They are convenient cause they are close to my house. That's the only reason I go here. They have the same things that they have at other places, but their stuff seems to be $5-10 more for anywhere else. So, half the time, I weigh the differences in gas prices in driving farther or going to them. However, they have great service and good staff.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We stopped into Stagg’s on Friday, February 23rd to inquire about purchasing & planting mature privacy trees. Our information was taken on a lead sheet and we were given Kyle’s business card. I spoke to Kyle 1 week after and sent him a photo. I had yet to hear back from Kyle after sending another text on Saturday, March 9th. I finally got to speak with Kyle on Saturday, March 16th. Since he was busy, he asked if he could call me on Monday, March 18th. No problem.Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday came and went. By Thursday, March 21st, I texted Kyle only for him to reply “who is this please?” At that point I didn’t even respond. I’m not going to beg a company to be their customer. I have since worked with JB Trees out of Landrum and within 10 days I had Fecon work done and (13) Emerald Greens and (6) Green Giants planted. JB Trees came in just under our $10K budget. Staggs’ loss was JB Trees gain!
we have been getting our Christmas trees here every year for a decade, but it only occurred to me this year to get our pumpkin for Halloween here! the service is always very friendly, and the prices are fair (you'll spend more than at Walmart, but less than at a farm), and the products are always good. a fantastic place for your seasonal needs!
Will 100% recommend this place to everyone! We went to 4 different tree farms looking for a Christmas tree. Not one greeting, "can I help you", nothing! Pull up to Staggs, we were greeted at our car! Amazing customer service that you just don't see these days. This is a well run facility with an irrigation system running to the trees. Every other place we went to just had the trees on a stake. You got our sale tonight because you were personable, more than reasonable on your price, and because you wished us a merry Christmas. We drove from Simpsonville to come to you all, and after tonight, we would do it again.. You all have embraced the season and brought back one of our most cherished traditions that we can look forward to with our children. A thousand thank yous.

Fabulous from start to finish! Wonderful to work with and truly trustworthy!!! Warranty is way better than competitors, believe me we did our research! We spent hours/weeks planning out our landscape and Sam (who has a tremendous knowledge of plants) was also very patient! Travis was a joy to work with on the installation! All plants were installed properly and soil was amended well above standard. Fair pricing and very beautiful work! Can’t say enough about Staggs! Use them!

Called for service, they took my Info for landscaping services and never called me back. So I called again and they said, well they dont actually do the landscaping they just give your Info to someone else. Sam never called me back, been over a month. Cant say anything about the shopping experience.
The price was average, .the scoop of screened topsoil wasnt the best that I have seen.Very friendly people.

I am a fairly new homeowner. Last year I went to a different place for some flowers to plant in my beds and I had no idea what I was doing and the place offered no help. I picked out a few planted them and they died. I called the place about exchanging them and they were like theres instructions on back of the receipt no exchange or refund! When I went to Staggs many people were happy to help me and Julie was the best she walked me through everything and made sure I understood what I was getting and what to do. She made sure I was happy and helped me plan out out my whole flower bed. It was a wonderful experience!
I consider myself a patient person but I have been waiting for a return phone call since March 18th from Sam. It has been about 2 months now and I think were getting to the point of rude in not returning a simple phone call. I spoke to other employees there and they could have called me back but did not. I dont understand why one would treat a customer in such a manner and what I did to deserve to be ignored and not responded to. I can only assume at this point that he has enough business so we are just not important to him at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone because it appears that he just does business with friends and regular customers and the rest of us dont count for anything.

Kyle was knowledgeable & helpful throughout the purchase & planting scheduling despite the 811 delay. Tyler was very professional eventhough he had to come out twice due to unavoidable delays.
Excellent, honest place for getting landscaping needs. I drive an hour to pick up what I need, main reason being is that theyre locally owned, very knowledgeable and helpful and their prices still very competitive.
They have a great variety. Their plants look healthy. The employee was knowledgeable.

I was having trouble with my Rainbird system. They came to check it out, found that it was working but set wrong, then reset it correctly. I am very impressed with their knowledge and service.

Local owned and operated. Owner is usually there and is super helpful. He is very knowledgable about the different plants and trees that grow and when to plant. Carries a nice line of bulk mulches, crush and run and other landscaping stuff. Very reasonable on prices also. Ordered 2 yards of much and had it by my house that afternoon. Have gotten our christmas trees there for 3 years now and all have lasted and very healthy. Looks like he is always growing and adding new stuff.
We go here to buy our Christmas trees and the other day I was driving to Lowes for some mums and pumpkins and noticed its the first year they are offering pumpkins. So I stopped in and got a great deal. Probably wouldve paid double at lowes. 2 mums, a cabbage, and a pumpkin for around $25! The owner was so friendly. I had brought two potting jars with me for sizing and he helped me decide which size mums I would need that would fit in my pots! He helped me carry it all out the my car and he even gave me some free flower food! Wonderful customer service and huge selection of pumpkins. I will be back again for Christmas of course.

I called 3 times over the course of about 2 weeks to try to get someone to look at some work we needed done, and left my information with the same woman every time who told me they would get back to me as soon as possible. I never heard back. Nobody returned any of my calls. I cant comment on the quality of their work, but was very disappointed in their customer service.
Huge selection of flowers and plants! I skip the big boxes and shop local. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have beautiful Christmas trees too!

These people are great. They know what theyre talking about and theyre anxious to help. I was just there again today for more landscape rock and noticed how clean and well organized the shop is. Thats the sign of a well run outfit.
