5 stars is not enough for these guys. Not only did they give me the best price but their service and communication was the best. I called multiple turf companies but Purchase Green was the only one who answered the phone and scheduled me immediately. They did the install 10 days ahead of schedule! Patrick was my contact and I’ve never had better communication before. Patrick always answered the phone, always replied to my texts within minutes, explained the process thoroughly and was with me every step of the way. I loved dealing with Patrick and highly recommend everyone else do the same. Frankie and his crew did the install. I had just had a pool installed so my backyard was a mess. Not only did Frankie and his crew install the turf but they cleaned all of the trash and construction debris left by the pool company. They save me days of work. Patrick and Frankie were professional, ALWAYS friendly and informative. It would be a shame if Purchase Green ever lost those 2. Our consultant Juan Carlos Mereles was informative and provided outstanding guidance. He was timely and knowledgeable. The on-site crew worked with discipline and focus. They worked as a team and paid attention to detail. The administrative team led by Ashley Ramirez was always accessible and helpful. We select Artificial Grass Pros of Tampa Bay out of 3 other companies that provided estimates and an additional few other companies that never even returned our calls. They were very reasonably priced and once the pavers were available they knocked it out quickly. Our pavers and turf are amazing, more than what we hoped for. The guys were very pleasant to work with and they listened to as well as executed our wants and ideas! If we need pavers or turf in any other areas in the future, this is who I will be calling!

The initial consultation with JC went great. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We picked out turf for my backyard where I just installed a pool. Originally they gave me a date four weeks out but I was extremely fortunate they had a cancellation and my turf was installed within a week and half. My backyard is now complete with a new pool and beautiful turf that looks real with no maintenance. His crew did a great job and if you are looking for artificial turf I would definitely recommend them.
