Professional, courteous and reliable. Called Friday and Monday first thing Justin was out. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Answered all my annoying questions with detail. Best part was that he walked me through the process of how the sprinkler system worked and what to look for and what to avoid in the future. The customer service richard and justin provided is something you rarely see now a days.
Richard is a class act! I messaged him in panic early in the morning when I noticed my sprinkler system had not been automatically turning on. He quickly helped me trouble shoot over text and offered to either come over and fix the situation himself or give me some pointers to do it myself. I can’t tell you how hard it is to find people who are willing just to help teach you to do things yourself. Not only did he do that but he also drove over on a Saturday to quickly inspect my work and ensure it was working properly. Highly recommend Richard!
They may not drive fancy trucks, with every piece of pipe/sprinkler head on board, but then again, they probably don't carry the overhead expense other companies do. Richard and Justin were a pleasure to deal with. Top-notch and reasonable prices. You can't go wrong with these guys.
We are a first time customer and the company came out on a Saturday morning after a phone call earlier on the same day. The technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. When he was done he walked us around the house zone by zone making sure we were happy with the coverage of each sprinkler head. We will definitely be switching to this company in the future.
The technician did an amazing job and was very surprised that he was able to take care of all the issues today! He re-routed the drip lines for my trees, fixed the electrical issues, and valves of my irrigation system. Also, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Mike was very helpful providing options and recommendations. He followed that up by being very quick to schedule and finish the work. The work included removing dead bushes/trees, replacing dead bushes/trees with new, gravel/rock, removing old pavers and replacing with new stone, weed barrier, mulch, and flower beds.
