I just wanted to have my yard cut/edged, all hedges trimmed and under the large plants raked out EACH time he came. I have Never been asked by a lawn services " what do you want me to do ". I have a very small yard and it seemed to me that I did not receive the services I was paying for. So I no longer am using his service. Chris is a nice person but his business ethics for a small yard are not great especially at the price I was paying. So maybe if you have a large yard he does ok. Not for me. Has not been dependable. No need to answer this post Chris just chalk it off to a bad experience for me. How you like to change the truth - 1. You have only been "doing " my yard for approx. 1 year. I am sorry that when I changed banks you were left behind. I did pay you - for the 2 times you actually showed up in the Months of June/July - the last time you gave the reason as "your truck broke down" the time before you didn't come because you were sick - I have a ring camera and the data is saved on USB so I know when and what date you came and how many or not people were with you. I suspended your services for 2 months as you said because the grass was dying. And yes you did get full payment as the bank had already processed the second $100.00 that you did not work for. You are the only lawn service that did not trim all the hedges without having to ask me. I had to ask you to rake out under the large bush in the front yard - I never had to ask the other service to so this. So sad that my previous lawn service moved away from this area. My yard is very small and for the cost of your service these things should have been a given. But never the less I will not recommend you to anyone.
