John is a great guy. I wasnt able to make an appointment with him because hes cutting back on some projects. Hes doing all his work by himself. So my project wasnt quite big enough for him to take. But he put me in touch with some guys that could. I watch John on UTub a lot. God bless him.

Had a really overgrown, wooded 3/4 acre back yard and a vision for making it a place of refuge and the beginning foundation of a woodland garden. Jon helped me to keep certain trees and shrubs I wanted, got rid of a major mess of fallen trees and even a chain link fence. I also got the layout I envisioned. All around miraculous makeover paying attention to the details I wanted...and for a fair price... Thank you Jon and Josh.

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Upstate Brush Control. They are professional, kind, hard-working, and they did an outstanding job on my yard. Half of my backyard was covered in forestry, fallen trees, etc., making it inaccessible. I bought my house about two years ago, and clearing that area has been put on the back burner due to my concerns with how much it was going to cost me. We finally decided to have it cleared and called numerous places for quotes. Jon returned our call right away , was at our house first thing the next morning to give us a quote, and was able to book us within 2 weeks. I m so impressed with their work and how affordable it is. They went above and beyond and exceeded any and all expectations. I recommend them a million times over. Just don t get them too busy in case we need them for another project ;)

I cant think of the last time I have been so completely blown away by a companys services and commitment to doing a quality job. Jon and his team cleared about 1,000 feet of my property line within one day, leaving the property looking like a park. Within minutes of their departure I had multiple neighbors call to compliment the work and the results. I hope Ill have other opportunities to use Upstate Brush Control in the future. John and his team are amazing. I wish we would have called them sooner. Our back half of our yard was just brush and kudzo taking over. We have a brand new yard and I couldnt be happier. John was great to work with and will (and have!) highly recommend. My husband came in and mouthed theyre killing it! And I my jaw dropped when I saw and they werent even done yet. These guys just finished today. I live in a subdivision - most of the yards in my neighborhood are pretty large. My backyard was overgrown - you name it - it was overgrown with it! I cant be more pleased! They showed up and they went to work! Big ASV -and a mini excavator - people with trimmers, chain saws. They trimmed the tall trees, mulched old rotten logs, pulled up two small stumps. They even took a blower and evened out the mulch. I was so pleased I got a chair and sat in the backyard and watched!

Jon and his team did an incredible job. We had an area of thick bamboo, English ivy, and mimosa trees that were well-established and had to go. In just a few hours, they were able to clear it all and left it so much better than I could have imagined. We re so impressed worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Jon and crew were on time and efficient! Everything we talked about was done just as discussed. We had small trees that had to come down and were mulched on the spot plus about an acre of clearing brush. We couldnt be more pleased!

Jon and his crew are amazing! We had a lot of brush, vines, and trees (both dead and alive) grown up throughout our woods. We wanted a place the kids could play and to make our land more functional. Update: We finished our job today and could not be happier with it. They exceeded our expectations! Once we decided to move forward with the project, Jon quickly came out and reassesed our job and put us in que. He was able to get to us quickly and even earlier than he had said. The job was done in a day and a half and looks amazing. Jon and the crew had great work ethic and were professional and pleasant to deal with. The price was really good and the amount of work they did makes it a great value. My woods went from an embarrassing storm damaged jungle that I wouldnt step foot in to a beautiful space that I cant quit looking at and bragging about. This company did an absolutely amazing job. If your thinking about having a forestry mulched clean up your woods, I say do it! And call upstate brush control! I am going to put before and after pics in their photos to show the dramatic difference. Original review: I have not actually moved forward with services yet and will update review when I do, but they have been out for a quote. I left message for quote. They Called back within a couple of hours and came by to quote by lunch that day. Jon was very professional and even told me some of the trees we were worried about were safe and didnt need to be cut down. Emailed a quote that night. Seems very reasonable but we like to get multiple quotes just to be sure. Unfortunatly all the other tree services keep not calling/ not showing. Thank you Jon for respecting your potential customers time and being so courteous and professional!

Jon and I traded some work for a construction tool I had but didn t use anymore. He and his employee Josh did an outstanding job. While what Jon was going to get out of our agreement was clear his work for me was loosely defined. He went above and beyond. What a treat in today s world to be treated better than you d hoped for. I ve been in construction for almost 50 years in positions of responsibility for a good portion of that time. It s been a privilege to work with some great people, and a chore when they re not so great. Jon is as good as they come. You don t have to look any farther if you want great work by great people.

They transformed our land into a park!

I was very happy with Upstate Brush Control. They came in a finished the job that another contractor I paid wasn t able to do the work properly. I really have no idea how they were able to clean it up so well, but they did such an incredible job. They worked from 7:30 till close to 6 then came back the next morning to finish up. I felt like I got my money s worth with the amount of cleanup they did.

John is a great guy really helped me out when he didn t have to. Professional and caring. I can t thank him enough.
