Having never used a landscaping company I found myself in need of one after a fire destroyed 800 sq feet of massive 60 yr old evergreen trees & bushes. Lost my privacy, security & curb appearance. Patrick the owner of C.O.L quickly came up with a plan of replacing the damaged area with multiple styles of evergreen trees built up on a berm. He personally had my wife & I go & pick out our replacement trees at a nursery. His associates followed through with the completion of my particular project. Honestly a little upset about this. I saw such glowing reviews. I reached out through their website and they were very quick and enthusiastic about scheduling time to come out and chat about ideas. They didn’t show up at all the day we scheduled for. No call or message about missing the appointment. I reached out to the person I scheduled with and received no response. No idea what happened or why but I don’t know that these folks are very reliable after all.
