Within minutes after the beautiful faux turf install the owner Chris called to make sure I was happy with everything. I mentioned a slope I wasnt sure if it looked right (it was more of my preference) and he immediately came over and had the crew came back within minutes to do a small adjustment. I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. Chris came to our new house to give us a quote to have a hole under our turf filled. Upon arrival, Chris noticed that the entire yard needed to be replaced due to it being fried from the sun. His team came back 2 weeks later and replaced all of the turf and filled the holes in our yard for free since it was still under warranty. We had no idea if it was or wasn t under warranty since we just moved in. Amazing customer service. Will not hesitate to use them again for any future needs.

He even let me know that I needed to put a sunscreen on a widow to protect the turf from melting. Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star. There are a lot of great things about this company. They are responsive, kind, and they offer a great product at what I believed to be a fair price. They honored their service install by quickly fixing a part of the yard that was installed improperly during the original install. The overall reason for this updated review stems from our disagreement over another repair: It started with the project manager advising me to dig a trench and lay some brand new PVC across the yard to our garden prior to the turf install, just in case the old pipes broke over time and saving us from needing to cut a line in the turf. He specifically stated that I would not need to compact the dirt after refilling the trench, because the install crew would do so. He also said that he would be there on the day of the project to make sure all went smoothly. From the limited info the office provided afterwards, it seemed like the rep was out of town due to a family emergency or something. He was not present at the time of install and he never communicated with me on install day or afterwards. Fast forward a few months, we ended up with this big depression across the yard where the pipe was laid. The manager I spoke with told me that they wouldnt warranty the work because they were not the ones who completed the job of creating a trench and that I hadnt properly back-filled it. It didnt seem to matter that the only reason a trench existed in the first place was because their rep advised me to put it there after assuring me it wouldnt be a problem.... well, it was a problem and I am the one who got to pay for it. They charged me $125 to come and fix the problem which is not some crazy amount, but its not a matter of 100 dollars or 500 dollars to fix the problem - its that I lost confidence in the company honoring their work. Not only did I have to pay for something that I dont believe was my responsibility, but also the repair was not completed how the manager very specifically told me it would be, in detail. Again, there was very clear and specific communication that the turf would be un-staked, rolled up, dirt compacted, and turf replaced WITHOUT making a cut across the yard. Guess how the repair was completed?... A big cut through the turf across the yard. I am hoping for the best that this big line doesnt become apparent and separate more in the future, but I dont anticipate any help from the company if so because I dont know if they will honor their warranty. Because of this, they have now lost multiple referrals from me for friends and family who asked me where I got my awesome yard done. Hopefully my problem was just a one-off, but that was my overall experience. Checks in the mail, hope it was worth it to you.

So happy that we decided to go with AZ Luxury Lawns for the artificial turf in our front lawn. We had 3 different reps come out for a bid, and we were most impressed with Kyles customer service and the quality of their turf. They had the longest warranty, USA made materials, they gave us the best suggestions for transforming our side yard shared with our neighbor, and made the entire process a breeze. They werent the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, but well worth the cost. We have an HOA and they were very helpful in providing the documents necessary to get everything approved. I am so incredibly picky with artificial turf, and dont like any of it that looks really fake or cheap. This transformed our entire front yard from sad looking grass to beautiful green turf. Very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Weve been getting compliments from every neighbor that walks by. Quit researching and book these guys already to start on your project.

Weve had AZ Luxury Lawn turf for over 5 years. Noticed a quality issue with the turf breaking down. AZ Luxury Lawn helped us file a claim and took care of the replacement process with the manufacturer. The process was really easy and smooth. The team that came to replace the turf was fantastic! They took extra care to clean up and prevent the filler from going into the pool while they were working it in. Really appreciated how well the whole process went and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall I would give them a 5-rating. Their work was excellent, and their crew was very conscientious. They arrived on time and cleaned up so that you didnt know they were there. Our project was a little bigger than originally anticipated because of changes we made on our end. They handled those changes easily and did not have to change the installation date. There was one glitch with the completion of the project that resulted from the bigger than expected job. Communication about completing the job was not as great as it could have been but it wasnt bad enough for me to rate them anything other than a 5 overall.

Arizona luxury lawns and greens put in a putting green for me about five years ago. They did and excellent job and the green has been great. Recently I noticed the holes were getting a little rough on the edges so I called to ask how to address it. The owner Chris called me right away and came by on a Friday evening to take a look. While he was here he touched up the holes, replaced the cups and gave me a lesson on maintenance so I could do the repair myself in the future. Pretty amazing customer service. If you are looking for someone to do a quality job that will last for years, These are the right guys!

