We had just moved into a new house and decided to landscape the front back and side of our house. Called Brent and he came out did a bid. We moved forward and he gave us a date when all would be completed. Unfortunately by the completed date he gave us the work had not even been started. Took quite a few weeks and calling to find out what is going on to even get started. We had already given him a down payment of $7000. Once our job got started it was like pulling teeth to even get anyone out here to keep going on our yard. So FINALLY our yard is almost completed and he just needed to come finish a few small details. We paid the rest of our money and never saw him again or heard from him. Our job never got finished. The work is great but horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company at all. the guy who built our pergola was amazing and the men who did our retaining wall was great. I will never recommend or work with Brent in the future as he took the rest of the money and never finished. We lucked out and get most of it done but just very disappointed.

Brent, Brandon and Richard are true professionals who have an eye for beautiful landscape design. If you are in need of landscape services, i would have these guys at the top of the list..... they are awesome!

Green Acres pulled up plants in my yard that were expensive and they were shown beforehand not to touch. The first time they showed up they did a good job. The second time was a disaster. We had to call them back to do the job again. They also didn't show up on Monday because they said they had 4 employees call in sick. Then Brent talked to my wife and basically called her a liar and said this isn't working out and that they wouldn't be back. News flash Brent we weren't going to let you back. You have a poor company and poor quality of work. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. Written by Andrew Reagan

I am writing this review with mixed emotions. I will give them 5 stars for their quality of work, but 0 stars for honesty and integrity !!! If you do business with Green Ackors, get hourly rates in advance and better still, get a written flat-rate quote for the job when possible. Also be sure to note the exact times they arrive and depart your location and ask them to sigh the timesheet as proof. I am not sure if Brent is dishonest, getting senile in his older age, or simply out of touch with what is really going on in his company.
