This company is wonderful! I just had a patio built at my house along with mulch installed & I have had wonderful service from start to finish! These guys are a joke! Attempting to break a two year agreement we made with them now. Frankly they are unprofessional, very little understanding of landscaping except for the dialog the franchise has written out for them. Last season’s mowing was done very poorly and the snow removal was horrendous. Had to call over and over with four inches on the parking lot until they finally showed up and we were promised it would be done by 7am. As a general manager of a company I would recommend a truly local company that can manage to make decisions on their own and not have to call the franchisee to approve. We are going back to our old provider, shouldn't have left them in the first place! I’m not one to write reviews but trying to save someone from the pain I have experienced!