I love the grass. It looks fantastic in every season.No mowing, oversseeding, or blowers! The landscaper put a hot trimmer on it and melted a spot. AZ Lawns repaired it promptly. Cant see the patch at all. Its really GREAT!

Back in August 2014, I decided to install artificial grass to a large open area of my backyard. I did extensive research on what I wanted, and obtained a number of price quotes from very reputable dealers in the Phoenix marketplace. I finally settled on AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens. What impressed me was their knowledgeable Company Representative, the turf product offered along with the many recommendations the company received from past (satisfied) customers. I also paid particular attention to the warranty. AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens included a 10 year warranty on the grass type, and a 15-20 year life span. The installation was completed, and I was very satisfied. Fast forward to February 2020, I noticed the grass particles starting to separate from the mat. When a towel was placed down or someone would sit or lay on the grass surface, the particles would attach to the towel or individual. In due time, the entire turf would show patches of this noticeable defect. Needless to say, I was not happy! I decided to contact AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens to discuss this issue. I spoke to the owner (Chris). He asked me to fill out warranty paperwork, and send pictures of the affected areas of the turf. I provided what he required. Within a week, he scheduled an on-site inspection of my artificial grass. While more than five and a half years transpired since the initial install, not to mention the brutal heat of past Phoenix summers, his evaluation was this appeared to be an (isolated) product defect. His recommendation was the entire surface area would need to be replaced. Chris then contacted the manufacturer, explained the problem and the warranty was honored. In March 2020, the entire turf was replaced with a much improved current product, with no cost to me. Overall, I couldnt be happier! I never expected this kind of service, nor did I expect the entire turf area to be replaced. Little did I know back in 2014, I selected one of the most reputable companies in the Valley. It was a pleasure to deal with a company who stands behind the product they promote. Not many (if any) companies provide this guarantee. This speaks volumes of the owner (Chris), and the company he represents. I wholeheartedly recommend AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens to anyone wanting quality artificial turf, a first-class installation team, and an owner who not only wants a satisfied customer, but demands it! My experience with Arizona Luxury Lawns was first rate from start to finish. I searched turf vendors last fall (19) before moving into a new house, and my online inquiry for quotes led to about 9 different companies responding in just a few minutes. Out of all of them, Jenns response was by far the most detailed and informative, so I tucked that away until I was ready to pull the trigger. When I did so in June 20, Kyle came out, described the process in detail, took his measurements, and patiently answered all my questions. A few weeks later I agreed to his offer. The various crews came out, all on time as promised, to remove the grass, deliver the base material, apply the weed barrier, and install the turf. Kyle could not have been more helpful and professional. After our initial meeting, it was clear to me he was a straight shooter and completely honest with me, and he didnt let me down. A special shout out goes to the turf installation crew. They were extremely friendly, worked their tails off, and their attention to detail was noticed and most appreciated. Im very particular and a bit of a perfectionist when having work done at my house, and I honestly couldnt have asked this team to do one thing better than what they did. The new lawn looks absolutely perfect, no visible seams, all pieces seem to be cut perfectly, and they even trimmed the edges at the end, which makes the edges look more like a nicely trimmed lawn. The latter is something I doubt many other installers take the time to do. And they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, also something Ive found that most vendors dont do so well. Summary: I highly recommend AZ Luxury Lawns. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of this process and outcome.

We were finally ready to get rid of Bermuda grass and replace it with artificial turf. We contacted a few different contractors that specialize in artificial turf and met with the reps at our home. Nick Craig was our representative from Arizona Luxury Lawns & Greens. We chose them in part because of Nick s thoroughness, patience and knowledge, but clearly product, reputation, warranty and pricing were even higher on our list of priorities. The reviews on Yelp and Google for AZ Luxury Lawns are mostly 5-star and as of today, I know just why. Nick has been in contact with us from beginning through today s install. At one point however, we stopped by the showroom and asked a question of one of the staff who was going back and forth from offices to the lobby to the warehouse but he stopped to answer all our questions with great detail and kindness. When we were about to leave, I asked his name and he said I m Chris; I m the owner . The crew came out to remove the existing sod. Another crew came days later to reinspect; then another crew of 5 moved in to do all the prep and install today. Nick, our sales guy was there to check on the crew and go over everything with us throughout the morning. He grabbed a shovel and was helping the team load wheelbarrows, one after another, full of quarter-minus to be spread on the surface. Not one thing went anything but perfectly throughout. They re pricing was only $30 more than athe next competitor, who does not have the history, the experience or the reviews that AZ Luxury Lawns has. On a multi-thousand dollar job, that says something. They have reviews from Arizona Cardinals future Hall of Famers who have used them as well as other famous celebrities. That too says a lot. I admit I did shop around for additional quotes, but ended back at AZ Luxury Lawn because no other company had the follow up or client experience. I love my new lawn, it really spruced up my front yard.

