Ive been a satisfied client of Green Solutions for years, and Ive always been more than happy with their products and service. Their workers answer my questions and always give helpful advice. I would rate them five starts out of five!

Chad is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The techs are thorough and provide detailed documentation after each service. I am very pleased with the service I receive at multiple properties.

Green solutions has been servicing our lawn for about 2 years in our new home. After watching our new lawn degrade after several months and requesting they add more nutrients for our lawn in particular, I called and spoke with a manager, Mike. He seemed genuinely interested in helping and after explaining our issues he offered several reasons why we might be having problems, none having to do with their treatments. After no improvement over a few more months, he eventually came to view our property but only repeated his stance that the issues were not their treatments, but geographical issues. Its important to note we live in a subdivision with only 15 between the homes, and the lawns on both sides of ours, same soil, same weather, etc, were much greener and lush than ours eliminating the geographical excuses. Because of dying and patchy grass, we ended up replacing half of the sod about 5 months ago ($2,000). The new grass rooted well and was lush and green for a few months but unfortunately, it had started to degrade again with no modification in treatments from green solutions. I had to let them go. I contacted one of my neighbors who treats his own lush lawn what he used and he sent me a simple list of 2 fertilizers and an easy schedule to keep. I started applying fertilizer myself and within 2 weeks my grass is beginning to get green and full again. Its looking more like the neighbors. I have them 3 stars only because Green Solutions was always friendly and willing to come back out at our request for no charge, but the bottom line is they simply lacked the ability to look at our yard and treat it successfully,

Green Solutions responsiveness, honesty, and quality of work have allowed their company to provide excellent service for many years! In their industry, businesses continue to come and go. The fact is that Green Solutions has great management and customer care. Our go to point of contact, Chad, responds to us very quickly, he is completely honest about what can be/needs to be done for our properties, and he is straight forward about what results can be expected through the treatments. I have been with GreenSolutions for many many years. My experience has only been very positive. They are very quick to respond if I have to call for any reason. As well, making an appointment and having their rep come.

I like the results but the scheduling is not what was promised. Told 6 to 8 weeks between treatments.. currently in my 10 week with no treatment. They dont hesitate to debt by credit card however.

I am so very pleased with the expert care that I have received. My green solutions technician (Steven) always explains every treatment. He also gives good instructions to keep my home and lawn pest free and my lawn green. I also appreciate that green solutions uses natural applications that are safe for the environment.

They are professional and come out right away to help with any concerns. I had a policy with Terminix who I couldn t get to come out right away to help and Green Solutions came the next day!! I agree with the other comments on here - very rude, unprofessional, and I feel tricked into getting services I did not understand. Also, the price seemed expensive compared to other companies. I was nice enough to recommend them to my neighbor, but the owner proceeded to trash talk me to my neighbor. Three people I talked to on the phone were incredibly demeaning and rude. I have never been talked to like this, let alone a company service representative. No customer should ever be treated like this by any company. Go with another company and avoid the high/deceptive prices and rude personnel.

Green solutions is one of the best companies Ive dealt with. Very professional and helpful. They did a very nice job.

The Green Solutions Lawn Care truck didnt stop for a stop sign, then destroyed my garden bed when they came up over the curb. My neighbor witnessed the whole thing and took down their license plate. After an initial contact, a week later they say their driver did not do it and refused to repair the damage they caused. Take caution when their drivers are in your neighborhood. Watch your kids and pets and keep them away from the curb! Irresponsible business!

Update: owner called to address my concerns and get someone out to my property. Absolutely terrible customer service. I put in a service request over a week ago and still have not heard back from anyone on when they will actually show up to my property. You try calling 10 or 15 minutes before 5pm when they close and no one actually picks up the phone and your only option is to leave a message. Ready to cancel my service with them entirely.

We used this company for 10 years or so. Every once in a while the lawn started going sideways due to weather or some kind of fungus or bug, but they would come back out to remedy the issue and it usually worked. Reason for the poor review is because my backyard has been going down hill for the past couple of years. Certain dead brown patches were popping up. They never could figure out why it was happening and over the course of a couple of years, Green Solutions kept coming up with different things to do or to apply that obviously didn t work. At this point my backyard lawn is now about half dead. We gave it as much time as they constantly asked for to bring the lawn back, we followed their watering instructions and everything else they suggested. But now I think two years is enough time. Not sure if they changed ownership or staff, but doesn t seem like they know what they re doing anymore.

