We were in need of someone to come trim a couple of our oak trees as well as remove one that was dying in our back yard. Southern Quality Property Maintenance was very responsive (something we had trouble with given the recent hurricanes) and we were able to coordinate with Stella to have George stop by to give us a quote. The access to the backyard was difficult as it was through a gate and the tree was close to the property line with a good chunk of it over our neighbors yard and house. We were given a fair price and told that we would need to coordinate with our neighbors to allow access for the equipment, the timing was a couple weeks out (depending on how a few other jobs finished up). Long story short, the crew was professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to complete the job in one day and left the property cleaned up without much trace that they were even there. I cannot recommend Southern Quality Property Maintenance enough. They are upfront, operate with integrity and don’t give you any surprises. Thank you!!
Southern Quality Property Maintenance always does a great job. The lawn care team works quickly and thoroughly to mow, edge and blow off all sidewalks, patios and the driveway, and the yard looks great before they leave.
The Southern Quality lawn team has been great and very flexible when needed. We have been using this service for years. Additionally, we have used them for tree trimming and removal. Their support in this area has been outstanding and reasonably priced compared to the competition.
Southern Quality impressed me start to finish. Closing on a home in between two hurricanes, my yard and trees were a mess. George came out within 2 days of my initial call after Helene, and I received a very comprehensive breakdown of all the work I wanted done. Then Milton came. Knowing how busy SQ was, Stella was just so great at keeping contact with me, and let me choose the most immediate work I needed- lawn care, debris pickup, and tree pruning. To my surprise, George himself was able to come out to my home two weeks before anticipated, and I was so relieved when I was able to come up and see it- I haven't fully moved and didn't even need to meet him there. My lawn is now the cleanest on the block, and the total for all the work was less than other companies quoted me for just pruning the trees. I can't wait to get the other items completed by SQ, they secured a customer for life!

Hurricane Milton left two huge limbs of one half of a pretty large double tree (which split and was uprooting!) lying on our roof and the trunk of the other half almost touching the neighbor’s roof. George came that morning and gave us an estimate. Within 30 minutes, one of his crews was there with a high lift getting that thing cut up and off our home, and taking the rest of it down. They were excellent. It was literally hours of work. They neatly stacked everything in the easement for the claw truck to pick up and even blew the sawdust off the roof. Stella, from the office called, got our information and emailed the invoice. On what I am sure was a very busy morning for them, she was calm and positive and kind and took the time to explain the different ways to remit payment. It was so easy I could hardly believe it. Every single person we dealt with was kind and had an understanding smile. We will call them for any other tree needs we have.
I highly recommend Southern quality maintenance. We are extremely happy with all of the work they have done and continue to do at our home. From tree removal, landscaping design, landscaping, and our weekly lawn maintenance. George and his team were very efficient and hard-working to complete our project in a timely manner.

George, who s the owner of the company, & his two crew members, did a wonderful job taking down an very tall tree that threatened to come down on our neighbors large backyard building & pool cage - they did this with one day notice just before Hurricane Milton arrived. We have a full service contract and the crew that services our property is 5 star. They are friendly, cooperative, and most importantly, competent. Mowing and edging are done very well and our bushes are professionally trimmed. Our walk ways are kept weed free and all debris is removed from our property.

Wonderful people from start to finish! We had gotten one of those dreaded letters from our insurance company - trim the branches above the pool cage or we will cancel. We called George and the whole experience was terrific. Reasonable quote, prompt service, an excellent crew led by Mike, and Stella is so helpful when I call. They took great care of our property and cleaned up every twig and leaf. We are now asking them to take care of the rest of our trees and take on our yard work.

When George came to give me a quote he was very attentive and thorough. He sent me a quote broken down with every detail. The day they came To do the work I was not home. This company allows their employees to curse and yell derogatory names to neighbors of their clients. The foreman heard his fellow employee shout these nasty explicit names and did nothing to stop or deescalate the situation. This is also the same crew who ran over our trashcans and when told to come back by the main office to rectify this situation the same individual got in my husbands face yelling explicit and durogatory names. If I could give this company a zero I would. Never should this have been allowed in the first place nor should this employee have been allowed to work at this site due to his incapability to remain professional whole working in a quite neighborhood where kids frequently play outside.

George and company are great. Truly rare in the tree business. I almost hesitate to give them such a glowing revue for fear they will get too busy, but I am sure they will still take good care of me. George is that rare tree guy who will trim oaks only for safety and longevity of the tree, rather than insisting they all be removed. I just had them do a job at my mothers home that few would have even taken. 100 dead Australian pines on the back fence line that had to come out, but with very narrow access thereto. The cut wood had to be carried out front by hand. A very arduous job, not for the faint of heart, Mike was the lead man and he did a lot of the heavy work himself, leaving the yard pretty clean with no real damage to anything. They moved a clay statue well out of the way and then replaced it like real pros.
