They clean my backyard up and looks amazing

Their employees work hard and are polite and respectful as for the company itself It is my opinion they take to many contracts a day which forces them to rush and not take a lot of time on clean-up. That aside they did a very good job and made a big difference in my backyard and I would hire them again.

I called, and Jessica and her crew had the job done within 24 hours! A HUGE firepit FULL of trees and weeds over your head. And near 3/4 of an acre, of what looked liked an overgrown Sunken Gardens. Unfortunately, after 2 years using their services, I had a first time experience with the owner of the business. Not only was communication poor in scheduling but when she arrived at my house for the job, she didn t believe that I was a previous customer and that they provided me past services. For some reason I had to prove it by showing her past payments even though I found it completely irrelevant. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. I declined the service and I will never use them again.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I reached out to C&J for some lawn care at one of my rental properties and they were very responsive with getting me a quote. Because they also offer junk removal/property clean-up, i was able to secure their services within 24 hours for clean-up at two different rentals in St. Pete and Largo. Their team provided before/after photos, they were very efficient and communicative through-out the entire service AND after. I have since also booked with them for lawn care and are my official go-to for my properties. Thank you!!!!

I had a pretty overgrown area of ginger plants and various weeds. 3 gentleman came to complete the task. I paid $1000 plus an extra $18.00 processing fee to use a credit card. I was originally advised the guys would be out early morning, Friday, however they didnt arrive until 1:30pm. They worked on the area for a little over 3 hours before leaving. Upon inspection of the work done I was not pleased. The roots were sticking up out of the ground and I couldnt walk in the area without tripping on them. One of the gentlemen came back Saturday and made things right, but I really feel the amount I paid versus hours put in they should have made sure the area was in the shape they would have wanted it if it was their own yard and they had just paid $1000 to have the area cleared. Ultimately I got what I wanted, but I was disappointed with the pride they take in their work.

My yard was a disaster. Its small but theres a large tree in my yard and an equally large tree in my neighbors yard that sadly hangs over into my backyard. C & J was working my neighbors yard last week so I walked over and inquired. I was connected, got a fair quote and it happened. They did a better job than I had hoped for!!! I highly recommend C & J for yard cleanup!!! Seriously good work!!!

We had great lawn service with C&J Property Cleanup LLC. The team that cleaned our yard was not only professional, but made us feel comfortable and as though we were important as new clients for their business. They cleared large bushes as well as small trees. Since they did such a good job with clearing that thick overgrown area in the back, we enlisted them to come again to do the sod in our front yard and clean the flower beds. After following their instructions on how to get the sod growing properly, our front lawn now looks good and so does the freshly cleaned flower beds and trimmed hedges. We will try to keep our yard looking good, however I know that we will be using them again to help with this big chore.

I wish I could give this company more business but they are not good with promptness or communication. I had them do two jobs for me but when I reached out to schedule another, they scheduled me but never showed up. after i texted asking what the hold up was, they said they were getting to me by the evening and still never showed. never texted and never called. Unfortunately, communication is important and I waited days for them to show up. either not good management or they simply don t care. would spend my money elsewhere.

I had the best experience with C and J. The crew came out the next day, arrived right when they said they would, and did a phenomenal job clearing out my oh-so-messy landscaping. Jessica was so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect.

I called them to cut my grass. They put me on the schedule between 10 & 12 yesterday. They never called, never even showed up. I will not call these people again, nor would I recommend them. Extremely satisfied with this company and their recent work on my home. When I first called, Jessica was at my home within 15 minutes to provide a quote. I told her I wanted to compare and would call her back if I decided to go with her services. A week passes and the two other companies who were going to give me quotes never showed up and never contacted me at all to coordinate. Frustrated, I called C&J again and they scheduled me for a few days out! They arrived an hour late but there was no issue, and they did an amazing job. Initially, I booked the service based on the reviews. However, we have certainly hit a few missed opportunities. Our first experience, they were late due to a delay at the dump. Completely understandable and we adjusted our schedule to fit their availability, which put them 4 hours later. Once they showed, they completed the job satisfactory, so we decided to continue service. Second attempt, they scheduled the service and did not show, so I reach out and uncovered it was due to a family emergency, in which I understood, and she mentioned that she would resume service the following week. At that time, we did not formally make an appointment, so I thought I would give sometime between and waited 2 weeks today, I messaged, at 10am and found they had availability in the day. They confirmed arrival by 3pm and to my surprise they did not show. I messaged at 4pm and was told they were still at their second job, so I remained flexible and said no problem just making sure you had me on your schedule. By 5:30pm, I messaged again with no response and no answer to my call only a full voicemail, so a message couldn t be left. I basically wasted my day waiting, for a service that would not come. Needless to say, I will not be requiring future service and recommend not confirming appointments if you are not able to fulfill your commitment. Your clients have lives and jobs. It is disrespectful of our time to not show or communicate that you would not be completing the service.

