorough and walked me through my entire system. A very reasonable price for the aeration and blowout service! I am very happy that I found Gator and will be using them from now on!

I had Gator Aeration come out yesterday to aerate my lawn and they did a wonderful job. Tom was very friendly, safe, knowledgeable and professional. They were here on time and priced very reasonably compared to some other big box companies. Overall I had a great experience with them and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for aeration or sprinkler repair services.

We live within the neighborhood and gave them a call to aerate our lawn. They were responsive and had an appointment set up within the week. The weather wasnt cooperating (go figure Colorado) and we scheduled it for 2 days after all the rain. It was quick, efficient, and Im sure the lawn appreciated the help. Tom from Gator just repaired my leaking sprinkler system and I couldnt be happier with the overall service. They were quick to respond to my voicemail (while most other companies never even returned my call or informed me that they werent taking new customers) and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Sprinkler blow out great job

Our previous irrigation service never returns phone calls. Ever. I called Gator and reached a live human being who immediately scheduled our winterizing service to blow out the lines. Tom arrived on time and was thorough and professional. $5 higher than other service but I ll happily pay that for the quality of service. We ll definitely be doing business with them going forward.

We have now used Gator for a couple of seasons for aeration and sprinkler blow-outs/start-ups. Theyve been great to work with, always courteous, and their pricing is competitive. We were especially grateful that they rearranged our pre-scheduled appointment to fit us in before an early freeze, even though it meant coming out in the dark at 8pm to take care of us. Would highly recommend them!

Super helpful, came out to turn on my sprinklers at my new house. Showed me everything I needed to know, fixed a couple broken heads for me, will be using them for everything sprinkler related in the future.

The guys at Gator Aeration and Sprinkler, Denver had the best price I could find for lawn aeration services ($35 to aerate my front and back yard). And even for this price, they came out same-day and did a great job. Tom and his Thornton crew were very nice and professional. Im not sure about their sprinkler blow outs/service, since I didnt use them for that, but I will def use them again for my lawn aeration.

Mr. Tom Pollock from Gator Aerating and Sprinkler did an outstanding job. They blew out the system three times and gave informative advice for maintaining the system over the winter. Not only were they very knowledgeable, they were also very efficient, affordable, and had excellent customer service skills. I would high recommend them to anyone.