These guys are amazing. I do a lot of irrigation repairs for them, and every property I show up at has perfect grass every time. They go out of their way to make sure your lawn stands out in the neighborhood. Very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend these guys to treat your lawn

These is super convenient and have made helpful suggestions to make our home safer. Their care is all not toxic for my dog which gives me and my wife peace of mind while still protecting our house from ants. The professional who came and sprayed even pointed out a couple potential access points into my house for small animals and gave me instructions how I could seal it up myself super cheaply. I appreciate their work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Im still rather new to Green Solutions with this being my third visit, so I hope Jonathan continues servicing my lawn with the same excellent job done so far. We ve used Green Solutions for 4 years to treat our lawn. This is one of the few lawn pest control companies in the area that are legitimate. The owner has a background in agriculture and they treat your lawn with far fewer treatments than other companies. That s important to us as it allows more days for my kids and dog to use our yard. Their practices are more aligned to UF IFAS best practices whereas other companies over treat to make you think their service is valuable. They also offer organic options as well and are very affordable with no contracts or gotchyas .

They do our lawn fertilizing and insect control. Because of their attention to detail, responsiveness and lawn information the quality of service is superb!

Green Solutions continues to provide excellent support. Their recent addition of Carlos as their Operations Manager made a significant benefit to their service. Carlos diagnosed a spider mite and fungus danger to some 20 newly-planted cypress trees. His recommended treatment will hopefully prevent any future problems for these expensive plants. Carlos also came out on a call-back to assess some yellow spots in the front yard. Although the grass has already been treated for brown spot fungus, he treated it again at no additional cost, and the grass has improved remarkably in less than 2 weeks.

I use Green Solutions for general pest control, flea and tick spraying, as well as rodent control. They are professional and respond in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

This company has constantly lied to me, shorted me on my service, etc. I have quarterly premium pest control service, yet bugs still get inside and do not die. The last time I was told the pest guy was coming, he never actually came, yet there was a report posted on my profile saying customer was not available for signature (but I work from home so I was available and expected to see the guy). Was lied to regarding lawn/weed service and wasted upwards of $300 after being misled, just to be told by them that I should have known better. This has been the worst experience with pest/lawn control I have ever had or heard of. Do NOT use this company.

Green Solutions are professional courteous, knowledgable and respectful. We have used them for over 3 years for insect treatment of our yard. They always call ahead the day before to let us know when a treatment cycle is coming. On some occasions we have needed an extra service off-cycle and they have been quick to come out and treat our yard. The owner/manager, Chad, is very responsive. I can only say good things about this company and would highly recommend them.

Decide for yourself: After bringing in yards and yards of topsoil, professionally installing Zoysia sod, 60 well and an automated sprinkler system, we secured Green Solutions to maintain our lush yard. Two seasons later we have invasive Bermuda, bare spots and a host of various weeds. Techs spend an average of 4-5 minutes per service call (I have time stamped cameras). See pics and judge for yourself.

Green Solutions Lawn Care is amazing service and just so helpful. You can call them about anything and they will respond accordingly without disrupting your day. Everything is easy with Green Solutions and the best of all, the bio-friendly process they use; has ensured my dog doesnt get cancer from the normal full chemical treatments other places use. I normally don t write reviews but my lawn died two years in a row due to fungus. I called Green Solutions each time and I think that true professionals would have promptly handled. They didn t and all the money I ve wasted on new lawns and Green Solutions cost was wasted. Strongly recommend you pick another company.

We have used Green Solutions for many years and are sad to be moving out of state and away from their services! Mike Corsini has been our point of contact since the beginning and he is super. He is always quick to respond and is always professional and explanatory (as well as all of their employees we have talked to). I like that this company isn t pushy or condescending and their communication is excellent. They always call a day or so before they come out to give us a head s up, which we appreciate. We have zero bug problems in our home and our lawn has looked amazing since we started utilizing their lawn services.

