We have had this company for about a year or so. Loved them at first but have always lacked communication. They broke my glass door in the backyard but replaced it after several attempts to resolve it. I laid new sod in the front yard in April only for them to destroy my grass with the stand up mower after a heavy rain that came through. After sending in pictures of the grass they said they would replace it. Never did that. They just came out and tampered the grass. Repeatedly attempt to get them to respond to that and it was all empty promises. While waiting to resolve the first incident they came out today and did it again destroying it a second time. I also specifically said not to cut the grass with a stand up mower and to cut at the shortest length since it’s new and St Augustine. Did it one time and went back to the old way and destroying it ignoring my request. This company will not communicate to fix what they destroy and will ignore you. Would not recommend them despite all the good reviews.
Slow to no response. Did not obtain services website indicates after being told will receive quote 1st. Then unable to find out what quote intels after not get what we requested
These guys are the real deal! If you're looking for the best lawn care in the Woodlands area, look no further than CA. Always on time, do a perfect job, and best of all, they respond quickly if you need them on a quick notice. Say bye-bye to the show up for 2 weeks and ghost you the next week lawn care guy. Give CA a try. You won't regret it

Very thorough and thoughtful of your yard. I have a pool in the backyard, and they would clean out whatever grass clippings fell into the pool and killed off any grass in areas that arent supposed to grow grass. Very professional
