Margaret Thayer is most likely a difficult person to please. I have known Joey my whole life and he is polite and always courteous to others. I'm willing to bet Margaret probably acted disrespectfully first and deserved the reception she received. I have had nothing but great service from this company! Just look at all her other reviews. Almost none are positive.
Ordered 3 yards of topsoil for delivery and they delivered less than 1.5 yards, yet billed for 3. Personally went to their office with photos showing what was delivered. Joey wouldn't look at the photos, come to the property to see what was delivered. Instead, he sent nasty texts, threatening to sue if I didn't pay up. I s sent payment for what was delivered and offered to go to court to prove my case. Bullying the customer didn't work this time. Would never use again or recommend.
