I called them to have work done. They sent me a quote. It was wrong. I called back and explained what I wanted and I have yet to hear another word honest from them update 5/2024, they came to my house and look at my property to discuss a plan said they would be getting back to me.....that was almost 2 months ago now i would pass on these guys
Somebody in one of your vehicles cut me off on the interstate then slammed on their brakes. Unacceptable. You cant squeeze in between cars and then slam on your brakes. To add more to it, the same person, on Minnesota, attempted to merge lanes and then swerved back and nearly hit me again. Do better. If youre going to drive crazy, lets not be in a company vehicle.
Hired Yard Barbers to remove leaves just from my backyard. It took them a little over an hour and was happy with their work. I was caught off-guard about the bill they gave me which was almost double what they quoted me as their average. I have sent 2 emails asking to speak with someone on this and no response. I have called 4 times and spoke with someone in their office about my concern about the final bill and she said someone will be in touch but nobody has reached out to me.
They do a great job of talking loudly and showing up to private homes at 4 am . Nothing but noise, clearly do not care about anything. I would never hire these people.
No call back within 48 hours, took 48 more business hours to get a link to a quote that wouldnt work with the info they give you. No place for a job number, never gave me a password either. Take your business to Sharps Lawncare, thats where Im going.

I called last fall for leaf cleanup, as I have 2 large trees that shed like crazy. The Yard Barbers, came out and made the yard look great. The wife came home at the end the process and was totally amazed and impressed by the great job the team did. Will use them again, this fall and thinking about spring cleanup, too. Great job at a decent price.

This is my third year with The Yard Barbers mowing my lawn for me. The guys this year have gone above and beyond with making my yard look as nice as possible. I even found my daffodils had been cleaned up of the dead leaves. I dont feel like this is the norm for mowing my lawn, but it was very much appreciated.

I had asked Yard Barbers to provide a spring clean up of my yard. They told me they would put me on the schedule and would be out within a week to two weeks! As promised, they came out. The yard work they did was immaculate! My yard hasn t looked so nice in the spring such as this! Grateful for their work and highly recommend them for this service and their weekly lawn service. They came and mowed the lawn and were gone in about 15 minutes. The wheel height was so high it didnt cut anything. There were leaves on the ground from the storm a few days prior that the mower didnt even cut or mulch. The quote was for sidewalk edging and nothing was done. Overall poor experience from the quote to the first mowing. Stopped the service after one use. Edit 7/6/2020. The president of the company contacted me to try and make things right. We are giving them another shot. The simple act of reaching out to me meant a lot to me.

I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLE. I got stuck behind this truck on a two lane highway. I got to see the company name on the door because they put a lot of effort into passing me before it merged into one lane. Then I got peppered by lots of garbage that continually flew out of the back of their truck when we were up to speed. I slowed way down to avoid the trash but it was flying into the other lane as well.
These two are the best.
My fiance requested quotes twice online, and requested their callback option. Never received any calls back. Either they are ignoring the request, or their system is not working. Received confirmation that the request was sent. Based on the good reviews I was pleasantly surprised, however I couldnt even get a call back. I will take my business elsewhere.

I found it incredible that two young men run this fantastic company so well. If you are older and cant do all of the yard work, like me, you should give The Yard Barbers a call. They really do some astonishing work.
