This is the best one stop shop for all your lawn care and pest control needs. Price isn’t outrageous and they even offer bedding services. This is the best company for lawn care around and it’s not even close.
Easy lawn care is simple to get started and they are excellent at getting to you when they say they will. Three stars because getting hold of them to get assistance for any issues seems to be impossible. I've emailed and texted (I'm a millennial who hates phone calls) and have never gotten a response. Additionally, they haven't scheduled a service for me since August...my yard still needs at least two mows before the weather cools enough to keep it from growing. So, yeah, right in the middle.
We just moved here from Florida and we are still getting our bearings, so the last 3 weeks have been a whirlwind. The house was also vacant for a full month before we moved in, so our lawn was a bit daunting. The Easy Lawn Care crew were communicative about not being able to do the work on the original date because of the storm, but said they would be back Monday, and they were! They got straight to work and they were very detailed. I am really impressed with the work they did and handling bits of the overgrowth. I gave out some ice cold water bottles and they were incredibly sweet when receiving them; very personable. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company! Thank you to the crew for their hard work!
My Forest Lake HOA refused to include many bushes and trees around my condo in the semi-annual bush trimming landscape contract. This left my bushes over grown and unsightly. East Lawn Care to the rescue! Thanks to a flyer they left in my mailbox, I gave them a call. They responded immefiately! Sent the Field Supervisor out the same day to review my needs and had his crew out there within 48 hours to get the job done! And it is beautiful. Everything was trimmed to my specifications. Not a piece if debris was left behind. I am so pleased with their work, I am going to have them lay a bunch of mulch for me too. They, now, are my go to landscaping firm. The crew was highly professional and pleasant to work with. I give them a 10 in every category!

The lawn care is inconsistent and not usually complete. Driveway and patios are not blown off so there is usually debris left all over. There is no edging done. Big circular marks left on the lawn from the mower. When sending in a compliant ticket there is no response.
We have used other Lawn care companies, it seems that in time their quality of work seems to fade and and our property takes the hit.this time we took the time to interview the management as well as the maintenance crew on site, after our first maintenance we are totally aesthetic. I honestly didn t want to select this 1-Star. Yes, they do BASIC cutting. I started with grass cutting every 2wks with Bush trimming. I have a huge front and back yard. They did a HORRIBLE job! And not to mention, the Weed eating SUCKED! I needed them to cut the grass as low as possible however, it takes them about 15mins at the most which means they cut over the grass once both front and back and by the end of the week, my grass and dandelions are back high as crap. I work from home so I watched each time they came out. I also asked them why didn t they trim my bushes, the guys looked confused and said they were there to only cut and bc they had other yards to do, my bushes had to be trimmed at the end of the next week so basically Grass was cut on a Monday and bushes were trimmed that next Thursday. I find that to be so weird bc why not just do it all at once?! I dislike this company and it was such an embarrassment when I see other yards that were beautifully cut so I hired someone else who has done a TREMENDOUS JOB each and every time! I rather pay more to get exactly what s needed than to use these guys! I STRONGLY and HIGHLY would NEVER recommend or suggest this company. I thought maybe bc I seen their billboard on the highway, they would be good however, it was very disappointing! So yes, they cut only enough to make sure you need them again! Never again!!

We ve been using Easy Lawn Care for almost 2 months now and could not be happier with their weekly grass cutting service. I researched and shopped around and they provide the best value by far compared to other local competitors. They returned a quote the same day and it was really easy to sign up online. The online portal is convenient, billing is transparent (autopay), someone always answers the phone or calls you right back, fast email response times, and helpful email reminders are sent every week before the crew comes out and before and after your card is charged, etc. Bob and Melisa are great, and the crew is always professional, friendly, efficient, and reliable. I did learn that arrival windows vary based on their schedule and the weather (based on their schedule and the weather), but the bottom line is if you re scheduled, they will come! And if it rains, they work hard to fit everyone in the days following the weather clearing up. If you can t or don t want to cut ur own grass, but also don t want to pay have to pay through the roof or for extras you don t need, I highly recommend giving them a call!
This guys are just amazing! They effort really hard to get things done the right way and they do, the owners attended my request at the moment + their staff recommended me other things to keep my yard fit, I did the aeration with them, that is a machine that literally makes my land breathe again, that machines makes little hold in the ground so the grass and plants can get the right amount of space and oxygen, anyway ill be needing them again in the incoming months and definitely for next season. Cant say enough good things about Easy Lawn Care Pros. The property I needed to be mowed regularly was challenging due to the lay of the land - multiple companies came and looked at it and said they would not service it. Easy Lawn Care Pros were the only ones willing to take the job, and they have done fantastic work. They have an incredible online portal and texting reminder service, making communication and payment easy, simple, and in my control. The team that comes to cut is very professional, polite, and hard working - for a challenging property, they completed it correctly very quickly. The equipment they have allows them to tackle even challenging jobs, and not only did the yard look great - they cleaned up everything after. On top of that, the rates were very reasonable. Very impressed, highly recommend!
Terrible communication your unable to talk with anyone.very non responsive to texts. When you text them they send one back but not responding to the question you asked we tried this several times and received the same response????? Very frustrating!!!!

Traveling north on i85 at about 80-85mph and someone in a easy lawn care pros vehicle drove within 5 feet of our vehicle in traffic, went around us at probably close to 100mph, proceeded to flip us off, then cut us off causing us to almost have a high speed accident with my two young children in the car. piss poor representation of the company, not someone I would trust with servicing my property.
I requested an estimate online and received a timely response. I then accepted the estimate and the work was done within days. The professionalism and technical competence was second to none. I am very happy with the work accomplished and will use Easy Lawn Care in the future.
