I had J & M cut a tree that was leaning close to my house he and crew showed up on the day and time he told me. He and his crew were polite and friendly did an outstanding job and clean up afterwards. You need someone who is dependable and will give you a good price on any type of work use J & M

J&M has serviced my property for two years now. I recently reached out to Juan and expressed concern that I felt the team that serviced my lawn was getting complacent because I wasnt getting the same attention to detail I had received in the past. He responded back quickly and told me he understood my concerns and he would take care of it. Juan did exactly as he stated, the following week he put a new team on my property and man did they knocked it out of the box. I can appreciate a owner that takes your concerns and make immediate corrections to meet your expectations. I recommend J&M to anyone who doesn't want to be worried with their lawn but expect for it to be done with passion.
These guys are great! When I called to signed up it was a very easy process for a great price ! They will always work with you on timing and Maintence. 5 stars !
I was on travel for the month of July and hired J & M Lawn Service to cut my grass while I was away. I returned Aug 1 and front yard was four inches high and the back yard was 8 inches high. They said they would take care of the stone landscaping beds and there's a month of weeds in them. Now I have to rush and cut and weed before the HOA sends me a letter. Will not be using these guys again.
I have heart problems so it’s extremely difficult for me to get outside and rake by up the 50 bags of leaves that are from trees that are not even on my property. Service like I’ve never seen before( an I’m old . so I know what service stands for. )This lawn service is definitely above all others when it comes to politeness & excellent. Pretty poor service, I would not even call this lawn service. Rude people and they dont even take care of your lawn. I have a ton of growing weeds all around in front, back and sides. They didnt even take care of cutting grass, weedeating, and do not want to take care of it. I would not recommend these people. If someone is paying them to do a job, they need to do the job

We had a great experience with Juan and his team! Juan answered right away, and was able to come by for an initial estimate within an hour of speaking to him. All work was completed within a week from my first call. He was very thorough with responses and was able to guide me more with what was actually needed (versus upselling), which is always appreciated!

These guys have done a great job at our home since 2017.
J & M goes above and beyond every month to make sure the lawn service is done impeccably and with care. Today, they weren t able to use the mowers in the back due to wet side lawn and instead, they weed whacked the grass to cut it as an alternative. Just top-notch service and I will be using them for as long as I can!
I appreciate that this company responded to my inquiry and got me on the books when I desperately needed help. However, they are completely over priced, $160/month for a couple of guys to ride mowers around my yard, weed wack a couple areas, and blow off the walkway (into the flower beds). No edging on the walkways, street, or driveway, no shrub trimming, nothing except basic mowing. I will say they kept a schedule that kept my lawn from growing out of control. IMO this company overcharges for minimal and basic service just because they can.
J & M Lawn Service has been cutting my grass in Forest Hills for over a year now. I wish every business was as smooth sailing as they are. They come here, they do the job, my grass is never long, Im billed the same amount monthly, and they never went up on price even with the inflated prices of everything. Thank you J&M!

Had these guys for over 5 years. They would mow the grass but it was a stretch to get them to do anything else. Asked them to trim some Chinese evergreen by the pool and was told it would bedone in a couple weeks. They never showed up. Had to take out two ligustrum in the back because they were never trimmed back, even though they promised it was part of the service. Don t fall for the sales pitch it is as phony as Joe B..de.
This is by far the best lawn service I have been with and I have tried out 4 others in carrollwood area! Fast, reliable, good at what they do, great customer service! I m so glad I found them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We have used J&M for landscaping and the weekly mow and blow. The crew is always respectful and professional. They do a beautiful job. I m proud of the way my lawn looks. Also, Juan personally responds to every call or text and handles whatever extra issue you need for a fair price.
Jaun and his team installed catch basins around my property to alleviate issues with flooding and drainage. Additionally, he modified my gutters and added mesh to keep the leaves from clogging up the gutters and keep them draining properly. Jaun is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, prompt and dependable in addition to being fair and reasonable. If you ever need a company to help you address flooding and drainage issues, J and M Lawn Service is the company to contact. You will not be disappointed!

I have been using J & M Lawn service and more for 4 years. This company has removed my old grass, installed new sod, leveled /filled in around a tree so the grass would grow, installed a sprinkler system, trimmed my oak tree, bushes, and shrubs, and performed handyman jobs. Phew! Lawn work- The crew and Juan are very friendly and helpful. They have installed sod for me twice ( because the local dogs love my grass so much) and a sprinkler system. They take good care of the outside of my home. From the precise, neat job trimming my shrubs and bushes, to the close but not overly done weed whacking, to the maintenance on my sprinkler system. Juan always makes sure that you are happy with his and his teams work. My dwarf oak tree......I hate it. In the winter, Juan and his crew rake up all the never ending leaves. In the spring, they thin it out and trim it. In the summer, they dodge it mowing my yard. And the handyman services....Juan has put in a tile backsplash, ceiling fans, over the range microwave, and garbage disposal. His work is guaranteed so if you have any concerns, he always takes care of them. I love that he is responsive to questions and always views the job before a quote. I am thankful to have found J & M. It is important to me that I trust people that are working around my house and I absolutely trust Juan and his crew. I can not say enough good things about them, their work ethic, their commitment to doing a job right the first time. Give them a try, you wont e disappointed.
Juan and his crew are on point. They cleaned up our yard and backyard. It is truly amazing the job they did and for a reasonable price. They also do our monthly maintenance. I feel very fortunate to have found them. Juan is very knowledgeable about plants and he s honest about what needs to be one. I highly recommend their services.

Juan is always responsive to our requests. The team is very dependable. We have had them doing our lawn for 3 years and it looks great. He trims the shrubs too. No job is too large or small.
This morning, I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. First thing I noticed was the Male that answered the phone sounded very distracted and pre-occupied. Not very professional. He didnt brand the business name, and never offered his name either. He asked me to text him my name and address, and agreed to come by this afternoon. So, I did what he asked. Well, the entire afternoon has gone by, and no one from this company ever showed up. This guy didnt even have the decency to let me know he wasnt coming! This type of behavior has become the norm for so-called business owners in this day and age. Everyone is inconsiderate, with absolutely no character. Now Ive learned, you cant rely on the 5 Star ratings shown on these Google reviews. Theyre most likely fake....

Juan is amazing! He replies to all my texts every time I was having a crisis with the grass. He advises me when to take breaks on cutting it due to the chemical treatment and he is always right. The grass always revives itself. He really knows about grass. I moved in April and I was having issues with my grass as I began with true green for chemical treatment and my grass turned brown. I switched to the company the prior owner used and in combination with Juan s services my grass is thriving again. Nice, green and fluffy just how I like it. He s taught me to understand the process. It takes time. I thought I would never get the nice grass I purchased the house with and now it s back to normal.

We decided to discontinue services with J&M Lawn Services for various reasons. The icing on the cake was the customer service and attitude from the owner Juan. Fortunately for J&M they have a heck of a foreman named Alfonso. Basically he cleans up the mess and dedicates himself to the clients. WAY 2 GO ALFONSO!
