Sales guy sold me an Organic service and then signed me up for the regular poison. They refused to credit my account. Terrible customer service call today. Made me pay for poisoning my lawn. Looking no for a new organic option.

They dont do landscaping or landscaping designs but has it listed as services

This is my second year with Natural Way after switching from True Green. With Natural Way I could easily contact someone in a local office: whereas with True Green all calls were transferred to a national number and responses were consisently poor or non existent. It seems the Natural Way employees are naturally friendly and able to respond to questions. My trees and shrubs are doing great and the issues with some flowering trees (mid=season) blight are under control.

Natural Way did a good job this year. They contacted me before they were coming out so my services could be modified to not adversely affect what improvements I have been doing to my lawn.

I set up my desired set of services with my preferred products. They come out reliably and leave notes about the status of the lawn. I can go online to see what was done when and what was applied. I can pay various ways including early annually to get a discount. I went for front yard only since I have a small veggie garden and want to keep any applications away from that, even though I chose ones that resolve quickly.

All the Service people are always very friendly. Whenever I have an issue it s resolved right away.

Have used Natural Way for a few years, for aeration, lawn feeding, weed control, and grub control. I m not a big lawn enthusiast, but I will say that my minimal effort + Natural Way s services lead to a pretty decent looking lawn. It may be 5 kinds of green, but it is green and free of obvious weeds. Getting the extras, like aeration and grub control helps noticeably as well. It s been nothing but a good experience for me.

Natural Way has serviced our lawn since we moved into our house 8 years ago, except 1. And that year was terrible! Fertilizing, aeration and occasional treatment for moles have been well done and affective. We have recommended Natural Way to many neighbors.

My grass has gotten healthier over the past two years. My only problem is that the vehicle used to apply fertilizer takes plugs of grass out from turns and it smashed my nicely trimmed edges.

I like that they use granular fertilizers rather than like others who use spray. Professional technicians also a plus.

We receive lawn and shrub care from Natural Way and our neighbors are always envious of our green grass. We also had landscape issues with some trees and bushes not thriving well. Candy suggested deep root feedings and the shrubs perked right up. Have used a couple other tree and lawn service companies with not so positive results. Highly recommend Natural Way.

An amazing transformation on my lawn. We actually discovered them when our former neighbors lawn went from a m crabgrass and dandelions to a decent lush lawn in a single season. Was not disappointed when we signed up.

They sprayed MEC Amide on my vegetable garden and killed half of my plants. I might ve understood if they had sprayed my arugula and carrots because they were not labeled, but they were in proximity (within 10 ft at the furthest) from clearly caged tomato and pepper plants. The spray aerosol drifted over and damaged my tomato plants too. If these people don t know what plants they re spraying or won t adhere to safety guidelines for the chemical they are applying - the instructions say not to spray near vegetables - then why should I pay them? They didn t even return the first call my family made to them and I had to call them again five days later.

I previously had T**e G***N lawn service that I fired for poor performance (not coming when they said they would and ineffective treatments, weeds everywhere and brown lawn after 5 treatments) After some research with my neighbors who had exceptionally beautiful lawns, they all recommended Natural Way. I contracted them for services in 2020 to fix the mistakes that T**e G***N made. In less than 3 months, my yard was emerald green and stayed that way until fall, when it went dormant. This year Ive had 0 issues with my yard and the best part is this service is the same cost as T**e G***N but the results are picture perfect.
