We hired this small Colorado family company this year and we have a typical lawn plus acreage outgrasses to cut and trim and Gilbert and team are doing a great job for a reasonable price. Gilbert and Kelly have helped us with many projects around the house- from fall yard clean up to a total backyard fence replacement- which turned out beautifully! Beware, learn from my awful fence job. A fence on July 4, 2022 was attempted..terrible job, only provided labor...the gate wouldn't close after 2 weeks, Gilbert notched out an area by latch which won't even closy longer..he put in odd areas for shims, just a terrible, terrible job ..the gate has dropped, cannot close...uneven spacing. A single 'nail' if a nail was placed in the center of a picket..they are twisting & buckling now. I had to pay cash! Over $1150.00. I was lied to, a permit was never pulled with City of Thornton as he guaranteed. I've stopped there 6 time snow, as they run the commercial business filed as a ' home business with Thornton' in our HOA, just around the block ... .The wife, Kelly promised me to finally send me an invoice on May 30, 2023. I'm still waiting! I was lied to multiple times... Please learn from my awful experience!!!!
I worked with them to replace a couple of my fence gates as they were falling apart, and they did a great job! They got the work done quickly, were incredibly responsive, and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend!
Have used them for winterization of my homes irrigation system the last few years. Always professional, available and on time. Will try some other services next growing season. Highly recommended!
