Prepaid for lawn service in March and he never came to do the work, either would not respond or kept delaying. This went on for two months. **Buyer beware** do not pre-pay for any services.

Scott is very reliable and the lawn and shrubs always look great!! Give him a try and you won’t be disappointed. Just let him know what you want and he will get it done!

This service was delivered precisely as advertised. We particularly appreciated efforts and the care with which they treated the lawn and grounds during several of the hottest months of the year. Their electronic payment process was straightforward and they were quick to initiate scheduling of bi-monthly visits. Russel Lawn Care was an efficient and easy option to meet our lawn maintenance needs.

I called them and they assured me they could do the job on a property i was moving out of. He told me multiple times he could get to it on a Saturday. At 6 pm he told me he couldn't but would be there Monday morning at 9 am. On Monday morning he refused to answer calls or texts. New tenants are moving in on Tuesday so his failure to show twice and failure to communicate costs me a deposit with my landlord of $2600. Extremely unprofessional and I will spread the word continuously.

Scott has been great with having my lawn serviced. He always gives me a heads up when the crew is on their way, or if there a reason any delays in a service.

I scheduled twice with this company and they never showed or bothered to call to explain why. Committ3ed to a schedule then never showed and said he would have to change the days he committed to ONLY when I tracked him down. Wanted me to pay up front and now I know why! No confidence in them whatsoever. Would give zero stars if capable.

SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We contacted Scott to have our lawn mowed. Five days later, the lawn was not mowed. We called and he made the excuse that Memorial Day caused the schedule to change. We asked for a refund which he agreed to give but has not. This is not a legit company and they will take your money without completing the services promised.
