They do a horrible job for our HOA. The parks grass looks like hay…mostly dirt..and the trees are dying. I am very unhappy with this company. when we first moved into Queenland Manor and Queen Creek… The grass in the nearby park was green and beautiful and all of our grandkids wanted to go there and now they won’t go over there. They tell us it looks horrible and it does. I don’t go over there

I work with ProQual on several of the communities that I manage, and they are great and very easy to work with. Very thorough, leaving less work for me to follow up on when it comes to landscaping.

This company does our community landscaping. Nothing is getting done much beyond mowing the grass. The truck comes in once a week and the guy sits there for hours. The bushes aren’t getting cut there is broken branches and rocks all over sidewalks. It’s horrible.

Working FOR & WITH proqual is a poor decision. During my 4 months of employment here, nearly every property/HOA I visited had weeds growing through bushes, poorly maintained plants/trees, shoddy and messy work. While ProQual is the leading "rock/granite spreaders" in the valley the job site is ALWAYS left a mess. Every granite job I saw in person had extreme tractor tire markings on the sidewalks, road tar tracked throughout the immediate area, and thick layers of dust/silt leftover where the granite was dropped. Crews would take extended naps under trees on lunch breaks (Often in homeowners yards - we received multiple complaints). I've witnessed multiple laborers smoking marijuana on the job and we have had multiple laborers fired for drinking on the job (In 4 months.) Working here is no better, the wages are low however the benefits offered WOULD HAVE kept me happy. The initial offer was $25/hour (55k/Yr) as an office employee with a truck. It took 2 weeks for management to get me a 2015 MacBook with a faulty charger (that was not replaced after months of asking) and 4 weeks to get a company vehicle (that was taken away after 2 weeks). While working 8 hours is "acceptable" the growing distain from my manager for not going "above and beyond" becomes apparent in the way you are both spoken to treated. The entire duration of my employment with ProQual Landscaping was nothing but letting myself get stepped on, lies, and constant disappointment. When I asked why I still don't have a company vehicle after 4 months (Initially offered as part of my compensation) I was told that my pay would be adjusted to reflect the change in offer. I WAS LET GO THE FOLLOWING WEEK The management is severely disorganized and unprofessional to work with. Individually I have nothing but good things to say about each of the people I worked with HOWEVER - as a corporate entity, this has to be the single worst company I have ever worked for. While working for them as an independent contractor (Prior to my employment) checks would be inconsistent (sometimes) taking up to almost 60 days after completion.

This company was doing tree trimming for my HOA. HOA said they would be here on the week of the July 15 so I wasn’t expecting them here on July 24. I heard them outside so I went out to ask if they needed to me to move my brand new vehicle that I bought 2 weeks ago. They said no, so I went to look at my vehicle since it was parked in my driveway, but toward the road. This company had parked their wood chipper right in front of my vehicle. They had a whole street to park it, but decided right in front of my vehicle was the best spot. I had chunks of chipped wood all over my hood. Some were 3 inches long by 1/2 inch. Also had saw dust all over my whole vehicle. I couldn’t move my vehicle because they were blocking my driveway. I immediately got I. My vehicle to move it and they got in the chipper and moved it. I then had to throw all the wood off my vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any damage. I found a small chip on the front, but can’t prove it was them. I then called the company and spoke with a manager and he said he was sorry and would use it as a teaching moment to make sure they watched out for peoples property. Common sense to not spray wood chips all over someone’s vehicle. I had to pay to go get it washed and get touch up paint. Never once did he offer to get me a wash or anything. Stay away from this company unless u want your property damaged.

This company does the landscaping for our HOA and for some including myself our front yards are covered. They do a terrible job. A child could do a better job shaping the bushes. There are weeds in the grass that take up over 70 percent. I guess if it looks green from the street that hood enough for them. I am constantly complaining to our management company. DO NOT use this company.

Not very happy with the guy driving. Cutting across 3 lanes just to cut me off to go back to the center lane. Huge trailer and doesn't know how to drive it.
