Gecko Green Lawn Care in The Colony

I used them for several years and their service has been good until recently and I decided to discontinue with them. This spring, I got a lot of weeds coming out, but no neighbors had the same problem. It’s like someone carefully seeded weeds and they grew in big patches. I pulled a lot of them out, and filled up an entire yard waste paper bag. I stopped and asked myself why I had to do this when I’ve paid some “professional” to take care of my lawns. I also got big bald patches. It’s partly due to rabbit damage, but I don’t think they will do that much. My neighbors have the same rabbit problem, but their lawns don’t show big bald patches. I called them up, and they sent a manager to evaluate the situation. He did not use the exact words, but basically said it’s not their fault. Either I didn’t water my yard after their last service or my Bermudagrass was not getting enough sunlight. And rabbit caused the bald patches. He tried to treat the weeds, but told me they probably wouldn’t be able to fix it and I would have to install new sod. Again, my neighbors have the same type of grass, and we all have big trees, but their lawns look alright. The only difference is that I use Gecko Green, but most of my neighbors take care of their lawns themselves. I think they just messed it up somehow, but didn’t want to take responsibilities. Why should I pay someone and get poor results? It’s worse than doing basic stuff like my neighbors are doing.

Just want to say that my service technician Christopher Wait, was as knowledgeable, helpful and as pleasant as one could be! As was Amber who answers inquiries via phone. My yard is looking much better.

By far the best customer service experience we’ve had. Gecko Green did so well taking care of our lawn and flower bed and they were always flexible when we needed to cancel or reschedule services. We just found out we’re expecting twins, and we needed to cancel our contract with Gecko Green because we need to find ways to save money for their arrival. They were so kind and very understanding and even said congratulations on the babies. A few days later, we were surprised when a box of cookies arrived on our doorstep! They’d bought us cookies and sent a card once again saying congratulations. It was such a sweet and kind gesture and something we didn’t expect!

Signed up for lawn care and pest control services about a year ago, and we’re very happy with the services provided. My favorite part is the report I get at the end of the day from the technician who performed the treatment. I’ve had no issues with reaching them on the phone when I had a question or when I needed extra treatments between regularly scheduled treatments. Everyone I’ve been in contact with has been very professional and knowledgeable.

Jeffrey knocked on my door and I’m very glad I opened because my yard has NEVER looked better! Weeds & ants GONE! Thank you Jeff and the entire Gecko Green family for making my yard the best looking in the entire neighborhood!!
