Randy & Dave have been doing my landscaping and lawn care for years. I've never seen a lawn care company work so hard to make their customers happy. They are professional and extremely accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job with reasonable prices.

I’ve been using their services for a couple years now because the last company I was using were beyond incompetent and unreliable. They are friendly, professional, and most importantly they do good and timely work.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. On the + side, they responded very quickly to my request. There were 4 spots where the blades were much to close to the ground. I now have 4 brown spots in my lawn that were not there before. There were several spots of lawn that were totally missed as well as no trimming around flower beds. I terminated service after I saw the bad job that they had done. They offered to come back and correct the areas that they missed, but quite frankly I lost all trust in their cutting/trimming abilities. She said that they would not charge me for 2 X's if I allowed them to come back. I was right inside the house if they had any questions, but none were asked. When I spoke to the supervisor, Kimberlee (who was not there when the lawn work was being done), she was told by the head mower person that he told me about the 4 spots in the lawn that had been cut SO short that it just looked like a short brown spot in the lawn. I absolutely do not remember him having this conversation with me. Since we had little communication during the mowing I am sure that I would have remembered this certain mention of spots cut too short in the lawn. All in all, I feel as though some money should have been refunded to me for the bad job they did on my lawn. BTW - Ray said that the lawn should be mowed every other week. I said ok because he is supposed to be the specialist, but after checking with several people, my thoughts about a lawn being mowed once a week, at least in early summer was verified. The cuttings would be so long that K&A would have to rake or gather the grass cuttings in a bag. As you can tell, I cannot recommend K&A for yard work. All the pictures were taken after they "completed" the job and left the property.
