My neighbor uses Joe's lawn care, and many times they have blown debris and clippings onto my yard and even after asking them not to they continue to do it. This has gone on for years. Today they spent the entire day spreading 2 piles of mulch and left a mower that Noone used running idle on the lawn for over 3 hours. This service is the least professional lawn care service I have ever seen.