Within 3 months, we started noticing the turf lay flat in areas. Within 6 months, it was extensively matted. AZ Luxury Lawns would not honor their warranty that specified premature wear, during normal use of the product, advising that matting was not included in this premature wear. The reason they justified not including matting of their product is that on the back of the installation agreement (which they did not provide a copy of at the time of signing), it excludes matting, even though the warranty has no such exclusion. The product looked great, but if you plan on actually walking on it, or have children that would enjoy it, I would not recommend this product or company.

Very impressed with Nick and AZ Luxury Lawns. Nick is a pro and was able to answer all of our questions and work with us on the perfect solution for our situation. The install crew was very impressive too. We get compliments all the time now on how good our backyard looks now. Our kids and dogs love playing on the grass. Coming from the northwest it s so nice to not have to think about mowing, watering, edging etc.

I wanted to remove some shrubbery off the side of my patio to turn a ~300 sqft area into a play area for my son, which included removing existing landscaping, plants, irrigation re-routing, dirt digging, fence and finally turf installation. Crystal was quick to respond to my request for quote and helped quickly set up a meeting with Nick to assess the property and provide an estimate. Nick was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with all my questions and really helped me with all the details and aspects of this project. He suggested a landscaper to help with the removal of the existing rocks and plants (who was extremely good and has become my regular landscaping service now). Nick was attentive and visited my property a few times before the actual installation and was on site the day of as well. Overall the installation was quick and professional and were loving the small area to safely play with our toddler in the comfort of our backyard.

Very pleased! We had been talking about putting in artificial turf for several years. We really liked the idea but the cost kept us from doing it. Well we decided to do it this year and are so glad we did. No more mowing, trimming, watering or bugs and it looks great! Our turf looks amazing and very real like and has held up under the summer heat and direct sunlight. Last year we had a putting green and a section of synthetic turf installed with Arizona Luxury lawns, the install and staff were amazing and the lawn looks incredible. The turf held up with LOTS of wear and tear from two boys, a dog and all our friends and family. When we build a new house, it was not a question about who would do our artificial turf. These folks not only did a great job initially but they came out and repaired a small section that was leaking from an underground water line. It was my fault but it was nice of them to be so responsive a couple years after the original installation.

Arizona luxury lawns & greens did a great job installing my artificial grass and curbing and can t be happier with it after a year. Just recently, my landscape guy put a hot chainsaw on it and melted a small patch. I called for a repair, Chris came out and did the repair FREE! This company is a world class company. They rescued me during state licensing. The grass was absolutely gorgeous and then I had to have safety padding put in in the 11th hour. Couldnt be happier with the turf in my back yard. Kyle was our sales rep and he was not pushy and very personable. His job is actually fairly easy on the sales side, because their turf is far superior to every other company and sells itself once you compare it to other garbage out there. I got quotes from 6 different companies, and ALLAPG was by far the nicest product. Every other company had cheap, crappy turf and ranged all over the board in price from $2k to 12k for an 1100sqft backyard. ALLAPG was failry priced in the middle and had the best product. They also have interest free financing which was awesome. If youre considering turf in your yard, I already did the miserable dirty work and research for you. Everyone who sees my yard loves it and immediately starts asking questions about who installed it. Ive referred at least 3 ppl to them already. ALLAPG is the company to go with. You will not be disappointed.

Arizona Luxury Lawns not only sells a top rate product, their customer service is second to none. Our lawn was installed a year ago and looked beautiful when we discovered a large leak in our water line. The plumber needed access to the ground below our grass. We called AZ Luxury Lawns and they came out hours after our request to help us with our emergency. They pulled back the grass far enough to allow the plumber to dig his trench. Once the leak was fixed the crew came back to our home a couple of days later to reinstall the pulled back lawn. They did an excellent job and the lawn looks as perfect as it did when it was first installed. This is their busy season and time is at a premium yet they found time to take care of us. We have a little patch of turf that had unfortunately melted after a year with the harsh AZ sun reflecting off our backyard window. I contacted Chris, and he was very responsive, came out and took a look, and ended up fixing the damaged area for free. This company takes care of their customers and provides quality work. Ive had my back yard lawn for 3 months now. I purchased the top of the line turf. Im a dog trainer so I have MANY dogs walking on it, peeing on it, pooping on it, and scratching it after said pee/poop. It has held up perfectly. Because of the high traffic it gets and my yard being very small, I spray the whole yard down every morning with a localized harder spray where a poop pile was and/or high pee area. Doing this has kept the urine smell down. (keep in mind I had urine smell with real grass/dirt). Its held up perfectly with a couple heavy rain downpours weve had as well. Even with my increased maintenance of spraying it down every morning, I would buy it again and again.