Its hard to say why these guys have such a high rating on a Google. It took them 3 weeks with several delays and visits, and they still didnt get the job done. I had to complete it myself. So many excuses and such poor workmanship. They were simply supposed to clean out garden beds and haul it all away. Less than a days work. They didnt complete any of it. 3weeks and $1412.00 later, I am really sorry I chose them. If you hire them, whatever you do, get it in writing- the full scope detail of the work you expect and check it thouroghly in detail. Dont pay them in full up front. You will regret it!

Based on excellent reviews I called and scheduled appointments for estimate. Was stood up on both occasions. Receptionist was scattered on scheduling, had dates wrong numerous times, would confirm a meeting and then say it was not that date. Rearranged my schedule twice only be be left hanging with no contact whatsoever. Incredibly unprofessional leaving me without service and them with a very poor impression and a bad review.

I hired C&J to clean up one of my properties that had been overgrown and had trash all through the yard. Although the trash pickup was way more than they could handle (there was a lot so no knock on them) they still piled it up and out of the way, and cut down all of the overgrowth. And they did it so quickly. I was very impressed. What won me over is that I gave them my budget, and Jessica was very honest and straightforward about the cost and scope of the job, and what they could or couldnt do to keep it within my budget. I would 100% use them again.

Ive just started using C&J Property Clean Up LLC but they did an initial cleanup on my yard and I am very happy with the results! Ms. Jessica answered every question I had and her team did a lot of work for a great price. They showed up on time and were very professional. My flower beds are starting to become more defined, and Im looking forward to seeing how my yard continues to improve with their service... I highly recommend their service.

Where Im from its called STEALING. ...And Jessica cannot write a business rebuttal to this truth. She proposed $80 to do yard for 1 month. I gave her $100. They did an incomplete, crappy job then promised to return to finish. When they did not return I requested a refund and she agreed. Its been 2 weeks and she has not responded nor returned my money. Yet she/they pick up their lawn equipment from the house in front of mine. Think she forgot? Also my neighbor was fined for the trash they dumped in the alley. This is what gives blacks a bad name for doing business with other blacks. I wouldnt want to be on the receiving end of this karma. She seems ok with it, so I guess I have to be. A true story, but judge for yourself.

C & J Property Clean Up was a great experience in receiving lawn care. My first time having to select a lawn care provider and am happy I chose them! They were timely, convenient, affordable, and did an awesome job on my overgrown lawn. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using their services again!

I called to schedule a clean up. They dont take checks so she suggested using the square I was not conformable with that. She went on and on about her company. She had pretty good ratings on thumbtack, I should have known better. Well I proceed to pay her and appointment was set for Saturday 2/11/2017 at 1pm. 1pm came and went no show 1:30 no a show. I text her and followed up with a phone call because anything could have happened. She was uptight, she went on and on, had a attitude not kind at all. She would not let me speak. I was trying to inform her about my dog in the yard. With that she hung up. She told me during the phone conversation hey are on there way. It is not 4:05 no show. I called and canceled she has been given me a story all day. I ask her to cancel the order and refund my money. With that she said their right there. If I can give her a O for ratings I defiantly would. I am over whelmed with this experience just for a clean up (little, no leaves).

Had some cardboard to take away from a move. Called, scheduled next day. She came, took it away, and the price was reasonable. Thats what I want to happen. Too many things just dont go like you think they should. This did, so thank you!

Do not hire them to move furniture for you. If you want them to cut your grass fine. Hired them to move the last three heavy pieces of furniture I couldnt do myself. What showed up was a pickup truck with a landscspe trailer. No hand truck, no furniture straps, no furniture pads, no experience, no muscle, no common sense. Oh, and they drop my armoir making it trash.

My experience with them was great. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly and had a decent price. I get the impression that they are a small/family run business, but personally I prefer dealing with folks like that rather than big business as I know its stimulating the local economy. I would use them again if I needed their services, but I sure I hope I dont need their services in the future. :)