Mike is the best! We had the worst mosquito situation in our backyard and his system and treatments have been incredible in reducing the amount of mosquitoes we have! Definitely recommend!

I have to constantly keep after them. On one occasion I caught the kid not treating big sections of the lawn. Also they dont show up in the week they say they are going to. I had the same problems with trugreen. I guess they are all the same. After my current contract, I will go back to treating the lawn myself.

We had a crazy ant problem. Our previous service came to the house four or five times. The previous company left bait, they injected poison into the electrical outlets, they seemed to have tried everything. I was almost ready to remodel the master bathroom in an attempt to rid ourselves of the ant problem. We called Green Solutions and they were able to come out right away. Our technician from Green Solutions was able to solve our problem in one application. I could not believe how quickly the ants were gone. THANK YOU so much for the solution!

Showed up to my home without calling or scheduling Asked to reschedule and no one ever call me back.

It only took Green Solution 2 years to destroy what used to be the most lush section of our lawn. The owners of the company are nice people, and I have nothing bad to say about them. The communication between the office and technicians is lacking which is most likely why our lawn now looks splotchy and weed infested. To be clear, this poor review is strictly for the lawn fertilization and weed control segment of the company. We also utilized their pest services which we had didnt have many issues with.

Probably the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or concern, they would come out fairly quickly to discuss my lawn care needs with me. They were always so patient. I think I only had one minor issue where a few small patches of my grass died but they made it right immediately and it grew back just fine. Such a great team! When I hired Green Solutions my yard was atrocious. Their knowledge of the problems my yard was experiencing was spot on. And their treatments not only greened up the lawn, but eradicated almost all of the weeds that was throughout the entire space. I would not only recommend them, but am talking the buyer of my home into continuing to use them. Service, knowledge and continuous contact with the customer has been the utmost experience for me. This is the best lawn service company. They genuinely care for their employees. They always call me before they come because they know I need to keep my dogs inside. They re so informative with any issues I have in my lawn and explain it so I can really understand. Highly recommend them.

Contracted them for fertilizer and pest control or interior and exterior. My lawn has received fertilizer once in a year and has a decent amount of weeds. I did contact them about the issue, they refunded the money for the service, apologized with understanding, and did everything within their power to make it correct.

So far, Im very happy with the company. Good service and no contracts. Their tech Stephen Hubbard is great. Explains what and why hes going to do, is knowledgeable, calls ahead when hes coming, and keeps his word. My lawn had bad dollar weed infestation, and little by little, its getting back to looking good. Just have to be patient and let the product and tech do their work.

When I called them a year ago, we got an estimate within days and service immediately after agreeing to service. They come out regularly and I have never had a problem. Great company and great people. Found them by a referral from a co-worker who is happy with them as well. Joe even left us a note when he couldnt get our gate latched so our dog didnt get out. I highly recommend them. Edit: so I have been using them for 2 years and I would still recommend them. They are always pleasant to deal with and accommodating.

We tried Terminex for almost a year to get rid of whitefoot ants on our front porch. Nothing they did made any difference. Greg, Mike, Chad and Joe worked as a team and were able to identify the source and surround and drown the main nest. Within a couple visits they have cut the highway to a trickle and with timely follow up I have full confidence we will soon be rid of our pests

Green Solutions has been servicing three properties that we manage in Tampa Bay for several years. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to make sure we are satisfied. The quality of the lawn has improved significantly and pest issues are resolved promptly when contacted. We also utilize their natural mosquito repellent services, and because of it, the patio and pool are enjoyable even during hot summer months. We highly recommend Green Solutions.

