Mainely Grass in Tewksbury

Mainly Grass is great, Gary, our service technician has been treating my yard for two years now and is highly attentive to any problem areas. I am pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone who is considering.

Gary s service was superior. Previously he fertilized the lawn and noticed the presence of grubs. He returned another day, showed me the grubs he located, and explained clearly the treatment that he then applied.

Dan Rojas did a great job on our lawn. We appreciate the detailed report and advice he leaves us with after each application.

This was our very first ever service with mainly Grass. Juan was excellent !! He took the time to walk thru the entire lawn, and answer and address all my questions concerns. I just want to thank him very much and hope to keep him as the technician who will service our lawn

Gary Goulet serviced our lawn today and did a great job. Before the treatment he gave me opportunity to ask questions and informed me what he was about to treat, taking note of some newly seeded areas that needed to be skipped from pre-emergent but he hit with fertilizer. Post treatment Gary sent an informative summary of today s treatment with advice on what I can do to improve results.

We have been thrilled with the quality of customer service from Mainely Grass and the work of Juan Olvalles, the technician who has been servicing our property. At the start of the warmer weather our lawn had a TON of weeds emerging, and we were finding multiple ticks on our dog. After only a few weeks of working with Mainely, our lawn looks amazing and we haven t been finding ticks. I also frequently garden at dusk after work and never have gotten a mosquito bite! I have utilized Mainely Grass for over four services and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Danny Rojas is my service technician, and I would highly recommend him to any family and friend that was interested in service. Two years ago, I added 3 houses and recently my brother-in-law has also signed up. If you put out a good service with polite, qualified, hard-working service technicians your business will grow. They do all their quotes etc over the phone so they didnt take the time to actually visit my lawn and evaluate it. As a result, there are still huge bare spots all over my lawn and the weeds are growing everywhere. Apparently if you want them to make the effort to come out and actually see the lawn to tailor your services to what you need, its $99. What a joke! Now Im battling with them to get my $ back and will be contacting the attorney general and channel 7 news.

Update: Finishing up my 3rd season with them and my lawn has never looked better. I tried their Bare Essentials package this year, which comes with fewer applications and is cheaper. Seems effective, but I miss the option to have them visit in between scheduled applications if a problem arises. Mike is very professional, a good communicator and he clearly knows grass. This was my first application and if the results are as good as the service, Ill be thrilled!

Mainly Grass the most amazing Lawn Care Service I have ever used. They send a picture of the tech that will be doing to work. I find this to be a really safety factor for me. The tech goes out of his way to explain everything he did and why he is doing it .

Service was good, but the gate was not locked after completion

Ive been using Mainely Grass for years and they provide a great product and excellent customer service. They send a confirmation email the day before they arrive, which is super helpful for planning. They also send a summary after their visit with work performed and any recommendations for your lawn. When I have a question about an current service or inquire about a new one, they get back to me quickly. They also send out occasional emails explaining their new services allowing you to purchase what you may need without any sales pressure. Very happy with Mainely.

These people stand by their commitment to excellence. Great service provided. Came out for a Mosquito respray and rid the nasty nibbling bugs of my property. Big shout out to Christian for a job well done! Highly recommended!

The same tech. does not always treat our property.

This is my first season using the Mainely Grass services and I couldnt be happier with the results. For years, I did my own maintenance and ever tried TruGreen for a season. The results were far from optimal. We saw a Mainely Grass truck in our neighborhood last year so we inquired with them and paid for their services for the 2022 season. The results have been ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! One thing Ive really enjoyed is having Juan Ovalles consistently caring for my property this year. Hes done an amazing job with bringing a ton of life back to my lawn and is always very helpful and informative with providing guidance for proper care following these treatments. Mainely Grass gets my highest recommendation. If you want superior results and the dream lawn, go with them.

The yang man did a perfect aeration on my lawn that covers all area without a miss. He must be one of the best people there.

There is nothing remotely exceptional about Mainely Grass or the service they offer, and somehow their prices continue to increase about 20% per year. Apparently, they believe once they have you as a customer, they can just keep obscenely increasing their prices, and that perhaps you wont notice? My advice is to find another company. There are countless companies in the lawncare business who arent charging $1000 per season to spread fertilizer, and treat weeds!

I started with Mainely Grass 1 year ago. My lawn was in very rough shape. They started treating my lawn and they told me that its not going to be noticeable right away. Well now its been 1 year. My neighbor stopped by and commented that my lawn looks like a golf course. Couldnt be happier.

They do a great job. Their techs are so pleasant and helpful! I was a bit disappointed at the aeration and seeding I had done; it did not seem worth the cost. I appear to have more dirt and less grass. But their annual service is fantastic. They come when they say after notifying you and do a really great job! So glad I have them!

Mainely Grass is genuine. They have the desire to help and therefore no reason for us to look elsewhere. Our town had do some digging in our yard and that happened after our lawn was overseeded by Mainely Grass. I spoke to them and they understood the issue and sent someone again to overseed our lawn. This clearly shows how committed they are are to customer satisfaction and it has been 3 months since we started working with them and our yard has the best grass already. So thank you to MG for taking care of our lawn, highly recommend!

I have used Mainely Grass for at least 5 years. My lawn looks the best in my neighborhood. They come out regularly all spring through fall to fertilize, grub treatment, weed and feed and more. They notify you when they re coming each visit and give you a full report on your lawn. You can pay all at once or in monthly payments. The annual pay price is very fair for the service and number visits you get.
