I have had a great experience so far with TruGreen and all the staff that I have interacted with.

Service provider was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about my questions regarding product being applied to my lawn.!

Terrible customer service. Made at least ten calls for answers without results. Finally found the technician working another job. Found out what was promised was never done. Very disappointed.

TruGreen has done an excellent job of maintaining our lawn. It looks so much better now.

This is a great product but there is no way to contact local specialist with questions or concerns.

I had a conversation concerning issues with my lawn not doing well and discussed it and agreed to take a soil sample to see if there were any issues will have to wait for results. Did a good job on doing the yard.

Our technician was very knowledgeable. She explained things to me.

Josh Freeman did a great job, answered all of my questions and was very efficient in spraying the yard.

Absolutely no change in the color or thickness in my lawn, one visit did not even involve fertilizer, only weed control and the next visit was to be for chinch bugs not fertilizer. One application of fertilizer in 4 visits? AlI customer service is handled out of state, not locally like it used to be. I will not use Trugreen again

Is it really necessary to go door knocking continuously? Getting rude notes on our door about the appearance of our yard. To top it off had a lady from TruGreen knock on my door this morning, when I answered I had my newborn in one arm the other trying to keep my large dog from getting out and she proceeds to ask me what we plan to do eith our yard... Not interested, if I was Id contact someone. No need to continuously harass us for dry patches.

I m very satisfied with the quality and service .

I spent $800 for one year of service and nothing changed from my yard, still has weed and dead areas. I would not recommend someone to use the services.

Great service and professional specialists

Were five year customers. Up until January 2023, we would have highly recommended their services. We prepaid for the year and are currently 3 weeks overdue for service. We have been canceled and rescheduled four times in the past two weeks. Each time we call the number there is a different excuse. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable service at both the local and corporate office, both of which have successfully managed to leave unresolved. Formerly happy customer who no longer recommends.

Worth the time and money if you don t want a bug/weed infested lawn.

I called their customer assistance twice for some clarification for a new customer. BOTH TIMES I was told they couldnt get that information. Then, when I told them how disappointed in their service I was, they suddenly figured out a way to get the answer. Seemed too lazy to dig for it initially. Im done.

This company is no longer local you cannot contact anyone local on the phone service has been going down since they incorporated a few months ago. Apparently they or located up North. The yard is starting to look bad service just is not what it use to be. They use to call when they come out they stop doing that and stop putting the summary of what they done on the door when they left.

Very disappointed. They took my money but have yet to provide service. I ve called on 4 different occasions and have been told different stories each time. They even sent an invoice for a day that they didn t come. Very sketchy. I m in the process of trying to get my money back

Garbage service in the Foley area. They never come out on the day they say they will and then they try to squeeze in multiple applications in a two month period to catch up. I ve been a customer for years and my lawn looks worse today than it did when I signed up. Just canceled and signed up with someone local.

Trugreen is professional and takes what their customers into consideration and if I had a problem with something they are quick to fix it

Did not return calls or show up when promised. Large areas of my lawn have died, and all they want to do is fertilize. There is obviously an infection of some kind. Either bugs, or fungus. This company used to do a good job before corporate took over.

I called to get service two weeks ago and the person that took the call was very informative and professional. He did not pressure me, he explained in detail the companies offerings and pricing. I accepted a plan and he said they would start the end of the following week. The lawn technician showed up on time and explained exactly was the service entailed and efficiently performed his job. The best part it was so convenient and quick to get it started, looking forward to a long relationship with the company.

Polite, professional service from service provider!

Had Trugreen for about a year and left them because they were unresponsive once they went corporate and were no longer local. Went back to them about two to three months ago because they called and promised that they were changing policies and I would be able to get ahold of someone local anytime I needed to. They gave me a cellphone number I could call if and when I had any questions or concerns, conveniently that phone now goes straight to voicemail. Was promised a soil analysis, not done. Promised open communication, not happening. If they didnt get me to pay for a whole year, I would be canceling right now. I should of stayed with the company I found who were local and actually cared about their customers and community.

I originally contracted with TruGreen via the lawn service I used at the time. Ive recently switched to being a regular direct customer. The switch over was quick and painless. The office staff was very helpful and efficient. The technicians that provide my treatments are likewise professional and the results are outstanding.

We had monthly service that did nothing and was horrible and I had dead grass everywhere so we cancelled. Got a call saying the whole company was changed and to please try again. We signed up for and paid for a year of service up front with the understanding the last bill of monthly service would be removed. They came for one service and the technician didn t tell me he was coming, showed up at 7 am and was peering through my front door glass and stumbling like he put whiskey in his cornflakes. Cancelled after that again. Fought for weeks to get a reasonable refund for the paid year long service. Imagine my surprise when I receive a collections bill for the amount they said they were cancelling. Never again. Never.

Unreliable and allowed damage to lawn and bushes.