I had purchased a home that had been vacant for some time. Being from up north I figured an ant issue would be resolved quickly... I was wrong! Pharaoh ants are ferocious in FL climate. Chad got me set up, Joe and Mike have been to my home on numerous occasions stating that this was the worst case they have ever seen. They were methodical in their approach and invested a great amount of time to ensure they got them all. Friendly staff, flexible scheduling and routine visits. PLEASE BEWARE! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! We contracted with Green Solutions for Pest Control back in September. However, we continued to have insects in our home and garage. We would contact the company, and were repeatedly given empty promises that the issue would be resolved. It never was. We also requested a service slip every month to let us know the date of service, who the technician was, and what treatments were performed. We never received one. In retrospect, its our belief our home wasnt treated. We scheduled a face to face meeting this morning with someone from the company at 9:00. At 9:45, we called to find out if anyone would be coming. And of course, they werent. After a very unpleasant and unproductive conversation with the VP Chad, we asked to speak to the owner. The owner got on the phone, and his EXACT words were Im sorry I wasnt able to come to the phone sooner, I was taking a poop. I kid you not, those were his exact words. I was beyond disgusted and flabbergasted. But this unprofessionalism fits right in with the shoddy services we have received. Im regretful that we waited 6 months, continued to give the benefit of the doubt, and waste our money before finding a reputable service provider. PLEASE BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! There are plenty of great, reputable companies who earn and deserve consumers business day in and out. Dont waste your time and energy on this one.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I have been using Green Solutions to service my lawn for over a year now and have not had any fungus growth/bug issues since they began. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality service with a reasonable price.

Look no further, if youre looking for a lawn care company you can blindly trust. Last year I had 10,000 sqft of sod laid and within a month it was being taken over by fungus. I called Chad and let him know the situation. Within a few days they had a tech evaluating and treating the situation. A couple weeks go by and I feel like there is something else going on. So, I call Chad again to discuss what it is that is going on. At this point, any other lawn care company would have made you feel like you burdening them with questions and requests. THESE GENTLEMEN HAVE A FIVE STAR RATING FOR A REASON. Within a week one of the owners, who is an agronomist, stopped by my house and assessed the situation for himself. One look and he says the soil is too acidic and some of it may be heat damage. They send another tech out to apply lime and to give me further guidance on how to care for it during times of intense heat. Keep in mind that these extra visits are not costing me anything, which is unheard of with these lawn companies! Every single one of these fellas from the top to the bottom will treat your yard like its their own. You can tell a lot about a company by the employees. It says a lot about their values. I have had two different techs and without a doubt are some of the hardest working, detailed oriented individuals I have met in this business. They are knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I have nothing but great things to say about Green Solutions. They saved my yard and I know I was a pain in the beginning, but they never made me feel alone in the matter; because they also shared the same concern.

I could not get rid of the ants coming into the house. Joe from Green Solutions came out to spray. After hearing how knowledgeable the employee was, and his willingness to find a solution that worked best for my family, I was much more comfortable with the product the company uses. One outside treatment and it was an immediate difference. I should have called them years ago. The customer service Green Solutions offers means a lot as well. I use locally owned companies as much as possible. So glad to have found a great pest control provider!

Called to set up an appointment but no one showed. Received a call a couple of days later apologizing and wanting to know if we wanted to reschedule. They said there was a mix up on recording the schedule. We rescheduled and were very pleased with the service and service personnel. He did a complete job and when he was finished told us that since they had missed the first schedule they were not charging for the service. Not a reduction but no charge! That doesnt happen very often. Need pest control, this is where we will be going !!!!!!!

With Lawn Care I find it is useful to wait for awhile to review them as I find many companies are great the first few months and then they seem to let us down. Not so with Green Solutions Lawn Care. We have had them for over a year and our lawn looks the best it has since we moved here in 2003. The lawn looks so much better than the neighbors, weeds are never a problem, and the pest control is second to none. We have had green solutions for 2 applactions now and our grass has never looked better. We have been with a lot of lawn companys and green solutions is far better with customer service and the tech are friendly and know there stuff when it comes to fertilizing my yard. Affordable solution to home pest issues. Everyone that I have interacted was courteous and professional. The gentleman that came to my home to spray, listened to my concerns, educated me on what was going on & took the time to treat every area necessary. Its been 1 month & I am pleased with the results.

Excellent company with incredible customer service. Not your average spray service, knowledgeable on a multitude of grasses. Would recommend this company over some of the larger pest control companies due to their skill level, customer service, and honesty.

