I called this company about coming out immediately to service my lawn. My previous company was not showing up and still billing me, so my yard went without fertilization and treatments for a long time. The person I spoke to said he would be out the same day or at the very least, the next day to assess. He never showed up, never rescheduled, and never even had the courtesy to let me know why. I have a palm tree that is dying but could still be saved. Now, two weeks later, I believe I am going to lose it. Very poor treatment of customers.

Got with insignia landscape to remove a tree and they did simply fantastic work. 60 foot tree hanging over my house needed to be removed, called insignia for a quote and the tree was down the next day. I cant say enough about how well they all took care of us. Insignia will be the only landscape company I use and only one I would recommend.

Mike, Steve and the whole crew were amazing. They did a phenomenal job replacing sod that was destroyed after our sea wall was repaired. They came out and killed the remaining grass weeks before installing new sod and will come back out a few times over the next couple of weeks to ensure everything is thriving. I couldn t be more satisfied with their communication, pricing, services, hard work and most of all, professionalism. I will go to them for all our future landscaping needs and highly recommend them. Seems like it s a common problem for this company to say they re going to send you a quote but never do. I got the exact same treatment. Called them multiple times and left a voicemail only to get nothing back. Finally got an inspection done and waited for a quote but never got one. Great service y all provide. Maybe you have something against veterans.

Insignia handled the mowing and edging at my house in Gibsonton, and they do a great job! I loved how quick their team was for accomplishing the tasks since I work from home on the phone. If my bushes in front started looking bad, they would trim those too. All for a very reasonable price! Thank you for the past 4 years of service!

Insignia did landscaping for us recently, primarily mulch installation and some plantings. Mike came out right away to provide an estimate and was very easy to communicate with. His guys got the work down in a few hours and it looks great.

After 2 weeks and no estimate, I called Mike who was going to follow up with his partner, Steve. A few days later and no response, I also left a voicemail and still no response. Insignia Landscape was great. We called multiple companies for estimates for the work we wanted done. Several companies didn t call back or they did and never showed up. Insignia answered right away and came out the same day to go over what we wanted to do.They were very professional and not pushy on trying to sell us what we did not want. After going over everything we want to do Mike said he would have a quote together the next day and he did. Their quote wast not the cheapest one we received but it was very detailed. I called with multiple questions about what we wanted done they spent the time patiently to go over them. We ended up doing a full landscape renovation sod, irrigation repair, tree removal, plant installation, rock installation and landscape lighting. I would highly recommend Insignia they did an awesome job from the first phone call to when they were finished.

The team at Insignia just finished up redoing the landscape and re-sod of my yard and I couldnt be happier. Mike and his guys did an excellent job removing 20 year old trees/bushes and replacing them with wonderful, new, appropriate plants/trees. We also needed to rework out irrigation system. The work was done fast, properly, and was reasonably priced. Also, Insignia now provides of our weekly lawn care, and they do a great job! If you have lawn/bush/tree/irrigation needs, call them. You wont be disappointed!

Updating my original post from 4 weeks ago, which was a very low rating due to the lack of communication from Mike and his team. Immediately after posting, Mike personally emailed and text messaged me (versus just responding on this forum). He apologized and was eager to change my perception(s) of his business. He owned up to the lack of communication and was out within a week to address the concerns we have. Hes already come up with a game plan and vision to help us tailor and fix our yard (water flooding issue, and landscaping cosmetics). He also came out while we were out of town to fix a busted sprinkler hose, at no cost. I will continue to use Mike and his team for all my landscaping needs; his down-to-earth attitude and impressive work ethic have proven my initial thoughts of his company incorrect. I have also recommended him to neighbors and friends.

