Overpriced for quality and customer service in return. If customers realized they could go back and edit their reviews, their stars would likely change a bit. May seem 5 stars up until they get paid. Our plants started to go bad within weeks after completed project and 6 months later still waiting on them to make things right. They will NEVER answer or return phone calls and will ONLY communicate by text message the entire time.

Justin & Kenzi made the entire process so seamless- they did a detailed in person consult and followed up with renderings of the yard as well as pictures of the plants/trees. Throughout the process, their communication was on point- so thorough and detailed. The project turned out even better than my husband or I couldve imagined! Great experience with Justin and Kenzi at Ziggis. They provided a great design for our two front plant beds, back yard pool area and walking path to ADU/Garage. They also, laid new sod (St. Augustine) in our front yard and did our irrigation and landscape lighting. They provided a very thorough design and plant suggestions and were easy to work with. Justin followed up a number of times after the work was completed to make sure everything was looking good and we didnt have any issues. Work was completed on time and pricing was reasonable. I worked with the company to overhaul my outdated landscaping. They provided landscape design for my front and back yard, worked to incorporate my vision into the design, and educated me on plants that would do well in the Florida environment. They were very open to iterating on the design ideas with me as I thought about what I wanted. There were a few challenges with scheduling but once the hands-on-work started there were no delays and everything was seamless. The on-site team was very hard working and worked around the clock to make sure the project was completed on time even with last minute changes. The project was completed cleanly and professionally. The company was even willing to work with me to make some alterations to the design while the landscaping was underway - these last minute alterations really made a difference and made me feel like I got what I wanted. I m very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company!

They re-designed our entire front and side yard and re-sodded the entire yard. Our sprinkler system had not been functioning well for awhile and they made sure every piece was working again. Also reworked our lighting which looks so much better now. Communication has been so much speedier and easier than other companies we used previously. Highly recommend! We love our new yard!

I can say Justin and his team are amazing. My fiancé and I had bought a house together and spent the last year remodeling the inside. During that time the outside had been essentially been all but forgotten about. Our next task was to tackle the yard, front and back. Then early this year, my fiancé tragically and suddenly passed away. For months, every time I drove up to our home that front yard of unkept overgrown flowerbeds became a shockingly painful reminder of all he had left behind and things left unfinished. Things we were supposed to do together. I couldn t bring myself to do it alone not physically or emotionally. So, I made a call. Justin and his team were at my house the next day (without even knowing the situation) to give me ideas and a quote. I briefly told him about my recent loss. He was so compassionate and so so helpful. I had a quote that evening and he worked with me on pricing and plans that fit my budget. He had his team here the next week and had an entire front yard overhaul done in 2 days. I was out of town for the weekend right after they finished the work and Justin came over himself and watered my freshly planted flower beds and sent me photos and videos of everything. I could not ever have expected the promptness, attention to detail, professionalism, and compassion I received. It s still an incredibly difficult time for me but when I come home there is a little less sadness there, less of a reminder of things left unfinished. Sometimes a flower bed is more than just a flower bed . So, a big thank you Justin and to your entire team that worked so hard.

I think overall a good job. It was a big undertaking doing our front and backyard. Jason even admitted more than he bargained for. He is very responsive to issues and does his best to resolve them which is a big plus considering how people in this industry run away with your money and do a terrible job. I wish he had more plant knowledge because weve already had to remove the jasmine in the front due to weed control issues. Nevertheless, Jason and his crew worked very hard, are trustworthy, and I would recommend for home and small business projects.

Updated Review: Initially we were quite satisfied with the job; however, after a few weeks, the grass that they installed was looking patchy and hadnt adhered in multiple spots. We called Justin multiple times to discuss the issue, but he refused to call us back. He did send one or two texts, but those texts did not resolve the issue. We left multiple messages, emails and texts asking to meet at our home to look at the problem and discuss possible solutions together, but he never called us back or came to look at the work. I dont think this company is equipped to deal with customer satisfaction issues that arise. Therefore, I am amending & updating my review. Original Review: From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. Justin was super responsive, answered any and all of our questions and provided excellent service. His crew was great! They worked quickly, did a beautiful job and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the job!