They tried to do a good job, but after a year and a half of service, my lawn still has major issues. Bare spots and random weed infestations.

Excellent communication. Very professional and informative.

I have used True Green for four years. They have kept my lawns healthy through a bad hurricane and removal plus stump grinding of two big trees.

We downsized and wanted less yard work , smaller flower beds, etc. We found exactly that. However, keeping our smaller lawn healthy-a beautiful carpet of thick green grass-free of weeds, insects/applying fertilizer, nutrients...still took a lot of work . We decided to call TruGreen. Was one of the the smartest things we ever did! They are experts in lawn care & do a wonderful job. In fact, neighbors began asking what we were doing -told them to call TruGreen and now they have lawns to be proud of too. They provide services according to your individual needs and budget!! You don t have to be at home- they leave you a TruGreen tag on your door stating what they did. AND, if you need them or have a concern, just a quick call and it s handled. TruGreen has maintained our lawn for 4 years... we know how great they are!! We look forward to weekends now..NO YARD WORK... more time with family & friends ..THANKS to TRU-GREEN!!

TruGreen has done an excellent job keeping my new lawn in good condition. They are prompt to respond to any requests and their technicians are always friendly and informative on what we need to do to keep it that way. Only improvement would be a discount for seniors to help lower costs.

They always call & tell me when they will be coming & what they will be doing. The techs are always respectful, knowledgeable. They ask if you have any concerns. When finished they leave a summary of what they did & any recommendations on your door. Everybody comments on how great my yard looks.

We decided to try TruGreen of Mobile about a year ago, and initially the service seemed to be marginally effective at weed control, fertilizing, and pest control. However, over time, we noticed the results became less & less apparent, and the invoices seemed to become higher & higher. Then, finally at some point last winter, there was some apparent weed spraying along my property s entire fenceline that left behind a 3-foot wide swath of dead grass, which became painfully obvious when the lawn came out of its winter dormancy in late March 2021. All TruGreen tech had to say was that it must ve been from a cold winter & some other BS, and that maybe it would eventually grow back; however, none of our many other neighbors that don t use TruGreen, but do have the same type of centipede grass, the same type of shadow box fence, and the same type of winter weather showed no signs of this kind of problem. So, I have to call B.S. on this lame-brain & accept-no-responsibility explanation. TruGreen management was notified numerous times about this complaint, and we never got a reply from anyone about it. Needless to say, we were forced to cancel this expensive & negative impact lawn service. Now, I have the wonderful task of ripping-up thousands of square feet of dead grass along my entire fenceline, and purchasing expensive & dirty sod to put it all back myself. Then, I have the wonderful task of watering it all back to health very early in the morning for the next several weeks. Thanks TruGreen!

We have used them for 2 years. The last couple of visit we have seen no reductions in weeds and stickers. Called and they sent someone to spot treat areas, still no results. Called and spoke with manager named Brandon, he was suppose to come out Weds to take a look, never showed or called. Waited a day still no show or call. I also referred to co workers months ago and never received referral discount. Have canceled service and will be going with another company.

After the last treatments by trugreen, my yard was worse than the prior year. Grassy weeds all over the place. Called them to fix things. They treated the yard again and the weeds persist. I had to order weed killer and treat most of my yard.

TruGreen is a great company. Mike was our tech. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

TruGreen has done a wonderful job on our lawn. It looks much better than many of our neighbors. We recommend them to all that ask how we have such a beautiful lawn with no weeds.

This company has the WORST customer service I have experienced in quite a while. If I could give negative stars I would. After speaking to the office manager about a problem we experienced, she took it upon herself to cancel our service. My complaint was about a note left on our door by one of her employees, which I felt was very unprofessional and rude. She dismissed my complaints and told me they actually did me a favor by coming back out and spraying and didn t understand why everyone is so offended these days. This was all started by a feedback email I received from them. If you don t want someone s opinion about your services- don t ask. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.

The lawn has looked so green and weed-free this year. They did a great job of keeping our property looking great.

TRUGREEN saves me a lot of time and effort. They know what my lawn needs and when to apply. This takes all the guess work out of lawn care.

Highly recommend! I ve only had 2 applications so far, but I can already tell a huge difference! My grass is so much greener with next to no weeds left in it! I have always done my own yard when it comes to weed control and fertilizer, but choosing to have Trugreen come out and take over was the best decision I ve made in terms of my yard.

TruGreen arrives as scheduled and lets us know what they are doing to our lawn. Our lawns appearance and condition has greatly improved since we started using TruGreen.

I ve had two sessions and my yard is looking so much better. My husband passed away two and one half years ago and always took good care of our yard. Needless to say it has suffered, however, Trugreen is making it beautiful again!

I ve used TruGreen fertilizer service for several years for my lawn, we recently parted ways, because my lawn looks horrible, and they have down little to diagnose and tell me what was needed. I ve since fertilized myself and it looks better, I ll be doing soil sampling etc to understand better what s going on. In short, I m not sure what I was paying them for, very disappointing, they take your money, but very poor value in my experience. Note they said they would come by and look at the lawn after I left them, they never followed up.

