I called Reliable Landscaping after a poor experience with another contractor. Let me tell you, I wish I have been with Reliable all along! I needed my driveway re-plowed so I called on a Sunday morning and much to my surprise his ground crew ended up being in the area. He was polite, professional and more than happy to help me with my needs in a timely manner. Within 30 minutes one of his guys had my driveway cleared out just the way I wanted it. We used Reliable to trim and remove bushes from our pool area (around pool and where our firepit is) and couldn't be happier. Tom was prompt in his responses and the team he sent were super thorough. I made an appointment with the owner, Tom, a week prior to our scheduled meeting to talk about weekly lawncare at our home. He asked if he could come "between 4-4:30" because that was best for him. My husband and I needed to leave work early to meet him for this time. I got a phone call from Tom at 4:12pm (when he was supposed to be *here* at that time) and he left a message letting me know that his 3 o'clock appointment had neighbors that came over and were asking him about doing work at their place. Could he come sometime tomorrow instead. I called back almost immediately but had to leave a message. I let him know that we came home early from work for this meeting and we couldn't do that again tomorrow. I asked if he could please just come over after the unscheduled appointment he was in and meet with us instead of another day. We were fine with that if he was just going to be late. I have received no response at all since. You do not need to bother calling me back, Tom, if you had ever planned to because we would prefer not to do business with someone so unprofessional and unreliable.

We had our driveway paved a few months ago and needed a new walkway to tie it all together. Our old walkway was brick, but it was uneven and we were having water issues. We had quite a few quotes and decided to use Reliable due to their responsiveness and excellent reviews. I absolutely love our new paver walkway! It is exactly what I was looking for and it is gorgeous!!! They showed up when they said they would and did a great job with clean-up. If I could give the more than 5 stars, I would!!!

Wow. What a difference! We bought our house 2 years ago, had a baby, life happened, etc. Before that nobody had lived there for a year. Let's just say there was a lot of work to do!
