My wife and I used Stonebridge Lawn & Garden to have a pergola built in our backyard about 6 months ago. I mainly dealt with Tony and I can only say positive things but a recent event really inspired me to write this review. The initial inspection, quote, pricing etc all went well. He was punctual, nice and not pushy about anything. He even went out of his way to provide samples of some of the potential coverings at my request. The initial quote was spot on to the final price. The build date was just a couple of days delayed (I think a shipping issue that was out of their control) but they did a good job of communicating and keeping me updated. Once they got started they got there early and left late and within a few days we had a beautiful pergola that provided shade and somehow made our small backyard feel bigger.

We had a pergola built in 2022 by SLG, after a recent severe storm we had some concerns and even though it had been two years Tony (the same guy we worked with before) was still responsive and helpful. That kind of customer service is rare and we appreciate the effort.

I needed an area of my backyard leveled to setup a playset. Fred and team did a great job and came up with options that worked within my budget.

We had a team from Stonebridge Lawn and Garden do a spring clean out of our yard and lay mulch. Our yard was in a bad way, and they fixed it up in just one day. Professional, easy, quick, and low stress. They did such a nice job, and were so worth it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fred is our salesperson and consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The crew is very professional and did a great job installing our new sod. We are very pleased with the job they did and we are having additional landscape work done by them.

Called with a sprinkler system problem and the next morning Tony and Justin showed up and fixed the issues. Good company to deal with. I use them for all my yard and landscaping needs.

Tony and the Stonebridge team were great to work with. He listened to what we wanted (unlike the other companies that we actually paid money for design plans), delivered everything on time, and followed up with us about a month later to make sure everything was ok. We had some major wind and one of our small trees was a little sideways, they staked it and adjusted a few other minor things to make sure everything would stay exactly how we wanted it. If you want it done right for a fair price, these are your peeps.

They are very customer satisfaction oriented. They followed up immediately on a minor sprinkler issue I had after the install. Their custom responsiveness is fantastic, and sets them apart from other companies I ve used. I will be using them for my future landscaping needs and would recommend them to others.

I have been trying for weeks to get someone to come out so I can show them what I need done, and still havent heard from anyone regarding my shrubbery. They already do my lawn but leave big branches all over my yard from my pecan tree. Im looking for someone else by all means, and the office gal is just rude! I dont recommend them at ALL

My lawn looks great after it was serviced today!!

Maybe my experience is different then others but is it really worth the chance that this could happen to you? This company showed up at 7am unexpectedly, with no explanation, while waking up our baby and small child. When I called to discuss they told me that the city gave them permission to come that early. I said that is unacceptable and that communication is warranted if they needed to do so. I drove to their office to discuss this with the owner (who was not available at the time of the call). Turns out they don t have an office and the office on google is their home. I was verbally attacked by his little brother who jumped the fence and came at me, I then got into my truck to leave only to be blocked in the fence by the owner who came screeching around the corner and into the driveway. Next the little brother ripped my door open and attempted to pull me from my truck telling me that I m gonna get it now . I HIGHLY SUGGEST AGAINST working with these people.

This is our first season with Stonebridge and we couldnt be happier! We are most impressed that the team took time to introduce themselves to us - and we have the same team each week. Stonebridge Lawncare provides a variety of services including lawn care, landscaping, and sprinkler system needs. They are always professional, prompt, and have given me great advice, especially with landscaping. I highly recommend them!

Experienced horrible customer service from one of the employees. We were quoted a price and when he came to the door to collect he informed me it was more work than expected, and it would be more. I stated they should notify a customer PRIOR to doing the work if it was going to be more than the original quote. This individual then turns around (without taking my check) and starts walking off saying very obscene things. When I called him out to return and say this to my face, he kept walking. Owner did call to apologize after I complained, which I thought was very professional and appreciated very much. However we were very surprised to get a call asking for payment 4 days later when they found out the employee didnt take our check originally. This should of been on him, and after the treatment and words said to me, I would think 40 bucks was worth letting go to ensure you had a happy customer who would return in the future, clearly not.

Very fast very professional. Lawn looks great every time. Crew knows the difference between a weed and a plant or a plant and a tree. Would highly recommend them.

They did great during the summer months. Then whenever September hit they stopped coming out twice a month and only came out once but I was still being charged twice. When November rolled around they didnt come out one time but I was still charged for the entire month. The lead crewman said that he picked up dog toys in my lawn and blew leaves off of our decorations in the front lawn, but the entire month of November I was picking up the leaves from our decorations and picking up the dog toys. At one point their stonebridge sign was even in my decorations. Anyways, whenever I call them to ask why I am being charged for the services that they are not providing, very nicely I might add. The lady on the phone gets sassy and takes a tone with me saying she doesnt charge her customers if theres no service being done. Well the service hasnt been done but I still got charged... overall not a very good experience with these people, I personally will never recommend them to anyone I know