I called this company to help with a bug problem. They can out and from the first hello I was sold. The service technician put boot covers before he entered our house. I explained the problem and and the first thing he said was he wanted to look around before he recommended a treatment plan. He pulled out his flashlight and started to investigate the issue. About 15 minutes later he told me the problem was not that bad and that he had a treatment plan that should work. He then sprayed our entire house, downstairs, upstairs, around the outside and even in the garage. Our previous company was never that comprehensive. He told us that we could see a few dead bugs but after a week if we saw any bugs alive just call and he would be back. To date it has been 2 weeks and I have only seen 1 dead bug. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very affordable and provide a great and comprehensive service.,

As a landscaping and turf contractor, we only refer Green Solutions to our clients. They have a knowledgable staff ready to dissect any pre existing problems and their prompt service on new installs only prevents those problems from ever occurring. Its always a noticeable difference when we make a follow up visit that our homes stand out among the rest. They keep our clients properties growing and glowing, which makes our job that much easier. Keep up the good work!

Beware of Green Solutions. We normally dont leave negative reviews but after paying for two months of service with only worsening (!) results we finally cancelled. Yet Green Solutions continued to charge my credit card, according to Matt when I called them, for pro-rated services in accordance with their contract - which of course we never agreed to or signed. In response to Matts shady offer for a partial credit or nothing I instead resolved this issue with my credit company in our favor. On the plus side, their service personnel are respectful and courteous - and were a large part of why we initially decided to give them a try. Couldnt say the same about their billing practices (see above) or promised results (give it six weeks). Two lessons learned: (1) Be careful of setting up an automatic payment system with a new company until you are sure of their quality. (2) Also be wary of any company that doesnt provide an email address (only a website which they alone control) to contact them. ------- EDIT: I read your apology here but would like to note some discrepancies from our phone conversation. 1. We both dispute understanding of our verbal terms and yet you noted that your company does not rely on signed contracts - why such a red flag practice? Also, the monthly cost was prorated to a yearly cost rather than seven applications (in fact, I asked why only seven treatments when other companies treat monthly - you or your rep stated the results would be similar). You cherry pick this unsigned contract and yet it lists many other policies that were not part of our verbal agreement (such as a one-year lock-in) that would have never been agreed to by any new customer. 2. I called to dispute your unauthorized (i.e., without permission) continuing to charge my account (confidential info which should have been deleted after I cancelled) for the third month only. You well know I did not call, as you falsely claim, for all my money back. I did not ask for the first two months back, despite being sufficient time to show any indicators of a professional lawn maintenance service. My actions with the credit card company support my facts and you well know this. 3. Your company initially seems very nice but aside from scheduled service becomes slow or unresponsive - until contacted to cancel. After being promised to give it six weeks I allowed two full months to show some results but nada. Yet after your second visit, I reiterated my concerns but there was no follow-up. Then a week later, after I finally cancelled on your website, I received two phone calls the very next morning. After it became clear that I was cancelling because of no visible improvement (which is not disputed but you just moved the goal posts: two months is not enough - really?) you then turned unprofessional and hostile - contrary to the professional tone in your post here. Bottomline: We were looking for a long term service that proudly demonstrated what a professionally maintained lawn should look like. We often choose local businesses and refer good experiences to our friends and neighbors. But this experience was far from that, so well have to look elsewhere.

They are always available when needed whether it is for the yard or pest control and they do an awesome job.

Great lawn care company! My grass has never been so green!!

We are EXTREMELY grateful for Green Solutions excellent service, responsiveness, communication and willingness to educate us!! I read similar reviews to this online before hiring them as I think personal reviews speak volumes about a company and their people. We had completely new landscape & hardscape installed Spring 2014 and our Zoysia grass took a beating and looked brown, spotted and dead in many places within a few short months of install. Green Solutions was our 3rd lawn & pest company within ONE year since no one seemed to proactively provide a solution for our yards needs. Our grass looked awful when we hired Green Solutions and within 5 months they made our grass look better than it did when it was originally installed last Spring. You all worked some magic, highly recommend. Keep up the great work!!!

Ive been a customer of green solutions since I moved to Florida. They do a great job with both their lawn care services and pest control in Tampa Bay.

Matt and the whole crew at Green Solutions are top notch. They do an amazing job keeping all those annoying FL pests away. Months go by and I dont see a single critter and if I ever do, I just call Green Solutions and they are out there in a jiffy. Good to know there are quality pest control companies out there.
