C & A Landscape Maintenance LLC in Tallahassee

My complex use this company The Pines , I had just seen my window and nothing was wrong with it on the morning of Sept 2 2021 before they arrived after they left I was on my way to the store and noticed my back glass was shattered. I called the cops and went and got my apartment manager. My window was hit with a rock by weed eater or their 360 mower, but as you can guess they denied doing damage and that my window was already like that which is not true what I didn’t understand if you seen my window like that you should have reported it to the office manager which they did not do , because they know it wasn’t. The guy that leads to crew claims he didn’t notice nothing but I over heard him talking telling his crew while he was behind my truck mowing he didn’t see any rocks 🪨 but he told me that he was no where near my truck sounds suspect to me .instead of them being honest about what happened they lied 🤥 about it and now I’m out of 363.00. The manager of this company didn’t care either call about my claim I was told that it was getting denied because lack of evidence that their crew did it and I would get and email about the claim I never did . I knew when I didn’t get a call back after over three weeks that , they wasn’t going to take liability for their actions.use at your own risk ⚠️ if you want someone honest I suggest look 👀 somewhere else.

This business does the complex where I live. I have to agree with the person that says they drive fast. Our area is a u shape entry and exit and even though this truck is pulling a trailer full of equipment, they literally jump each speed bump and are out of site within seconds. The part I don't like is that they blow clean the streets and sidewalks and always blow the debris up to my door. I don't understand the logic in using a blower to clean the streets. When they weed near doorways and vehicles, they don't even look back. Grass clippings are all over the car windows and hood. I'm constantly complaining to the property manager and sending photos, so today, I'm leaving a review.

Amazing company. They do actual consultations where they tell you exactly what you need and help you get the most bang for your buck. My property, which my neighbor affectionately described as a “swamp,” was a mess with major elevation and drainage issues. C&A fixed all of that including drainage off both sides of the back of my house and a major low spot. Graded everything with a load of dirt and 10 pallets of Zoysia sod. The makeover is hard to believe given where it was weeks ago. Also, their irrigation team led by Chris O’Neal is amazing. I had a rain sensor and about 6 new zones added/changed in addition the ones he installed previously when my house was built as well as a few damaged by a different contractor. Their people show up when they say they will and work hard until the job is done. Sounds hard to believe, but this quality is truly rare in my experience. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have used C&A Landscape for several projects at our home including bi weekly maintenance. Recently we hired them to install new outdoor lighting and pavers in our yard, what a difference it has made to our outdoor space. Working with C&A landscaping is really easy, they even walked us through the app to show us how to operate the bluetooth lights. Thank you Chris and company for a job well done.

When I pulled into my driveway after evacuating for the hurricane I had at least a days worth of yard clean up. Within 5 minutes of being home C&A showed up and started cleaning my yard. Within 30 minutes my yard was cleaned up like the storm never happened. C&A is awesome! Give them a call.

I have used C&A Landscape for years now on my own home and recommended them to my HOA. I once made the mistake of changing lawn maintenance companies in search of a cheaper price and boy did I get what I paid for. After the contract ended, I immediately called C&A back and they kindly took me back in as a customer. I have had nothing but good interactions and dealings with both their management, ownership, and crews. My HOA hired them to do my side of the two neighborhoods and the other neighborhood saw the quality work and removed their choice and picked up C&A for the other side. Every company no matter what profession will have a hiccup from time to time, but it's how they handle the hiccup that separates the best from the rest. I encourage anyone reading this review to give C&A your business. They will not disappoint!!!! Well done guys/gals!!!!

We had C&A come out and bid a few jobs at our house, including upkeep. We agreed to their price and asked them to schedule us and they strung us along for several weeks until they finally told us they would not do the job that they quoted me for. After expressing my displeasure in being strung along the owner contacted me trying to make things right. I was willing to give them a second chance and tried to schedule the work with the owner and then was completely ignored once again. If you want to waste your time and effort try using C&A, if you want to get your lawn serviced I would try another company.

Words can't quite express how much we love C & A Landscape! After living in our home for 8 years, we finally saved up enough money to do a backyard renovation. Chris and his crew took such good care of us, and over a year later our grass is greener and more lush than ever. We are about to tackle a joint front yard reno with our neighbor and couldn't be more excited. We have also used C & A to soft wash our house which leaves it looking extra sparkly, almost like it has been repainted completely. Thanks guys!
