Not a good experience all year
I used them for a year and a half. ZERO improvement to my yard. I would not recommend them.
Tried their lawn service it took that 1 treatment for me to quit due to having all the grass in my front and backyard dead to the point where there's no grass just dirt within the 2 weeks after that 1st treatment. Now on my own time and money I have re grass eveything. I wouldn't recommend this company if you take pride in your own lawn Tru green was a waste of money and I will be taking care of my own grass from now once it regrows. Utterly disappointing experience and dealing with the management was another headache instead of hearing me out it was a back and forth on what I did wrong when my grass was fine before that 1st treatment.
I really enjoy 202890-HECTOR RODRIGUEZ performing services on our property. He's polite, extremely knowledgeable, and makes me feel that I'm the only customer he has for the day. Hector always provides a detailed explanation of what services he is going to provide and why. I like this (because when my wife asks what he did - I can now provide a very intelligent answer to her: Happy Wife, Happy Life! Thanks Hector)! I'm over 70 with significant medical issues (basically I can't walk). I always thought that the cost for this service would be prohibitive. Wrong. After factoring the cost of materials, time, etc., it's relatively inexpensive and I don't have to remember to do it. If I could change anything I wish I would have contacted TruGreen sooner - years ago. Not to mention I don't have worry about storing the supplies and equipment!
Great experience with TruGreen. They are doing a really good job to help us keep our lawn healthy and vibrant. Really glad we chose them. I would definitely recommend them.
Waste of time. Technician who came to my house was ‘new on the job’ as he said and apparently ill trained. Nice guy but didn’t do what the person I signed up with said would be done. I have sent numerous e-mails with no response. On the app nothing is scheduled. No communication. Word of warning: save your money.
I just got off the phone with a representative that was very helpful up until I told her I had another company coming to quote. She responded with we have price match guarantee this year. I said great and went on to explain my situation. After competing to see who was going to talk next, a common mistake over the phone, she proceeded to tell me “ you know what, go with the other company, I’m not going to explain it to you”. Worst customer service I’ve had in a while. I will go with the other company even if u pay more.
This is the first service in a long time that I was completely satisfied with TruGreen. Specislist Nathaniel Miller explained in great detail the purpose & what he would be applying to my yard. He also gave me additional recommendations of TG service as well as what I can do to personally to enhance my lawn. Mr. Miller represented TG in the highest degree of professionalism & customer support. Kudos...Outstanding!!

Cant take their customers quick enough. These people destroy lawns simply by not doing anything when on a lawn.

yall need to pay people by the job instead of by the hour. 2/15 almost 5pm an idiot in a trugreen truck driving 40 in a 60 on Old Lorena rd. (no passing areas). 12...TWELVE vehicles behind him with places to go. perfect formula for road rage
I had originally called TruGreen because I had grubs in my backyard and we were limited on the amount of time that we had before they went into hibernation call the company they talked me into more than what I needed and the grub worms were never addressed I had to continue to call them they would come and not announce themselves And scare me and then when I go out and asked what they were doing they didn t know what they were doing and then they were just leaving invoices with a little thing that said that TruGreen has been here. Neighbors have asked about my TruGreen I m telling you guys now I have spent a year dealing with this company trying to get this situation resolved they not only killed trees I still have weeds I still have grubs and I m out over $1000 and over 100 phone calls to this company go with another company. This company is not professional and they don t care about their customers.

I just signed up on Friday. Never got the friendly scheduling phone call, but I got a text msg Monday saying they d be there Tuesday. They came, said they didn t see many weeds or insects (we specifically mentioned weeds overtaking the back yard, and grubs), and left. Got a text msg that afternoon saying they would aerate the next day - mark your sprinklers. We spent the evening doing that (1/2 acre). They came out and did soil sulfur, did not aerate. Got a text msg saying aeration would be 10/3. Today it is no longer on the schedule at all. Service help line can t do any more than read your app to you, and there no info there. Not good. I ll give it one more week to improve, and then I m out, but given all of the other reviews, I m not holding out a lot of hope.
I have been with TruGreen for about 15 years now and the service has been nothing but great.