I have been using Insignia for close to two years for my lawn service. Always on time, the workers are courteous, work hard, and never seem put out by the extra little things I request. I recently had sod installed. I was nervous not knowing in what condition the sod would be in. Mike came and prepared the lawn 4 days prior to install. On day of installation, lawn was cut and raked, sod laid, and let me say the workmanship and sod is gorgeous! I ve had sod laid in the past, and this is by far the healthiest, best looking sod I ve ever had! Mike check all of our irrigation, set water times. Couldn t be happier!!

In a mad rush I needed to have my lawn cut twice while we were in the process of closing and had already moved out of the state. I was recommended to use Steve with Insignia Landscaping. He was quick to reply via text, easy to arrange dates to come out and maintain our yard. Steve and his crew are timely, professional and all around good guys to have on your side. My yard is hard to get into with a wide mowing deck and they had to go all the way around the block to enter via the back alley. 10/10 highly recommend!

So impressed!! I cant recommend enough. We got several quotes to clean up our jungle of a yard that we acquired when we moved, and Insignia was by far the most responsive, kind, and fair priced. We had several large trees, ground that was more weed than grass, and old rotten potted plants left by the old owners. It was overgrown and in desperate need of help that we werent equipped to handle. Mike called me minutes after I submitted a request on the website, and was out to quote our house in just a couple days. We booked their company after getting the estimate and they finished removing all the trees, killed and pulled the weeds, laid down sod, and added rock to our raised area in under 2 weeks. We now have the low maintenance yard we wanted. To highlight their true kind nature, Mike had called to let me know that the side of the house they were going through was pretty wet on the ground and wanted to make sure I was still okay with them doing it knowing that the ground would get really torn up. I approved it and expected to deal with it myself, but Mike was so kind to have a worker come out the next day to place down new sod for us at no extra charge. That tells you what kind of company they are and where their values are placed. I couldnt be happier with our choice to work with them.

After attempting to find a reliable landscaper for months, I stumbled on Insignia and was impressed by their reviews. We have worked with them for about a month now and are very happy with the service. Mike is the owner and has been great about responding to questions. Within two weeks of contacting him he came to my house multiple times, got me a quote to re-do all my sod and front landscaping, and it was very professionally installed in one day! He even installed new sprinkler heads in my lawn to ensure that I had full coverage. This was all at a very reasonable price! March 2020 has been the least rainfall Tampa has ever had. Mike came out with his team and adjusted my irrigation to try and compensate for the dry and hot weather. They are also coming to move a few of my sprinklers that had sprayed into my garage. Mike and his team are friendly and professional. I asked them to remove all the rock that was in the back yard and replace it with sod. After running new wiring and irrigation they also fixed some issues with a broken sprinkler head in the front and my rain bird programming without question. Recently had the opportunity to work with Mile and Insignia Landscaping on a rental property I own. This home was a new purchase and the sprinkler system, yard and overall landscaping was a big mess. I had quotes from A LOT of companies and Mike was the first one to give me a honest and fair quote! He listened to me when I told him the type of grass I wanted for my home and did not try to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive brand, or try to persuade me into adding a sprinkler system (as other companies in the Tampa Bay Area had tried to do)(I personally did not want a sprinkler system but his team was more than knowledge and capable to install one) I do not have a green thumb and wanted plants suitable for Florida weather. Great experience so far with Insignia. I have huge oak trees on my property and Mike was very honest about saving me money by waiting until the last of them fell before paying for leaf removal. His crew did a wonderful job of clearing out the leaves, removing a tree and cutting back a bunch of plants that had taken over the back part of my yard. Due to heavy rains, when the Insignia crew came last week, our back lawn was more lake than lawn, so I asked them to skip it to avoid tearing up the lawn. This week, it was drier, but the grass had grown ridiculously long. The Insignia guys were very careful to go back and forth over the long grass two or even three times to be sure to get it as level as possible. > We really appreciate the extra effort. Steve came over and replaced the valve to one of my sprinkler zones that was broken. Steve was professional, worked fast, fixed the problem, then cleaned up. Now my spriklers are working and water pressure is back to normal.