Patient, professional, diligent; excellent follow-through; made EVERY appointment on time or called ahead to make adjustment; flexible when I needed to make changes; and, lastly, not only accommodating but kind after a head-on collision left me rattled before our first meeting! We enjoy our putting green ourselves, but really enjoy watching our kids and their friends! JUST as wed envisioned. Thanks again!

We first contacted AZ Luxury Lawns in July 14 to provide some ideas and an estimate. The sales professional arrived on time, provided some excellent suggestions and was thorough in describing the process and in demonstrating the various lawn products. Although we did not move forward at that time, our salesman was respectful of our future plans and followed up only once after the initial visit. Fast forward 8 months. We were able to schedule a follow up visit in February 15 on only 30 minutes notice. The new estimates price changed only slightly and the crew was scheduled to fit exactly into our tight time frames (on short notice, too!), as we were having other work done at the same time. Their work was quick, clean, professional, and exacting. The design and product that was recommended literally transformed our back yard into a place wed now use for a stay-cation. We couldnt be happier with the result and would recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading to a new lawn.

Arizona Luxury Lawns and Greens just completed a putting green, grass bunker and chipping area on one side of my house and an artificial yard area on the other side. I couldnt be happier with the entire process. Kyle was great to work with, very honest and had great ideas on how and where to install undulations, the bunker, etc. Kyle was at the house the day of installation and the owner Chris even showed up and helped the guys install the green. Talk about a hands on owner. They didnt ask for a penny until the job was completed and they made sure I was completely satisfied(show me another company that does that). They did an awesome job and not only do I recommend them but I would strongly encourage you to use them!

Chris and Arizona Luxury Lawns are amazing! I had over 6000 square feet of turf installed by Global turf 2 1/2 years ago. It turned out it was made in China and did not hold up in the Arizona sun. The turf started flaking and falling apart. Chris at Arizona Luxury Lawns along with Tiger Turf came in and replaced all of my turf at absolutely no cost to me! The install looks much better than the first company did. I could see the seams with the first install. Now I cant see any seams at all. His crew knew exactly what they were doing. They came in and removed the turf, improved the base, and installed the new turf in 3 days. It looks amazing! My dogs love it. I highly recommend Chris and Arizona Luxury Lawns. They did such a great job that I am having them install more turf next week.

My lawn has been in for 3 years and looks like the day it was installed which speaks for the quality of the install and materials used. Just this week someone asked is the lawn was brand new. That should prove my previous statement. Prior to having the lawn installed I did a through analysis of the cost incurred to keep our natural grass versus intalling synthetic turf. The break even point was 3 years and so now every year our lawn is in place we are saving money. Asan aside. our weekly landscape crew has burned a couple of patrches over the years. The ALL&G crew came out and did an excellent job on patch repair. All-In-All, I couldnt be happier with my lawn.

I found a company on craigs list and they tried to do my 10,000 sq ft of grass. There were so many obstacles; 2 tunnels, mounding hills, 12 polls for sunshades, and 24 trees. The other guys made a mess of my grass it looked like zippers, so I got a referral from the company I bought the grass from. Chris came out immediately and saved the day. It took him 3.5 weeks for his crew of 13 to get out there (obviously theyre in demand) but once they arrived they were amazing and completed the job in 2.5 days where the other crew, the one I fired, was on their second week. This company was referred to me by another installer. These guys sold me all the grass and infill I needed for my small project and had the lowest price on the Made in USA grass I could find. The owner informed me that hes visited all factories in the country and knows his source, but that most places in Phx are claiming their grass is made in CA, which doesnt even have a factory. Second of all, they were the only place I called that could sell me copper slag infill, which I needed to block pet urine odor. The pick up and payment was easy too, I just had to arrange a time with them, because they arent a retail store. Ive been very satisfied with the product they sold me it looks great and so far the copper slag does seem to be blocking out any urine scent; weve had the lawn 1 month or so.

I am the president of a non-profit foundation here in Arizona called Jared Allens Homes for Wounded Warriors, we raise money to build and remodel homes for our nations critically injured soldiers.
