Austin does a great job every time he comes to our home. He is always respectful of our property and locks the gate back behind him. In my experience, not many people lock the gate after it has been opener for them. Austin always does.

Brycen was very professional. He always rings to let us know he is here in case we have questions. If we are home he drops off the treatment paperwork and lets us know what he did and saw in the yard.

HOLIDAY SEASON! Do not have this company do your lights. They are not reliable, a complete ripoff and cant even finish the job they start. I paid 50% for their christmas light service and they didnt even finish the job. Excuse was, they did not have the proper shoes to be on my roof. They came out again another day to finish but again another excuse there shoes was an issie and didnt have the proper equipment. Ive been waiting since November 1st which they started on the 4th and i am still waiting for them to finish. Its been an excuse over and over. I cant even get a call back from the manager which i left a message regarding this issue on 10/14. Im DONE! Way to go Emarald Lawns! You lost a customer.

I am new to sign up with Emerald Lawns. Today was my first scheduled treatment. My technician was Austin. He did a fertilizer treatment and weed killer. It s nice that Emerald Lawns does not require a contract. Each service is billed after it s completed and you know ahead of time how much it will be. They offer free re-treats between appointments too. Immediately after my service was completed, I got a detailed text outlining what he did and next steps for me as far as recommendations for watering and mowing. Very professional and helpful Thank you AUSTIN!!

Austin is always very thorough and professional. When I called Emerald in January my lawn had mostly died (not dormant) and weeds were rampant. I m someone who loves lawn care but couldn t get control of it. Soon following the first application most of my weeds were dead. Each application I m given a thorough review of the work completed and my lawn looks better than ever.

Thank you Austin for today s service as well as for your professionalism and being very informational on what this treatment being applied consisted of. Looking forward to our grass being weed free in the near future as these treatments take effect.

Austin was great. He reached out to me via text and I was at work at the time but was able to communicate with him which was a first. I m usually home when I schedule the appointment for them to stop by to do the yard. I forgot this time and was pleasantly surprised that Austin had reached out to me of his arrival. He did great work and he gave some feedback on what he did and provided recommendations on what I should do with the weeds that he noticed in the yard and other non st. Augustine grass that needed to be taken care of.