Bottom line: You want to use Randys TruGreen!! There really is not enough time or space for me to adequately express how awesome Randys company is. From the start, they came out and explained in great detail what was needed and how they could fulfill that need. They were always on-time and would give me a call about an hour before they arrived so I could ensure the full yard was available. They were more than happy to come in outside the scheduled times and perform additional service if the lawn required it. They were not looking for a quick dollar and attempt to up-sell you on more services. They were only looking to provide excellent customer service and they exceeded my expectations in that arena. I would not hesitate to use them again.If we had more businesses like Randys TruGreen, bad customer service would be a thing of the past.

We had TruGreen servicing our lawn for 3 years in South Carolina and got amazing results so when we moved to Alabama contacting and having TruGreen do our lawn servicing was a no brainer. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious about making sure our lawn is maintained and kept looking the best it can.

Ok at first, then they started charging me randomly during the month for services without ok. I ended my service 2 years ago and I have begged them to stop calling me, put me on a no call list and I still get calls. Will not recommend to anyone

They discovered the PH of my lawn was off and they have worked hard to get it to the desired PH. I have received a lot of comments about how good my grass looks since they started all of their various treatments. I think they saved me from needing to put down new sod.

Very attentive to detail. The lawn never looked better this time of year. Nick their tree and shrub te h offered suggestions regarding a number of shrubs that will save them so I wont have to replace. All their service technicians, and office personnel are courtesy and take time to answer questions and offer advice. They never appear to be in a hurry to get away. They treated my yard and my neighbors last year with NO improved results. I ask to speak to the manager. Sent them pictures of my yard afterwards and still almost a year later no response. This year my yard looks terrible. Will have to figure something else out. Can t trust these people. They really DONT CARE!!!

We have a program for our lawn and bushes and trees. We are typically very satisfied with the results, but should an issue be experienced, we simply call their office. They dispatch one of their people to investigate and address the issue at no charge. We are very satisfied with their service.

I have worked with. Several lawn companies since purchasing my home in Malbis. TruGreen by far the best i have dealt with. Provide excellent service and make my yard shine. My service tech, sorry Im bad with names, is the most professional and courteous person to work with. I highly recommend TruGreen for all yard and lawn care.

No fuss. They do all the work and apply everything at the right times. I do not have to call and get things corrected because they have already identified the problem and are working on it.

I ve struggled with weeds for years and did not have that problem this spring. It was great to see a noticeable difference in my yard compared to my neighbors. I ve recommended TruGreen to all of them.

The worst if you want weeds that look like plants they were not treating yard right side yard died paying premium price go somewhere else tied of pulling weeds when it was there job but they did not do there job.

I was somewhat skeptical when I first contacted TruGreen. My yards were not in the best of shape. As time went by I began to see a noticeable improvement. The service technician that took care of my lawn is very nice and professional. He gave me some tips on how to work my lawn between visits, all of which worked as he said they would. Randy our yard tech is great. He is efficient and never misses an inch of grass. He always takes time to explain what treatment is being applied and to make sure I know if I need to water it in. My yard has really improved in the 18 months Tru Green has been treating it. Weeds are almost non existent and the grass is really healthy. Thanks for making my yard look great.

The treated areas of my 5 acres looked good this past year. We avoided crabgrass infestation. Sedge kept to a minimum.

As our lawn began to green up this spring it was looking really good...until Trugreen has started their treatment. Now the backyard has large dead spots, and there are large yellow and dead spots in the front. We now have the worst yard in our neighborhood-far worse than our neighbors who dont do anything to their yard, except for our next door neighbors who use them, too, and whose yard is almost as bad as ours.

This company offered a discount for services if I would put my card on file. Came and did the services but Then charged my card the full amount. Which is fine accidents happen. When I called back to have them fix it the first time they said it would be handled they saw the mistake. I waited a week for the credit to go back which it never did. Then when I called back the second time the lady was so rude and unwilling to give me the credit but offered to try and discount it on next times services Agreed that it should not of been charged that way but not helpful in getting it credited. So now I have to dispute with my credit card. I clearly would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are not worth inviting to your lawn. After paying fully for their crappy first service, I have discontinued them and they have the gall to bill me $20 for backing the discount from that payement. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT! THERE ARE MANY SERVICES IN THE AREA THAT ARE GOOD, HONEST AND RELIABLE! response to the owner, I did not disclose my real name as I do not trust you, in fact i just received another mail with the demand of $20. NEVER AGAIN!

Cody did a fabulous job for us. He took his time and sprayed for weeds in my lawn especially around the edges of my flower beds. Other companies have told me they cant get this close but he did. My lawn as a whole looks great and Im glad Cody is my regular lawn guy.
