Blade Runners Lawn Care in Tallahassee

We’ve had blade runners doing our yard for at least a year and recently canceled our service due to the final straw being broken. I’ll start with what did us in and also include other examples of past issues we experienced during our time with them. 1) it’s mid January and they randomly decided now was a good time to clear out our flower beds when we intentionally leave things til the spring to help pollinators and to help insulate plants during cooler temperatures. Now with more severe winter weather set, I’m fully expecting to lose anything that didn’t die from their doing. We also have a Carolina jasmine we’ve been actively training on an arbor that was due to bloom however they pruned it before it had the chance so that won’t be anything we get to experience after patiently waiting a year for the opportunity. 2) when we resodded our backyard and informed them of such, with clear directives on when it would be ready, they disregarded and cut it on multiple occasions while it was still establishing. 3) when we had them weed our beds one year, they pulled landscaping and plants that were intended to stay. If your yard is just grass, they can probably handle that but if you have done landscaping or intentional planting, you’re better off maintaining it yourself because it isn’t respected by this company despite communicating your needs with them.
