I am so thankful for Reggie and his service. I just happened upon him in the neighborhood and he agreed within an hour.. I have a big yard and a broken wrist, so theres my dilemma, but I am so thankful and appreciative of his professionalism, his great work and his communication.

Reggie contacted me after I left a voicemail inquiry. He went to evaluate the location the same day, rendering services the next. I dont live in the area and am not familiar with any businesses surrounding, but Reggie did what he said he would and provided photos as proof

Reggie came to our house and gave us a quote and mowed our lawn 2 days later. He is very responsive and easy to work with. He also did weed control, trimmed our palm trees, picked up any trash, and disposed of tree branches we had. I would highly recommend Reggie!

Reggie did a great job relandscaping the front of my property. We discussed what plants to use, soil improvement and mulch. He did all the work himself, removing old plants and weeds, and he delivered and planted the new. Hard working and polite. However, read follow up below. I would not recommend him again. As a follow up, I watered the plants regularly. All of the front row plants died anyway. He had told me they were on a one Year guarantee. When I called him he would not come Out again to replant or assist.

My parents backyard was terrifyingly overgrown. I reached out to Reaching New Heights on a Wednesday. Reggie, the owner of the company, reached back out the same day to let me know he could be at my parents house that Sunday to provide a quote. By the following Sunday, and within a couple of hours, my parents backyard was back to maintainable (on a very hot August day). I appreciate Reggie and his partners professionalism, responsiveness, and work ethic, and would hire them again.

He came to my home on the same day I requested the estimate which was last Saturday, and we scheduled for the following Monday (today) at 8:00 a.m. He showed up on time. I had to leave for work but at 8:30 a.m., I was already receiving before and after pictures at work. He did a great job mowing and trimming my lawn and even bagged 2 bags of leaves for me. Reggie and his team worked some magic on my yard! They were here for basic lawn care- mowing and edging. I asked for them to trim some shrubs that had been neglected and were taking over the patio. It would have taken me all day to do what two men did in less than 2 hours. They even bagged all of the shrub trimmings and took them to the curb for city pick-up.
