-F Rating! Ripped me off, I paid $550 for mowing, weeding, trimming and adding Dirt and Seeding in the Back Yard. Paid him before I found out he didn't do the back yard at all. Called him several times, said he would go back and complete the job but never did. He then quit answering my calls. Do Not Pay him unless you get an invoice and you see he did the work or he'll rip you off!!

My husband and I just bought a house with property in The Dalles, which we love. However, the previous owners had let the grass and other potential flammables grow too close to the house. I was expecting a 2-week wait time at the height of fire season to even get scheduled. Teodoro and his assistant showed up on time and provided an extremely reasonable quote for getting a significant amount of work done. He works very hard, and can get a phenomenal amount of work done in a short period of time. I highly recommend this service if you need assistance with landscaping or lawn care.
I've tried other yard work services but no one is comparable. Teodoro and his team do superb yard work and are very efficient. They've been taking good care of our yard for almost 2 years now.
