I hired Pro Landscape to maintain my lawn while I was taking care of my aging parents in Michigan for the summer. I reached out to several landscape companies but few were interested in a short-term (3 month assignment). Pro Landscape very quickly responded to my request with a very competitive rate. To my surprise, they indeed showed up each week and communicated with me via e-mail after each service. They also communicated if their scheduled was delayed due to inclement weather! My neighbor was so impressed with their work that she too hired them full time. Upon my return home, I could not believe how well manicured my lawn was. They indeed did a much better job than I myself, and I plan to transition to Pro Landscape full time. Great work, extremely responsive and professional! I can't recommend them enough.

They let you know their schedule timing and so far have stuck with it! Rain delays are common with this line of business but only once we're they not able to make it for one visit. One particular thing in my yard, experienced with a previous company is rutting when same pattern is over used. This company alternates and adjusts to avoid this issue. I also appreciate the email when they've completed a service call, immediately.

Fellow FL homeowners know the gauntlet of terrible service you have to survive to find that one diamond in the rough vendor who actually performs good work, delivers quality customer service and is a fair value. We've come to call companies like this unicorns. It's painful how rare it is to be able to author a positive review for a service person in this state. Thank goodness for companies like this one. Companies who you can trust, not have to hound or babysit or shake your head at. Their owner, Bernardo is one of the most professional people we've dealt with since moving into this community - across all industries. Customer satisfaction actually matters to him - a fleeting quality. We went through several lawn companies and wish we were staying in their service zone because we would have been lifetime customers. They are professional, diligent, communicate timely and honestly, and offer a superb service for a competitive price. Our yard has never looked better! Their cleanup procedure was excellent! I am convinced it help us sell this house. Please hire them, and thank us later.

After years dealing with unreliable companies and people who would ruin our grass and never show up when scheduled.. we had enough & did some research and came across Pro Landscape services. Wow!
