Wow! A great product and a really good company to work with. They all worked extremely hard on site and were always willing to answer questions and explain exactly what they were doing. The whole process from quote to installation was very smooth and efficient. The two main fitters on site, Jack and Dave, took real pride in their work and were willing to go the extra mile and the other workers on-site were polite and hard working. Chris who quoted and dealt with all the organisation was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants artificial grass fitting. We had a garden with a slope and various drainage issues but it was all addressed in a thoroughly professional manner.
I use to have a turf grass garden which did not last more than a year, before it got infested by millions of tiny insects. As a result, using the garden was impossible. I contacted Chris from Diamond artificial grass, they gave me an informed customer service and also offered an affordable price. I had no doubt based on previous reviews I have read and seen. The team were professional and they did an amazing job. They totally changed the messy garden to a stunning garden. I would not recommend any other artificial carpet company than Diamond artificial grass, because I have used them and I am confident that they won’t disappoint any of their customer.
My garden was a mess after the winter, I called Diamond grass and their work crew came and did a total transformation, my garden now looks amazing, the lads did an excellent job and from day one got stuck in, they. Were efficient and courteous , adhering to my plans for borders without a complaint. I enjoyed watching each stage as it was completed and at the end of the 2.5 days the job was done. I would recommend this company to anyone they were brilliant.

Only have a small garden but needed to get rid of lawn as no longer am I capable of caring for it. You can see from B4 and Afta pics should have done this sooner ! Tha lads were so professional, careful, and considerate of my daft questions ! Chris gave me a quote and the first available date and is always contactable for advice. Highly recommend.

CHRIS AND HIS LADS @Diamond Artificial Grass Are truly garden angels My beautiful little boys quality of life predominantly impacted by an invisible disability called interactable Epilepsy. We battled with thousands of seizures daily and the Docs at Bristol Childrens decided Brain Surgery was the best option to enable him a better quality of life. The 10hr surgery happened and unfortunately upon closing he suffered a brain bleed which has since led to a very lengthly stay in hospital and many therapies assisting in his recovery. One of the tasks was to get wknd leave from hospital but how could we with a home that wasn t wheelchair accessible and a garden that wasn t safe to push his chair on let alone to spend time in and enjoy some much needed family time. Well that s where Chris and his lads came to save the day. Not only did they take the task on and complete it promptly in time for our first wknd home they also did it with huge understanding of my sons needs and helped create a garden space that will for sure give my little boy the ability to recover calmly and safely. The grass they have put down looks and feels incredible and will definitely be used for years to come. There are not enough thank you s in the world I could use that will ever show how truly grateful we are to have had the assistance of Chris and his lads @DiamondArtificailGrass in helping us achieve home leave ..Thank you for our grass we absolutely love it
